I did it as it's easier to keep track of who's faced who to be honest, The game doesn't keep track of the blocks they are all just exhibition matches. 

The last time I did the bigger blocks I lost track of who had faced who like a retard so that's the reason why I made the blocks smaller. 

However if you guys prefer the larger blocks instead of the small ones I am more than happy to do it in the next tournament whatever that may be?
