Grapefruits even. Defense needs to hold , make this a one score game. Regardless of outcome I’m happy I still get to watch Rodgers. I went to a really dark place.

Dumbass play call by the Bears. They were killing the Packers with the run game, just pick up the first down on the ground.

They DO NOT need to put Rodgers back in. Just write this game off and let Rodgers recover till next week. Bad post

Mitch completely caved under the pressure. His nerves were all over the place. If he can't handle pressure any better than that, the Bears will be drafting a QB next year.

140 Million Dollar quarterback. Even on one leg.
What a game. Since I dog on the defense always , I’ll give them (minus Matthews) credit for that last drive. They stopped em twice.

Good thing we didn’t write this one off. Never write off Rodgers thereallt. I can’t put into words how euphoric all that was. From thinking I wouldn’t get to see Rodgers play another snap to that epic comeback. Lordy.

Secondary looks infinitely better already - Jackson, King and Alexander all made important plays down the stretch there.

From thinking I wouldn’t get to see Rodgers play another snap to that epic comeback. Lordy. I was just afraid he would hurt the knee even worse. No one wants to see a superstar QB go out for the season on Day 1. Good thing that didn't happen though. Now he can rest up for Minnesota.

That was such a great football Sunday , I had so much fun watching games all day. I was flipping between everything aside from Bal/Buf and Jax/NYG. Every game really had something to offer and some had incredibly weird outcomes.
What happened with the Saints @theshow - not trying to rub anything in but that score shocked me. I'm happy I read a stat that New Orleans hasn't won a season opener in like 6 years and avoided them in my survivor pool but if they were going to get beat I figured it would be because Tampa slowed them down - not went ham on them. I'm sure they will be fine in the long run as they lost last years opener in embarassing fashion but that defensive regression has to be somewhat concerning.
The Browns showed up to play , no they didn't win but that game was ugly and in terrible conditions. Tyrod didn't post a great stat line but he made plays to keep them in it and it wasn't like Ben was lighting it up either. Impressive running game and Ward looks to be a stud. Another fun game.
Seahawks and Broncos was a lot of fun back and forth action. Might have been my favorite game of that day aside from Green Bay because it was interesting watching these teams and be so different from past identity. Poor Russell Wilson behind that offensive line though , Von Miller just reaked HAVOC all day.
And last and not least , I have to reiterate how incredible that game overall spectrum of emotions last nights game was. I was already planning out my Sundays for the next fifteen weeks and about two clicks away from looking at the 2019 draft assuming we'd have a top pick. To go from the ultimate feeling of doom for the season to watching Rodgers lead an incredible comeback was euphoric. Unbelieve and I can't really put it into words.
I still fear for his knee , could be a meniscus or something and losing him for any amount of time would kill us. Kizer is garbage. Heres to hoping it was just a sprain and he can suit up.

Dennis Allen should be ashamed of himself to allow a charlatan like Ryan Fitzpatrick to pull that shit on them. This guy once in a while bullshits out a nonsense of a performance. I remember him pulling that on the Titans with Houston and he had Brandon Marshall, Quincy Enunwa and Eric Decker take years off their lives in 2015 making the leaps to catch his shit balls.
I hope to see him brought back down to earth, how he handled 2016 season was all I need to know about this guy. Guy took snipes on the management to fit his personal agenda when he wasn't very good. He crumbles when it matters most, this is a career loser of a signal caller. Allowed his former Bills whallop him final game of the year with everything on the line.
Seeing Josh McCown in 2017 and 2018 act like a pure pro and put aside his ego for the better of this franchise to know and back Sam Darnold is the future is great. It's night and day.
