I was referring to the chip shot field goal to end it.

I know it's early in the season, but that result feels like it could be really important in the AFC seeding. If KC managed to pull that off they're two games clear and looking very good for a bye, yet now the Pats (and a few others) are only a game behind.

Have to ask why the Chiefs seem to always have to play on the road against New England.

Does this fall under headhunting, will there be a punishment, or does it fall under a permissible action because I don't believe it's technically illegal to unload a shoulder in the back of the head of an established runner, even if he's already going to the ground?

Honestly I don't think Vontae is going to get anything from that one.   He barely made contact, it was the hit from Bates that did the damage, especially the way their helmets clashed.

He should have been kicked out of the league a long time ago. Such a cowardly piece of shit.

I think barely made contact is a bit of an understatement, sent Brown to the sideline. Bates caught the helmet, but it's with the shoulder that he looks to throw additional weight behind to jam into Brown's head that makes it the most suspect, quite literal head hunting from the repeatiest of offenders. From both angles (only posted the clearest one), doesn't look like he attempts anything but purely being a battering ram into Brown's head, with that little extra pop on contact. But, like I said, not sure if it's technically illegal, and I'm not exactly sure on the exact policies on headhunting or how that can even be proven.

They were in KC in 2014 when we beat them really badly.

I’m at peace with the result, a little bummed about the Speeks sack being the only thing that could’ve won us the game but otherwise. We lost it with all the field goals in the first half (and the INT in the end zone).
