How about St Browns grab? I don't get why he fell so far in the draft, he made play after play for ND last year. Everyone was afraid to embarrass themselves trying to say his name at the podium.

That was such a stupid , yet fun win by the end of it. I was so god damn frustrated with this team throughout letting the 49ers just control everything we did offensively and defensively and allowing what I believe to be an inferior team dictate to us in Lambeau. Great coaching by them and as usual - sub par coaching by us. There's a reason why when McCarthy gets taken out of the game plan we seem to click a hell of a lot more. Props to little Shanny for getting his guys up to play this game - most other times this would have been a blowout.
Games like this though are why to me , Rodgers is MVP - I know Mahomes and some other guys are putting up insane numbers but they have so much benefit of great coaching staffs and play calling. Rodgers is out there with little to no protection , missing his 2nd and 3rd receiver and with a coach determined to undermine his legacy - not to mention usually a defense that you can't give the benefit of the doubt to. He does so much for this fucking team in an outdated offense that relies far too much on him making the absolute perfect throw every time.

To be fair, Clay would be on pace for a pretty good season if it wasn't for the rule change. Sacks wise possibly. Everything else wise - no chance. He hinders this defense just as much as he helps it with his lack of assignment discipline and idiocy. Anyone could have gotten that last sack on Beathard last night as he held onto the ball for 12 seconds and Clay just happened to be there to clean it up - it's not like he dominated his guy off the ball or anything. Hell that play @admin pointed out in the game is Clay Matthews in a nutshell.

Obviously fantastic by Rodgers and it's absurd that he (and Brady) is so good that he's made those ridiculous comebacks inevitable, but the 49ers did a really horrible job of defending the sidelines. I have a pretty big issue with illegal contact being an automatic first down. In that situation it is really an unfair penalty. The foul was definitely there but five yards and replay the down would be much more reasonable. Yeah it seems excessive but you also have to take into consideration how much that stuff takes away from the offense. I mean you could chuck , grab , check a guy 20 yards down field and prohibit him from making a play and that doesn't seem right either. If your impeding a potential 20 yard gain than an automatic first down seems at least fair. Richard Sherman is a fucking clown though , I'm happy the penalty was on him. I'm glad they pointed out that he wanted to cover Davante - his old ass ain't covering Davante one on one ... no fucking chance. Adams has always kind of owned Sherman though since he got good.

I don’t disagree but can we please just let Drew Brees have it this year? I just want him to win MVP once in his career. It’s insane that he hasn’t won the award yet. Rodgers already has two MVPs. He can spare one year. LOL

We'll give you the 14th pick and Rodgers MVP candidacy for your 2018 and 2019 first round picks. I'd still take it.

Texans safety Andre Hal is back in training just months after his Hodgkin's Lymphoma diagnosis. What a fucking dude.

Derek Anderson starting for Buffalo this week.
Few things:
1) I hope he does ok. It’s Indy and it’s a very winnable game. 2) If Peterman is still a Buffalo Bill when Josh Allen comes back I’ll throw my TV out the fucking window. 3) Fuck Peterman.

Anderson went 2/17 that day and the Browns put up less than 200 yards of offence. Who was their OC? Brian Daboll - now working for the Bills.

Holy god I remember that game. I’ve never been so bored in my life.
Anderson was brought in as a 3rd string to give Josh Allen and Nathan Peterman some guidance. He was never intended to play. Then last week happened and here we are.
