Kid has let me down this week - I'll edit in his title if he logs on at some stage.
Ugly looking matchup on TNF this week with two struggling teams. Mike McCoy is calling a truly horrible offence in Arizona and is completely squandering the talents of David Johnson, meanwhile Case Keenum has taken a significant step back from his outlier season in Minnesota and their defence is getting completely destroyed by opposing running backs. We'll see how they fare tonight.

Great start for Arizona: run for no gain, timeout, pick six. Yikes.

I'm kinda giving him a pass this season because I think he's just in such a bad situation like Trubisky was with John Fox that it's impossible to judge. The Ron Rivera coaching tree is on life support at this stage with Wilks and McDermott. Nice catch by Courtland Sutton there - he's come into the league as advertised.

That's why you stay humble and don't run your damn mouth so much. Mayfield does it right, Rosen not so much. You can hover around Aaron Rodgers all you want and Chase after Bradys records but you don't throw two pick sixes in one quarter and start to bark your mouth over fellow Qbs who got taken over you.
And I wanted Rosen at 6 without that trade up since Denver was getting Darnold at 5.

Nathan Peterman-esque here - two pick sixes in the first quarter! That one was largely on the receiver bailing on the route though.

The Jets kicked Denver ass especially in the trenches not too long ago, how is a team with Patrick Peterson, Larry Fitzgerald, David Johnson and Chandler Jones doing this bad? How did they beat the Niners?
Denver looked lousy when I caught them I can't believe they are up 28-3.

Arizona are just that bad Blindy, don't think this has too much to do with Denver really. Cards coaching staff should be fired at half time for this disgusting performance.

CROWELL RAN 200 PLUS on them you have a superior back in Johnson. If the oline can't even run block properly on a team that has been spanked back to back weeks on the ground then well..... I know now you have to throw the ball down this bad but still.
Mccoy is as good as gone.
Run blocking isn't as complex as pass blocking. Just run on these guys throats that should have been the game plan all along especially in a shortened week.

I know he's young so I try to put it in perspective that he's immature with what he says but Rosen now twice is flustered with diagnosing the defense by not getting the play in time. You cannot show that frustration as a QB especially as a rookie.
Your teammates expect you to be a rock, last thing they want to see are angry pouts after a delay of game and this type of face. /photo/1

McCoy just ran DJ up the middle on 3rd and 5 - they've now failed to convert their last 17 third downs. They should turn the playcalling over to Sam Bradford since they're paying him millions to do nothing, anything would be better than this.

I can't believe they left Rosen in the whole night. He should have been taken out of the game after taking that sack when his head whiplashed against the turf. Instead they leave him in behind a depleted (and useless) o-line to get destroyed by Miller and Chubb to such an extent that it began to feel like one of those games that will be looked back on if Rosen doesn't turn out as where it all went wrong.
As I said before, the owners literally should have fired the coaching staff during the game to protect their franchise QB. Without a doubt the most unprofessional display I've ever seen on an NFL field in my time following the sport.

In full agreement with HR. Not saying I love Rosen, but because of how the draft is designed it is not uncommon for highly talented quarterbacks to get picked very high on shitty, QB needy teams and get over-exposed because the franchise is desperate to turn the tide. He got hung out to dry out there tonight, no doubt about it.
It was good to see the Broncos ball out on defence tonight. Some huge hits and Miller looked back to his best. For all the talk, rightly so, of offenses dominating, it's interesting that Watt, Mack and Miller still look completely dominant. Good for the game.

From now on if anyone tells me the Bills should have taken Rosen I’m just going to assume Buffalo knew their offensive line was shit so they picked the faster player, and point to that game as evidence.

Sorry @admin. Been super busy this week. Got a new job in Manhattan, ballin, a new phone and just haven’t had time to sign in to the board at all. Anyways, Denver dominated Arizona. Loved the 32 defensive points they got for me for two money leagues though. Byron Leftwich becoming the new OC might not make Arizona better, but it will certainly make David Johnson look like David Johnson again and not some bum. This is what Arizona looks like when they don’t run their offense through DJ. In some big transaction news; The Browns trades Carlos Hyde to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Not sure what that means for Fournette production this season, but it may have something to do with Yedons health too. The Browns get a 5th round pick and turn the team over to their rookies in Baker and Chubb. Exciting time to be a Browns fan and they get to go up against the Buccaneers and their worst D in the NFL. I wonder if firing their DC will make their defense better. We’ll see. I expect the Browns to pull off a big win tomorrow. The Jets have also released Terrelle Pryor. He was on a two game TD streak, but the injuries have piled up and the Jets don’t want to waste room on that. No Pryor. No Enunwa. Tomorrow looks like it’s going to be a purple rain blood bath for Minny. The Jets are going to get destroyed. Gronk didn’t fly with the Patriots to Chicago so tomorrow the seasonal missed game for Gronk will take place. Will this be a Flash game or a game the Bears win because of injuries? Edelman’s also hurt as is Sony. Mack’s hurting, too. We’ll see what that game holds. SNF will be the flex game of Chiefs and Bengals. Will the Chiefs start a losing streak of 2 tomorrow or will the Bengals lose ground on their division with the Steelers on a BYE? Ravens are also the only NFL team in history that Drew Brees has NEVER beaten. Will tomorrow be the first time or will the Ravens be 5-0 against Brees? Also, don’t forget!!!! The Chargers face the Titans at 930am ET tomorrow in an international battle! Melvin Gordon might miss the game, too.

Is Mariota lacking weapons or does he just not see the open receiver quickly enough? Frustrating to watch. Titans have a big decision to make coming up this off-season, do they stick or twist? I wouldn't like to be the guy making that call.

Stupid decision to go for two on that last TD. Only because it wasn’t good. The play cal sucked but if they make it then Vrabel is a genius right?

I like the call but run the ball with your offensive line and your huge running back. He tried to tinker too much.

So close to an interception for the Panthers. Both quarterbacks have been clutch in the 4th quarter of this game.
Huge win for the Texans. Offense looked bad again but a great performance from Lamar Miller at RB was the exception. The defense gets better with every game though, really a good unit.

Woooooo!!! Go Brownies! All tied up. I think we totally overlooked Miles Garrett @admin - everytime I watch the browns defense he stands out. He should have been in the top ten.
