I don't even think Deshaun Watson would take Deshaun Watson over Patrick Mahommes. And that would make Watson even more my type of dude. Mahomes is great even if he's a better overall QB haven't seen the guts or toughness out of him, haven't seen him have to overcome the adversity that Watson has this year, playing with collapsed lung and all, being hit and put on the dirt more than Mahomes, that's the kind of shit that wins me over, Watson is all heart and balls. You don't have to be the best if you show me that you will win me over every time. Watson is my QB, ya'll can have Mahomes we will see whats up in the long run

You're my favorite homer on this board, and we have someone with the team's Rookie QB in his name.

Watson has the 'It' factor, very little tape has been seen on Maholmes to see if he can sustain the play at this level. I feel the same way about Darnold, I have his back in any war. He is my QB and he will take us to the promise land. We as Jets nation got your back Sam.

It’s not like there’s this long tape of sustained success that Watson has. And before last night, he had done nothing akin to 2017 (which even then was scary from a turnover standpoint, obvious talent aside).

We don't know if Mahomes can deal with adversity yet because he hasn't faced it yet. That still doesn't change the fact he's easily been a better QB this season than Watson or Darnold. Mahomes is the frontrunner for MVP this season, neither Watson or Darnold can say that.

Okay so the Nobi argument was funny in that well he’s a Texans fan so whatever kind of way, but the tape as an argument FOR Watson? He came into the season with five more starts than Mahomes. Blame the offensive lines, the coaching, the bad injury luck or the lack of skills players and I’m fine. But the tape? Come the fuck on. Also just for the record Mahomes has beaten the Steelers in Piitsburgh, the Chargers in LA, and played it out to the buzzer in New England after being down 15 at half.. He has a come from behind fourth quarter comeback after being down 10 (in his first prime time game). He hasn’t been injured yet, but it isn’t like he’s beating the Bills and Browns every week either.

Both guys are the future at the quarterback position. It's Mahomes season, probably, but this debate will rage on hopefully through the next decade or so as we watch their careers unfold.
Fuller out is a hammer to the Texans chances. Coutee looked good, but he's going to have a shoulder a lot of responsibility now.

Also, JJo is out for 3 weeks with an MCL injury. This means more Shareece Wright which is not a good thing. Injuries are piling up.

If we want to be optimistic about the Texans, they do have Donte Foreman coming back and he could change that offense. For the time being, Hopkins is going to have to continue to be Nuk and make spectacular Vince Carter like plays.
The Jaguars get to face the Eagles in London and since they’re going there without 3 CBs, Philly “should” win it. However, once that plane arrives in London, Blake Bortles evolves into Blake The snake AKA International Bortles. Whoever walks out of London the loser this game is going to have to take a very hard look in the mirror because that puts them at the bottom of the hill with an uphill battle. Fortunately for both teams, the Redskins don’t scare anyone. Amari Cooper isn’t Dez Bryant and Jason Witten mixed into one. The Giants are playing terrible. So the Eagles can easily make a run. The Jaguars need to attack because you can smel blood in Houston with the injuries. I honestly don’t know who’s going to win. I originally had Jacksonville until the news of the CBs so I changed it to Philly. Should be an interesting showdown.

Goff, Mahomes, Watson and Wentz all have the potential to be special. We’ve seen lots of flashes from lots of QBs, and I’m not ready to anoint anyone the future.

To be clear, when I say they're the future I'm not calling any of them the next Rodgers. But these players will be leading the league into the next generation. I don't see any of them falling off to such a level that stops that happening. But of course, you never know in sport.

So last night, 4 Jaguars players were detained in London for trying to leave without paying a big bill. I don’t get how you’re an NFL player and do this shit, but they did it. Barry Church, Ronnie Harrison, DJ Hayden and Gerard Wilson were the 4 culprits.
The downward spiral continues for the Jaguars.

Interesting first half. The Jaguars definitely came out to play, but unfortunately their offense hasn’t. Carlos Hyde ain’t doing shit. That fumble by Keelan Cole is huge, because it led to the Eagles scoring a TD and taking the lead before the half. 10-6 at half.

No Fournette is killing the Jaguars and has turned Bortles unpredictability into a bad thing rather than a good thing. Imagine if that team had a real quarterback.

Kerryon straight up just punked out a Seahawks DB after putting the Lions on his back this drive. So of course the Lions pull him for Blount at the 50.

Kansas City's offense is from another planet. So many weapons, an absolute joy to watch every week. Hopefully it continues.

The Chiefs have a great offense. But their defense needs to improve in order for them to be true contenders.

7-0 team playing a road game at home, only in LA.
Also this is the field where Green Bay won Super Bowl 1

This defense can’t hold I’m sure but 2 in a row is fun to see.

If the undefeated and arguably most exciting team in the NFL are struggling to bring home fans to the games then the Chargers are in deep trouble. Terrible move bringing them to LA.
The Packers defense is looking really stout so far. Those blitzes are really getting the Rams off rhythm. Their young secondary is a major bright spot for them as well.

That was a brilliant catch by Gurley to set up the TD. Great focus to find the ball off the deflection, and then amazing body control gain possession and get both feet down inbounds.

You can just see Josh Rosen's self-confidence eroding by the second. The guy hasn't had 2 seconds on any play. How can he possibly develop properly?

The Packers secondary is doing a great job here, Rams receivers getting next to no separation, but they can't keep both them and Gurley quiet at the same time.

The comedy of errors after the safety can't happen, luckily the Steelers were thoroughly handling the Browns.
Disappointing Bucs didn't put Fitz in in time to topple the Bengals...so close.
