Looks pretty good to me, why 3 corners and only 2 linebacker though? Standard All Pro arrangement 3-4 starting linebackers and 2 starting corners.


Also why is Kittles starting over Kelce?   Kelce has more catches, yds, and TD's.  Is it because Kittles is succeeding with a lousy QB?  

AP added an extra DB a couple of years ago because everyone plays nickel now. I wanted to put Desmond King in because slot cornerback is one of the most important positions these days.

Blake Martinez would probably be my next linebacker up.

It’s crazy the Packers defense has so many considerations yet can’t put it together. Alexander had one of the best games I’ve seen out a Packer corner in YEARS and looks to be real deal as well.

Next year they could be legit if healthy. This year might be too late.

Sucks there are so many great/good receivers. I’d love to see Tae get some love but the position is just stacked and Thielen is putting together a lights out year.

Also James Connor deserves some consideration as well. He’s out Leveon’d Leveon. Probably cost him a few million in the process.

Zach Ertz is the only name the jumped out to me as an omission. Obviously Gurley and Donald deserve their spots; surprised to see Havenstein and Saffold, but not upset.

The Rams offensive line has just been magnificent this season. You could make a strong case for Austin Blythe at RG as well (PFF have him in their team) as he's been so good they were happy to waive last year's starter. Saffold is such a great run blocker, he's been key to a lot of Gurley's success. FO have the Rams comfortably league #1 in Adjusted Line Yards for interior runs on the left side.

George Kittle being in is the only “okay, WTF?!” of the list but it’s a big WTF. Ertz and Kelce and I put Burton over Kittle too.

I originally thought so too, but Kittle has been getting his numbers with pure hot garbage at quarterback.    Pretty impressive I must say.     

Kittle is also a better blocker.

By that theory, let’s give Andrew Luck best QB because he’s playing with hot garbage too and putting up insane numbers.

Find me a category where Luck is the #1 QB this season?

Kittle is #1 amongst TE for yards per route run, and #1 for YAC/reception.

He is number one in attempts. Boom, kid wins you lose hr.

(Kelce is better as a receiver, but Kittle is a much better blocker who can also catch some so I’m not complaining much)

It’s not that serious, but to put Kittle in ahead of Kelce and Ertz is just silly. No matter how you try to slice it.

Andrew Lucks numbers would be even better if his receivers didn’t drop everything that was thrown to them, by the way.

It's only because Kittle isn't a name , and wasn't winning people fantasy leagues before this season. He is having a great year as an all around tight end and an argument could and has been made for him. Of course the best argument for Kelce and Ertz is just being "silly".

Secondly Luck is having a fun bounceback year and has impressed me and I'm excited to see him back. His whole team isn't hot garbage though , he actually has two all pro candidates on his line and the numbers say he is one of the best protected quarterbacks in the entire NFL. His receivers aren't great but he doesn't help sometimes either as he still has the same accuracy and consistency issues as in the past. His overall numbers look great , his efficiency numbers drop him down quite a few spots.

Kittle isn’t having a bad year. Don’t get me wrong. He’s doing good on an offense where their best weapon has been Breida. Garçon, Goodwin have spent most of the season injured. As for fantasy, it would be great to have him on a team with minimal weapons. He’s doing great where most TEs are sucking fantasy wise.

I still wouldn’t put him and his season high 6 receptions + minimal weapons as the top Tight End on the list when Ertz and Kelce are smoking the NFL.

I saw Q. Nelson get thrown like a little bitch by Leo Williams, I am a proud ND fan but has Nelson been all pro level? He looked poor vs the Jets and we don't have much up front.

Kareem Jackson has been sensational in the Texans secondary so I feel he's unlucky not get in but each of those corners/safeties listed have been equally brilliant.

He's the first ever offensive linemen to win rookie of the month honors. He helped transform a running game into something actually legitimate and most importantly - he leads an offensive line that is now near the tops of the league in terms of protection. At this point last season they allowed 32 sacks - right now they've only allowed 10. 

Not too mention he has put plenty on tape against some of the best interior defensive linemen in the NFL and has been showcased in a bunch of games doing so. 


Forget all that though , he had a bad play against the Jets so he's clearly shit.

You do realize there is life in the NFL outside of who plays the Jets don't you?   Q has been spectacular all year and is a major reason behind Luck's resurgence.   

It was a serious question, I liked Nelson out of Notre Dame having seen many of their games so it's no knock on the guy just when an underwhelming talent like Leonard Williams ragdolls you, you have to pause for a second and ask if this "all pro" worthy. Sometimes these olineman who are drafted very high get insane amounts of praise and start to live off of their draft slot for reputation, not to say this is Q. Nelson but I remember people banging the desk hard for Robert The Bust Gallery when he became a guard when someone who is a student of the game like myself could see he is too slow foot to be a stone cold lock at guard for years on a football team.

You guys seem to forget that I am a football lifer and if I had any kind of connection within the industry, I would be a professional scout for an organization. I don't let hollow stats dictate how someone is, you follow that bullshit rubric you seem to fall within the sheep who say Samuel Darnold doesn't have "it" despite having BY FAR the worst surrounding cast due to inept drafting and injuries. I come from the old school of letting my eyeballs asses what I am seeing and what I saw was Nelson get overwhelmed at times in the game.

Andrew Luck's success is more on Reich's playcalling and allowing Luck to air the ball out frequently, this is the same man who had 0 shackles on a then unproven Nick Foles as he took them to glory. Luck in the game vs the Jets was on the run making tight aired throws, which some went for big plays but others became superman throws and got turned over or nearly picked. OLineman should not be given credit if a QB has to wiggle out of the pocket and improvise on set passing plays.

You are a football lifer and your connection would be a scout? How do you even make that connection when 99% of your judgement of a player is how he plays against the Jets or for the Jets in the past. You'd be the worst scout ever because you live in a New York bubble that occasionally gets a Notre Dame air pocket in it.

And your last paragraph is bullshit because the stats that prove his protection has been MUCH BETTER this year isn't just the raw sack numbers , it's the pressure % , he isn't under nearly as much pressure and it's not because he is wiggling out of everything. Then again though , you're talking about one fucking Jets game - because that's clearly all that matters. How someone plays against a shitty ass , overhyped New York team.
