I think the whole football world is behind the Texans tonight given they lost Mr McNair. Would be a joke if Trenchcoat Vrabel marched in there and won this game given the stakes. This isn't your night, this is Houstons night.

Really promising start by Lamar Miller, ripping off three big gains on that TD drive. 51 yards already.
Demariyus Thomas is in a great situation here with Hopkins drawing double coverage.

If this is how Titans stop the run they are going to be in for a dog fight next Sunday as much as that pains me to say.

Mariota is 12/12 for a buck fifty and a touchdown at halftime yet this game feels completely over.
My favourite Witten-ism from the first half: "There's a difference between guys that can rush the passer and pass rushers."

Titans are the most bullshit team in the NFL, its a real shame they claim Oilers history what a fucking joke, Earl Campbell played high school ball in Tyler, played college ball in Austin, played pro ball in Houston and what the fuck does that have to do with Tennessee? My kin watched Earl while folks in Tennessee where fucking donkeys in the barn or whatever the fuck people in Tennessee do. We should be able to honor our city history give it back like NBA did with Charlotte Hornets

While the current Jets don't.

Brutal performance by the Titans o-line tonight - two straight sacks and the Texans only brought 3 on that last play. Conklin and Lewan were supposed to be anchors for the future but they've both had really disappointing seasons.

Is Steve McNair considered a Oiler or Titan in your eye Nobi? Is he tainted? McNair, and Eddie George are Titans through and through even though they were drafted as Oilers. They overwhelmingly made their mark in the NFL playing for the Titans, not the Oilers.

Beautiful pass by Mariota - he's having a great game without too much help.
Couple of really costly busts in the secondary by Houston tonight, they've really handed Tennessee both touchdowns with bad safety play.

That Browns game next week looks like a trap. Cleveland's been playing pretty good these last couple weeks.

Week 3 after losing to the Giants, 0-3: Still just not ready to throw in the towel on the Texans season just yet. I was so happy to see JJ Watt back in prime form yesterday, shit got me so jacked up Now we've won 8 in a row and are 2 wins away from clinching the division and we have a serious shot at a first round bye and some kind of homefield advantage in the playoffs. What a season it has turned out to be. This win tonight just really made me feel good about my boys. I believe this can be our year. I never should have doubted O'Brien he's really impressed me this year. At this point I think you got to seriously consider him for Coach Of The Year, I mean 8 weeks ago folks was talking about him getting fired mid-season and now they're fighting for #2 seed and first round bye and he's done something no other head coach in NFL history has ever done. But yeah man, longest play from line of scrimmage in Texans history tonight, what a run by Miller put that one in the all time highlight reel for the Texans. I believe they set new franchise record for rushing yards tonight as well, and of course first team in NFL history to win 8 in a row after starting 0-3 that's pretty special, and what a coincidence it happened on the 99th NFL season, JJ Watt wears #99 bro and we did it by embarrassing the sell out ho ass Titans and their sell out coach pretty much eliminating them from playoff contention, what a night. I'm so happy

Where's my quote where I told you that you needed to give BoB a full season with Watson to show what he could do?

Crazy how the playoff picture has been shaken up the last two weeks.
The Cowboys are the head of the NFC East. The Redskins are STILL the 6 seed because Carolina has lost 3 in a row. Seattle is breathing down Washington’s neck for the 6 seed and they get San Francisco 2 times still. Carolina gets Nawlins twice. The Colts have the same record as the 6 seed Baltimore Ravens and that is most likely the only seed that hasn’t yet been decided in the AFC. The Eagles are also a game back of both Dallas and Washington.
So much shit has been happening.

More coincidences; Houston turn around from 0-3 start this is the 25 year anniversary of the 1993 Oilers turning around a 1-4 start winning 11 in a row to steal first round bye/homefield advantage. I made a post on the Texans forum when we were 1-3 saying that if that 93 Oiler team could do that with all that drama they had to deal with this team can definitely do it. Also my MMA run I lost all 3 of my first 3 fights, started 0-3 before I went on a tear and won a strap bros. This is really happening. Watson is The One, the Prophecy is real

Great performance. Builds hope that we could do something in the play-offs. Still feel like we suffer in pass protection but the run blocking is getting better and Watson is making better decisions.
O'Brien deserves credit, we're playing pretty safe offensive football but it's smart when you have Watt, Clowney, Mercilus, Jackson and Mathieu on the other side of the ball making plays. Generally, Watson hasn't turned it over much on this winning streak. He's played nicely.
Game against the Colts at NRG will be absolutely fascinating and tell us a lot about both teams.

Fuck Mike Vrable, have fun watching playoffs on the couch sell out LOL seriously?? You think he should have turned down a head coaching job just to stay with the Texans as a coordinator?? On what planet are you living on? Any coach in his position would have taken that job.
