Apparently, LAX's (Ortiz & Santana) contracts expire with Impact Wrestling (seen someone mention it on another forum), on August 31st (same day as All Out), would love to see them show up in All Elite Wrestling, at some point.

MJF is definitely turning on Cody. What a way to put him over, with a bloody betrayal.

If they are Jericho’s partners I’ll fucking lose my mind. But I’m betting it’s Dark Order.

Edit: The LAX they could use does not seem to include Homocide. Without Cide, why not bring in Los Mercenarios if they want a Latino team? Or Jinetes del Aire to get El Hijo del Vikingo into the US. Hell both of those groups are cheaper than LAX most likely as well.

Moxley is out for All-Out with a bad MRSA infection.
This just shows you the downsides of having a contracted wrestler work for another promotion.

MRSA, is that what they call a staph infection?

Holy crap, the King is finally coming. I was hoping all the drama was just visa issues. AEW got really lucky he was free. Few people could have replaced Moxley this easily, but he is definitely one.
And MRSA is treatment resistant staph. It what Punk claimed to have had in WWE on his back that started all of his drama against the doctor.

Watches Jericho's gimmick well and Dark Order should be set for a massive push given they are one of the greatest tag teams that never really had a major run. I mean during their debut almost no one knew who they were, so they can be AEW made basically.

Damn. I was really looking forward to that match. But we’re getting an awesome match anyway and Moxley/Omega will happen eventually.

That's some horrible timing that was one of if not the main event match. A former WWE top champion vs. a former NJPW top champion. I think the match with Pac probably will be better, but he isn't as big deal right now as Moxley.

This works well as Moxley vs Omega can now lead the television programming while Pac vs Omega is still a main event match.

It's actually a fortunate twist of fate ( if you think about it ) because, All Out is sold out, regardless.
AEW still have their money match up their sleeve. A handy card to hold / play going head to head with NXT.
I've criticised AEW before, for looking to and / or potentially burning through all their dream matches very quickly and losing mass appeal. This way, Moxley v Omega can be the centre point of it's television show, it's actually perfect timing. Build tension, build emotion. Boil that kettle.
Hell, the staph infection may be a complete work to keep Moxley off the card and add depth to it's television product, in lieu of NXT's rival show. I don't know.. I'm not suggesting anything fishy. But..
And naturally if Hangman Page wins the belt, PAC challenges - or visa-versa. And they pick up that story-line.

Moxley sounds gutted to have to miss the show. Said he is having surgery to finally get rid of the sac in his elbow. This is an infection that first popped up in WWE and he had surgery for in WWE, but well, WWE has a sketchy history of dealing with staph as almost everywhere else you cannot work with a staph infection. Since he says it is MRSA it does make sense.
That said it could be a work too, but it is not like Moxley to work fans with fake injuries. He is a former deathmatch guy too so gets into hard to believe that a staph infection would be too much for him to work with given he would wrestle on broken glass. Likely he did the entire G1 with it.

It's going to be surreal to hear Tony on a show like this. Tony became a meme as a corporate shill, but I'd much rather hear him over Michael Cole any day of the week.
I can't believe it's been nine years since TNA's ill-fated jump to Monday Nights. It feels like yesterday we were all watching with bated breath and see if TNA could actually be a viable alternative. Truth of the matter is, this will easily out-do that show and could very well even out-do WCW towards it's dying days. We've waited 18 years and finally we could have some genuine variety when it comes to USA style Pro Wrestling.

I presume Tony is replacing JR? Seems like Marvez is Kahn's bud and Excalibur seems entrenched.

Kenny Omega's recent promo about Moxley being injured is the first thing he's done since leaving New Japan that I've enjoyed. Give us more of that Kenny and I can start to get excited for AEW.

I'm guessing there isn't a way to watch this without sifting through 15 minutes of "Being The Elite" style rubbish? Do AEW show their storyline builds exclusively through YouTube videos?

I presume Tony is replacing JR? Seems like Marvez is Kahn's bud and Excalibur seems entrenched. With AEW wanting to utilize analytics, Marvez seems to be the guy for that. I can see him being moved to online content/segments on the show for it. Maybe in time he will adjust to the booth, but he really brings them down. I can see Tony being the third member. And yes, Emperor, AEW's storylines are currently progressed through Being the Elite and the Road to series. This is until their television deal in October. If you want to watch the incredible Kenny Omega promo, it opens the BTE episode this week.

I'm of two minds about that promo. On the one hand, it was pretty brutal and well-delivered. On the other hand, I didn't really get the point of the promo. Moxley is injured, and Kenny basically roasts him. So what? Is the point for Omega to now take the heel role, and Moxley to return as the "triumphant" babyface? That's fair enough, but I don't see how Moxley can even respond to that promo and save face. Omega is right: he wrestled a gruelling tournament in Japan which finished a few weeks before All Out, and got hurt, and had to pull out in a pretty anticlimatic fashion.
Maybe I've been worked by the big bad Kenny Omega.
Decided to watch the rest of the video. So there's a segment with Cody and the Bucks having a management meeting talking about how to replace Moxley. "Put Kenny in the main event?" "No, that's a WWE move." The segment does reveal that Pac is the replacement, but I don't understand why they are unveiling the curtain on their management decisions. Just to take a dig at Vince?
Skipped everything with Christopher Daniels and his crew.
Video ends with a fantastic Jericho promo which you shoudl all watch. It was pretty short, straight to the point. Why is this match happening? Why should we care? Jericho convincingly answered both of those questions.
Interesting to compare the style of promos between Jericho and Omega. Jericho's was old school. You'd see that style of promo anywhere in the 80s or early 90s. Not reinventing the wheel, but effective. Omega's promo was more new school. It goes outside of kayfabe, into smark territory, weaving an intricate web of something that I don't understand, as alluded to in my comments above.

Henry Today at 11:46 AM Henry New AEW announce team sounds way better without Alex on there.
The current line up planned is Jim Ross, Excalibur, and Goldenboy moving forward.
Tony Schiavone will be helping with backstage segments and video packages. But is on a limited schedule as he can really only do Wednesday’s for now. (He works for MLW, University of Georgia’s college football announce team, etc.) But will most likely also do some announcing depending on the match. (Think how WWE would bring in JR for big match ups at Mania as an example.)
Alex Marvez is still with the company and will most likely help with backstage interviews & video packages. There is still thought that he will do some announcing in the future.
