IN HONOR OF RT BRINGING TO ATTENTION THE ANNIVERSARY OF JERICHO'S DEBUT - OUR NEW LIST IS

TOP TEN DEBUTS! GET ONE IN AND GET ON IT!

I like the last minute change of plans. Tough Guys wasn't doing it for me. If I voted at all it was just going to be 7 MMA guys with wrestling experience + Foley/Sabu/Funk at the bottom for being tough guys of a different sort. Debuts will be a lot more fun. Will try getting a list in tonight.

Handed in my debuts list already. Was psyched as soon as I saw it.

Stuck with debuts only (ie: first time wrestler(s) showed up in a new company). Didn’t include formation of stables, returns, etc, so that rules out the nwo forming, stuff like that.

For my sanity, can we all come to a consensus on this? Excluding stable debuts comprised of wrestlers who'd already debuted would help my OCD.

As it stands, I've got the Nexus as my #1 because it felt so groundbreaking at a time when nothing was groundbreaking in WWE... But all those individual wrestlers had already debuted, so...

Similarly, foregoing nWo's formation saves me a spot and maybe still leaves me Scott Hall's and Kevin Nash's debuts... But then again, it was more like their return to WCW than their debut, so...

FWIW, I included Scott Hall's WCW debut on my list because it was fucking insane at the time. No way it couldn't be on there. I don't even really consider that a WCW return because his first run was barely a blip and nobody knew who he was until he went to WWF and became Razor Ramon.

To me that's like saying AJ Styles' WWE debut at the Royal Rumble doesn't count because he worked a match in 2001 and therefore it's technically a return.

As for stables forming, that's a tough one, but in my opinion, stables/teams forming could easily be its own topic so I didn't include any of that. I only included one stable debut on my list because it was actually their debut in the company and they appeared as a stable when they debuted.

If we include stable debuts as part of this then nWo, DX and Bullet Club are going to dominate and I don't think that is the spirit of this list.

- Top Ten KOTR Matches 
- Top Ten KOTR PPV's 
- Top Ten Kings of the Ring 
- Top Ten Jeff Hardy or Matt Hardy Matches (Jeff vs Matt!!)

The first three are all fine and I'd be more than happy to participate in those KOTR themed countdowns....

But my vote is for Matt vs. Jeff. The Great War rages on!

I know I'm probably shooting myself in the foot here. PW has revealed itself to be a broken forum full of misguided Brother Nero devotees. But I care not! Right now I'm thinking my list would be 7 or 8 for The Broken Brilliance/2 or 3 for the Obsolete Mule.

If top KOTR matches matches on the ppv in general (i.e. hiac or Austin/HBK) or just tourney stuff?

I vote for vague and go with top ten kings.

Though I imagine it'll just be Jeff matches... it would be a nice follow up to Jannetty. I think all 4 topics work for me.

Kotr matches most likely to get a list in followed by Hardys. Think Jeff has enough quality to go beyond 20 solo.

I may have spoke too soon. Right now it's looking 6-4 in favor of the Obsolete Mule. Look, guys. Brother Nero got waaaay more chances than the Sensei of Mattitude. It really isn't fair. Plus Matt's hundreds of *** tv matches kind of all blend together. The average Matt Hardy match is still better than average Jeff Hardy match. And I'm including a multi-man or two on Jeff's list. Instead it ended up being 7-3, and that's with being very picky and selective on Jeff's side.

I was just thinking about HHH's denim vest leather jacket this weekend, so my vote goes to gear (assuming that includes any/all attire?).

I've been on a huge WCW kick lately so the greatest WCW stars peaks my interest , but I'm fine with most of those. Plus I actually like worst countdowns because some of the most memorable stuff in wrestling history is cringey but entertaining.
