Alright so basically I've had permission to do whatever tournament I like on here and after the success of the Tag Team Tournament I ran I've decided to go with a Cruiserweight Tournament this time. 128 men worldwide will participate in this, Same as the last one, Choose your winner & The first to 3 will advance, all the matches are drawn randomly using the www.mathgoodies.com random generator, Anyway without any further adue here is the 1st match of the 1st Round  Psychosis

Meh. Not a fan of either guy but Elix Skipper did a cage walk frankensteiner while Shannon Moore did not. Therefore Elix wins.
