Huh I’m not doing nearly as bad on my bracket as I thought. I picked most winners. Had LSU in the sweet 16 also.

I only missed Wofford, Washington, UC Irvine, Liberty and Marquette. And the only team I picked moving on past the second round was Marquette.

So not a total wash yet anyway. I’m kind of impressed with myself. Best first round I’ve had in a while. :lol:

Now watch my final four get wiped this weekend.

I’m going to be in Vegas for the Final 4, but arriving too late to bet on those two games. However, I’ll be making a Vegas sized bet in Vegas on the National Champions AKA Zion Williamson future Knickerbocker.

UNC has a chance to win it all and LSU is playing pretty good right now.

I lost one of my final 4 teams after picking Murray State to make it. Got lost in the Morant hype, not realizing everyone else on that team is trash.

EDIT: Terrible turn of events by UCF.  Aided in part by some questionable officiating.  Zion should've gotten an offensive foul on that last play.

What an AMAZING, INSANE finish to that Duke/UCF game. Just unreal.

Auburn may be this tournaments hottest team. They’re about to knock off North Carolina and get into the Elite 8 outlasting Tennessee.

Man, Duke's been getting all the miracles this tournament. This time, they "survived" Virginia Tech.

Gonzaga has to be the most overrated program in all of basketball. They overachieve in their conference, but they are chronic underachievers when it comes to March Madness.

Crazy since they had such a complete team. Even crazier that Texas Tech has now made it to the Final 4.

Let’s see if Virginia can beat Purdue because this games going to come to the wire. Can’t help but root for Purdue right now.

What a game. Man. Edwards did everything he could do for Purdue against the best D in the country. 42 points. 10 3 pointers. A crucial turnover with 2 seconds left in OT and a buzzer beater in regulation for Virginia spoils his epic night. He’s also the NCAA leader in 3 pointers made in the tournament. I’ll be hoping to see him in the NBA.

Virginia lost to a 16 seed last year and made history. This year, they hit a buzzer beater to stay alive and are now going to the Final 4 and they await the winner of Kentucky and Auburn.

Awesome defensive stand by Auburn in that last Kentucky possession. Bonus basketball, with a trip to Minny on the line.

Auburn continues to be the hottest team in March. They’re starting to remind me of Kembas Huskies. Got hot at the right time.

And Charles Barkley's probably guzzling down some champagne right now back in NYC.

Auburn is going to the National Championship. No way they lose to Texas Tech.

However, I think the winner of this tournament is either Duke, MSU or Virginia and we’ll be finding out if it’s Duke or Michigan State facing Virginia soon enough. I want more Zion, though.

Edit- NEVER MIND. Virginia gets Auburn. Duke/MSU gets Texas Tech.

Got one more great game and finish here. Man, all four of these regional finals have been great games.

Michigan State has cancelled ZionMania.  Izzo's now gone to more Final Fours than any coach ever.  More than even the great John Wooden.

Last thing I want to see is TTU in the National Championship.

I feel like Virginia is one of those teams that has always been pretty good but never won the title. I wouldn’t mind seeing them win. Auburn would be neat too.

Crazy nobody kept this thread going. Virginia was truly on a magical run and made some clutch shots to win this whole thing. Buzzer beater to bring it to OT in one game. Controversial foul call followed by 3 GW FTs. Then a 3 pointer with 11 seconds left to tie the National Championship game. That’s magical and a complete turn around from losing to a 16 seed to winning it all.

I was gone all weekend, and the RAW After Mania was last night.  So I couldn't really post anything here.  But that was a great game, and it was nice to see Virginia being the last team standing, after being one of the first out last year.

Likewise, I'm gutted for Texas Tech.  A team that isn't a powerhouse, that made it to the ultimate game.  Good for them on making it, but I don't know if they'll make it back to the final, or even Final Four again in this generation, with this many big teams.

And extra gutted for Auburn, for the way they lost to Virginia in the semi-final.  Six points allowed in the last eight seconds, and they lost by one.
