To counter balance my last more negaitve thread, I thought it would be cool to start a thread highlighting the up and coming indy talent that we find.
I'll start with AQA
AQA is another hyper-athletic wrestler with a creative move-set that trained at Booker T's school. She's only been wrestling for a year so she's prone to some sloppyness but she has a lot of potential, even if she's a work in progress atm.

Vixsin, Australian Wrestler. She’s done a few death matches but is also a good “standard” wrestler.

Sadie Gibbs another really athletic young wrestler, seems to have some attitude problems though. Might just be maturity.

I like Tasha a lot. Word is that she’ll be in the new WWE Superstar Search on E! Someone I hope gets a shot at one of the big companies soon is Trish Adora She’s trained by the Dudleys and has a Wakanda-inspired look and “afropunk” gimmick. If she looks familiar, it might be because she jobbed to Kairi on NXT last year. She can be surprisingly swift for a strength-based bigger girl.

I keep meaning to put some time aside to watch these videos! I see Kris Stadtlander is in one of those matches you've posted dex - she was on Smackdown this week. I've seen a couple of her matches and think there's definitely potential there as someone with impressive atleticism for her size. She's still very raw though and needs to work on the execution of her moves as a lot of her stuff isn't as crisp as it needs to be.

I've mentioned both Aqa and Hyann before, but her'es a recent steel cage match they had together (match starts about 20 minutes in)
The match isn't perfect and there's a little sloppiness but you can easily tell they both have a lot of potential, especially Aqua who has springs for legs. Not often in women's wrestling do you see a 450 splash and a shooting star splash in the same match.

Wow that was great! Impressed at AQA's ability to throw a punch/forearm on top of her obviously impressive athleticism.

I watched some Tasha Steelz matches today and can totally see why she's got some buzz behind her. Whatever they do at that wrestling school is clearly working.

I think what is particularly impressive about the Damian Adam's trainees is how distinct they are wrestling style wise from one another. Karen , Deonna, and Tasha all have differing styles that help them stand out.

It was actually Tasha doing the headstand counter to a headscissors (with a bow afterwards) that Deonna does regularly that inspired my post! But definitely I know what you mean.

The Texas female indy scene seems to be really strong right now. Alex Gracia is a wrestler who has been wrestling for about a year and seems to have a lot of potential. She's already done a tour of Japan with Stardom.

OMG I love Laynie Luck's gimmick. A lot of talent in this little neck of the woods. I kind of think AEW would be smart to grab a bunch of these girls for their short term tryout contracts. Aqa and Hyann for sure. Given most of these girls are barely on the radar outside of small local feds, be a great way to make new stars.
Fun match I found between Laynie and Kylie Rae. Someone really missed hard on Kylie Rae as she should be huge if she can bring this stuff to AEW.

Kylie Rae is fucking awesome, and not just because she's using the original dubbed Pokemon theme either... though that's pretty awesome.

It is a pity that the Pokemon gimmick can only work on the indies. I also find it unreal that we have so many talented women but all women feds still do not make money

Another ROW match popped up on my Youtube home page today; I think Rok-C is another name to add to the list of Texas based girls we need to keep an eye on. She's only 17 and already looks confident and natural in the ring. Lot of potential there.

I think this current era might be even more impressive than the Jessica James- Athena- Rachel Summerlyn era of girls from Texas from a sheer number of talented women perspective. Also a match she had with Kylie Ray for people who are unfamiliar with her.

I never really rated Rachel Summerlyn that highly either - whereas there seems to be a whole handful of girls coming out at the moment who are all very watchable. Whatever happened to Jessica though? She's got to be one of the most underrated/underachieving girls of all time I think. Rok-C's match that I watched was against Miranda who also looked perfectly decent as well. She did a cool spot I've never seen before, putting Rok-C's fingers inside the turnbuckle before kicking it.

Last I heard of Jessica was that he had a WWE tryout in like 2015 I want to say? I think she was a victim of bad timing, she and Ember got their starts at around the same time but Jessica is like 5 years older. by the time the WWE decided to push women more seriously,, and start signing indy women more aggressively ( there was a couple of years post the Becky Lynch signing in 2012 that NXT wasn't signing indy women at all ) Jessica was already like 33. I also think she never was able to break out of the Texas scene the same way Ember was. It seems like burning the Shimmer bridge as probably not the best choice for her. She was/is really good though.
I also like Miranda she's improved a good deal since wrestling in the first Mae Youn Classic and her Stardom run.

It seems like burning the Shimmer bridge as probably not the best choice for her. What happened there? I don't remember this story. It seems like she was still wrestling (infrequently) until sometime last year according to Cagematch. Might be retired now though, bit hard to tell with her low key social media & small following....

I want to say she and Rachel had a falling out with Alison Danger. Wikipedia says Rachel says she stopped working there because it was not a fun work environment, but they don't have a source for that. I could have sworn I read something years back that there was something like that though. Sad though. Speaking of female wrestlers that kind of fell off the map . A couple weeks back the nxt women's news guy Casey noted that two indy wrestlers named Kayla Sparx and Miss Deville were making comebacks. I don't know who Deville is but the name Kayla Sparx seems vaguely familiar Does anyone remember who either of them were? Were they any good?

I know this is basically becoming a ROW stan thread, but I can't help there was another good match in their latest episode.
Alex Gracia vs Jenna Lynn
Jenna Lynn is another Booker T trainee who seems pretty solid even knowing that she probably won't be a huge indy star because of her look/gimmick as it is now.

Kylie Rae is so good, she's not just like Bayley from a character perspective, but she also seems to be developing into a real ring-general like Bayley as well.
This match was very fun despite Raychell being pretty green from the looks of it (although her character work stuff was pretty good). Kylie also is very expressive and emotes very well.

Someone that has caught my eye recently is Leyla Hirsch. She's a former amateur wrestler who reminds me a lot of Ronda as a wrestler. she's been wrestling for only about 2 years at this point.

Giselle Shaw seemed to have a really good showing for herself in Japan for TJPW last night ( or this afternoon for Japan)
She's another Lance Storm trainee.

Another good ROW match:
Obviously we've talked about Alex seeming like an inevitable WWE signee, but Hyan is really good too and would be a lot better in the power heel role than Nia and Tamina proved to be. She's actually got some athleticism so things don't grind to a complete halt when she's on offence.
