Not sure if people follow or not but is the Twitch stream for AAA shows with English chat and commentary. 1k on tonight for the show and 5k for the Spanish challenge. Really fun show with great commentators who respond to chat, which was surreal.
Highlight of tonight was El Hijo del Vikingo jumping over the ropes from in the ring to the second rope outside the ring, and doing a dragonrana to the floor. Bucks need to bring Vikingo to AEW so bad. The kid is so fast and so smooth and can walk the ropes like no one I seen before. Been a long time since I seen a flyer who really stood out but damn this guy is just amazing.

Holy fuckin shit. Aerostar just dove off a 16 foot scaffold and went headfirst into the mats at ringside. Stretchered off really quick.

And that Aerostar spot was sick. He did not move after it, and they got him on a stretch and ran him to the back fast. He was moving his leg and hands a bit so he did not get paralyzed, but fuck that a Shane O Mac dive minus the padding.

The match was a normal three on three. Aerostar always does these dives. Hell this was the second dive off this in that match.

How exactly do they engineer that spot twice? I guess they don't give a fuck about psychology in lucha. The psychology must be "I climb high and hope my opponents stick around in range so I can jump on them do big damage oh look they stuck around lucky me time to kill myself".

I'm sure they are not, but c said they did it twice in one match, which is beyond ridiculous. I never understood lucha libre to begin with, but that takes the cake.

The best/worst thing about that is that Killer Kross is right there but by his reaction doesn't appear to have botched being involved in the spot. If I'm jumping off scaffolding, I'm asking the big guy to at least try and catch me.

Aerostar climbs up while the rest fight then leaps down on them. Then climbs back up. As for psychology, this is 80 WWE style stuff all the way. It is totally camp. Not sure it was mentioned or not yet this thread, but this was not the most disturbing thing that happened this week in Lucha. For people who have not seen it, this was one of the most disgusting things I seen in wrestling period. A fan pinned Scarlett Bordeaux arms back after she got up from a dive and felt her up while a security guard watched and did nothing. I cannot help but think you know who would not have let this slide? Bully Ray.
