I don't think I've ever participated in a draft. I think I've done one Fan Fic competition, but it was a half-assed entry and was booted in the first round because of it. Not sure if it was a draft or what. Either way it's not gonna be a picnic going forward as I got the Kid. I don't plan to change a thing. I have a story to get to and if I can't tell a third part in the draft, fuck off I'll just start a fic based on it. I'm sure it's been done before. Not gonna gif it up, but I will have some hot pixxx to entice everyone to bother reading mine.
PREPARE YOURSELF FAN FIC. I'm going as if this is my last card. Because it may very well be!

KING KID, @ness, and KITN bringing the fresh blood to this year's draft has me more engaged and entertained than ever before. Then you through in the potential power clash of shinobimusashi and the returning WMS, and this starts to feel like the draft to end all drafts. And then there's my man Baker-man, rocking another innovative concept, bridging the gap between the Kids, Nesses, KITNs and Shins/Wise Men... and tugging on my heart strings per usual. Looking forward to Round 2 and beyond, gents.

Honestly, I am here to win it all. As WMS stated, I never won one of these things. Maybe I got to a second round before? Maybe. But I’m going all out with this tournament and if I lose, I lose. But I fully intend on giving it my all to win. I fully respect @ness and his creativity and writing ability. His creativity is top tier with guys like 🤯 and shinobimusashi. Whacky but genius. So I am expecting a war. Like him, I’m going to be writing this shit as if it were my last and if I lose, then I got beat by the better writer.

I’m not sure what you are so worked up about. If the first round cards are anything to go by, you are going to wipe @ness off the face of the Earth easily.
But then again, that may not matter since his matches all take place in space. He could easily sneak a secret space win in when least expected. Like an RKO out of nowhere.

I got my story. I got some pics. But I got something even better to tell my narrative. It's time to throw the curtain back and do this right. I had the Hulk "I consider this a win" meme ready for a loss, but nay nay. I did NOT come here to lose. Kid's never won a draft? Congrats my friend... you don't have to fear uncharted territory. I'm not here to ink out a victory over you and then lose to Nobi or someone. I'm going all the way. I have to win now. Pi ain't gonna do it. I know this. Somebody has to do a live sex celebration. And no fed can make it work except for me.
Kid's real name is obviously Marcellus Wallace because he's getting FUCKED.

Dearest Patti,
You will be pleased to learn I carried WOW past bodyslam in Round 1. Just as I predicted! Now I've got KITN in Round 2. Should be another tough one....
LOL j/k. Defeating KITN will be as easy as getting money from a rich old guy desperate to land a trophy wife. Don't get me wrong. He’s an ok competitor. I'm sure he could get by some of the dweebs in this tournament. Too bad the poor guy is up against "The Fabulous" Lana Star's WOW. Oh well. Sucks to be him.
Oh, just one last thing. I'm not taking any chances. It's not worth winning if you can't win big. So I will be requiring your services one more time. Stand by for further instructions. Until then, this has been....

I saw UT did what I always do and posted what his next card would have been, so feel free to do that or discuss/insult one another or whatever. Hopefully the draft has inspired you to do a bit of writing and if it did, get a fed posted or go find the Random Thread and share your ideas with us. ITS' WHY WE'RE HERE, DAMN IT. IT'S SUCH GOOD SHIT. Sorry to those of us that have active feds for pushing you off the front page, but that happens every year and now that Round 1 is out of the way, the front page will be far less cluttered as those threads fall off. I don't know exactly what my next card would have been but the plan was to play tribute to a Fan Fic legend in each round. The next round would have been a tribute to jTjohncenaGOAT 's aPw with a lethal lottery, and the final would have been a tribute to Alyon Mac's LOCKDOWN, with all of my roster doing underground brawls in prison.

Booked the outcomes of True Grit and gave a more detailed write-up than planned. Penned in the matches for High Noon, just need to write the build-ups. I'm 50% there, wrote over 2,000 words so I got quite carried away and feel exhausted for it! Confident I'll get what I need to get done tomorrow evening and reach my own personal deadline. These drafts can be draining!

I always just called him Sproots to avoid getting it wrong. I'm now 87% sure it was him. AM's success came from his Fan Fic NXT show, were we were the characters.

Only fed related thing I remember from Holz (and we did a split together) was his catch phrase; “Only in darkness can there be light, tell me *name*, have you slept tonight?” Something like that.
An underground prison fed would be high priority for him to shit on.

Holz posted some concept like 10 years ago and it made it into the rules page and it was called the Lockdown concept. I don’t remember much. I do remember him saying once that he either (a) didn’t think it was very good or (b) he got it from someone else. I can’t recall. It was essentially what was posted before. The arena was on a lockdown of sorts and there were more things happening backstage that would have lasting effects on the booking. Sprouts had a fed that took place inside a prison called Lockdown. It was wrestlers that went to jail and they were fighting for their freedom. I vaguely remember there being like 3 different versions of it, but I also don’t ever remember seeing a conclusion to any of the version. He was one of the guys who did graphics for his wrestlers and it was always a very beautiful fed. I miss that dude. Good old Sproots McGoots. That guy was so unique with how he did feds. Loved his stuff.

Wrestlefest 2019 Night #1 Results
Wrestlefest Grand Championship CM Punk def. Shinsuke Nakamura (c) - NEW CHAMPION This match was the instant classic everyone expected and then some. What a main event to close out Night #1 of Wrestlefest 2019! CM Punk and Shinsuke Nakamura made it well worth the wait and tore the house down. Tension filled the air as both men made their entrances and squared off in the ring, Punk receiving a massive pop for his return and Nakamura wowing the audience with as grand an entrance as ever. The bout went well over 30 minutes and neither man gave an inch and never lost the crowd. Nakamura managed to connect with a late Bomaye but Punk kicked out. Nakamura then went for the kill shot with a Bomaye to the back of the head, but Punk somehow managed to dodge it at the last second and lock Nakamura in a heel hook. Nakamura fought out of it, staying alive long enough to fall victim to a GTS after dodging the finisher all match. When Punk finally connected, that was that, and the new Grand Champion was crowned...for now.
Winner gets a Grand Championship title shot on Night #2 Seth Rollins def. Adam Cole While Punk and Nakamura eventually tore the house down, Seth Rollins did his damndest to burn it down beforehand in an absolute show stealer with Adam Cole. Madison Square Garden could barely contain Adam Cole's ego as the crowd roared his name, but it didn't phase Rollins, who has learned from the best to be as cerebral as he is swift and powerful. Rollins was dialed in all match and no matter what Cole threw at him, Rollins had an answer. His speed and experience was the difference in this one and even though Cole got in a ton of offence, he couldn't put Rollins away and two Curb Stomps later it was all over. Now two of the biggest indie darlings of the past twenty years, who both rose to the top of their craft just a handful of years apart but never crossed paths, will battle on Night #2 for Wrestlefest's biggest prize. It's sure to be a can't miss main event.
Wrestlefest Women's Championship - Submission Match Becky Lynch (c) def. Shayna Baszler The Man proved to the world that she's earned her place on top of women's wrestling and has ticked another naysayer off her list. Shayna Baszler pulled out all the stops in this one and was all over Becky Lynch for the first two-thirds of this match. It looked like Baszler was going to walk her way to the title and make The Man submit with her immense power and technical expertise. But amazingly, Becky held on, breaking holds, taking the pain, and refusing to quit. That tenacity is what got Lynch to the very top and that tenacity is what won her this match. When Baszler finally made a mistake, Lynch found her window and it was all over. The Dis-Arm-Her was locked in and Shayna Baszler had nowhere to go. Baszler refused to give up, but Lynch had all her weight on Baszler's shoulder and her arm damn near a 45 degree angle the wrong way. Baszler was in danger of injury and the referee was forced to stop the match to save her from herself and an exhausted Becky Lynch managed to escape with her title as Women's Champion in tact.
Winner gets a Women's Championship title shot on Night #2 Rhea Ripley def. Asuka The woes continue for The Empress of Tomorrow as she sees her chances of leaving 2019 as the Women's Champion fading fast. Asuka came out hard but Rhea Ripley came out harder, using shear strength and force to overcome Asuka's assault. It wasn't long before Asuka found herself in trouble, especially when she connected with a series of kicks that Ripley mostly shrugged off before landing an open palm strike that knocked Asuka to the canvas. From that moment the crowd rallied behind Ripley, and the wild-eyed Aussie moved in for the kill. Asuka held her own as long as she could, even connecting with a Spin Kick, but Ripley would not be denied and avoided the Asuka Lock with a Small Package. Asuka kicked out, but Ripley sprung to her feet, catching Asuka off-guard, and nailed The Riptide for the win, punching her ticket to a Women's title shot.
Cage Match Kane w/Bray Wyatt def. Tomohiro Ishii Oh, Bray Wyatt. What fresh hell have you unleashed this time? We saw the mysterious Bray Wyatt re-emerge at Wrestlecon last weekend and summon the demon known as Kane to fight for him. Wyatt brought Kane to life to answer Tomohiro Ishii's Cage Match open challenge, and the thought of The Big Red Machine and The Stone Pitbull squaring off inside a cage struck a chord with fans they didn't know they had. Wyatt led the masked monster to the ring on Night 1 to answer Ishii's call and the two brutes laid waste to one another in a grueling and bloody battle. Part way through the match as both men were exchanging headbutts, Kane busted open Ishii and with blood trickling down his face, Ishii gritted his teeth and headbutted Kane so hard his mask split in half. The crowd gasped in amazement as Wyatt cackled from ringside, which seemed to anger Kane and drive him towards the victory. Despite Kane throwing all the offense he had at Ishii, the Pitbull almost escaped the cage after an Ishii Driller from the top rope. But Kane sat up just as Ishii began to climb over the top, and Kane dragged him back over the cage, driving him to the mat with a Tombstone Piledriver from the top rope. Wyatt opened the door for his monster and Kane escaped, but he was brutalized and in pain, and Wyatt's laughter seemed to get to Kane, which is probably why he Chokeslammed Bray Wyatt on the ring steps before leaving the arena alone.
Wrestlefest Openweight Championship - Ladder Match Will Ospreay def. Jay White (c) & Hiromu Takahashi - NEW CHAMPION This might go down as the greatest Ladder Match of the past decade. This might go down as one of the greatest Ladder Matches ever. These three absolutely attempted to kill one another for this title and MSG was red hot for the whole thing. This match was everything wrestling fans wanted and more. It was brutal, it was spot-heavy, it was shocking and it was the spectacle that Ladder Matches are supposed to be. With innovative attacks from all three men giving no inclincation of who might win, everything changed when Hiromu Takahashi laid out Jay White on a table at ringside and attempted to run up a ladder leaning on a corner to splash through him. But Will Ospreay scrambled up the side of the ring and intercepted Takahashi before he could leap from the ladder, taking him through the table (and Jay White) with a Spanish Fly. All three men were down for some time (while the crowd remained on their feet) before Ospreay managed to get to his feet and attempt to climb for the title. Takahashi came to just in time to catch up to Ospreay, but the damage was done and Ospreay hit an Oscutter off the ladder onto another ladder to put Takahashi away long enough to climb for the title.
The Miz def. "Hangman" Adam Page Adam Page still has some work to do if he wants to call himself a superstar, and The A-Lister made sure Page was well aware of that fact on Night #1. Page made his usual entrance and even received a few ribbons tossed into the ring from supporters, but The Miz showed up in style, arriving at the arena in a limo surrounded by paparazzi. His security escorted him to gorilla position before his music hit and The Awesome One entered to a huge pop and loads of fanfare and fireworks. The Miz then proceeded to act as if Page didn't even belong in the same ring as him, which turned the crowd slightly and almost lost him the match at one point when Page hit a Slingshot Lariat while The Miz was posing for a photo. The near fall woke up Miz though and he was all business from that point forward, and the match was a surprisingly well-fought one. At one point it appeared that The Miz had finally seen what everyone else sees in Adam Page, but that wasn't enough to take pity on him and Miz put him away with a Skull-Crushing Finale. There was no handshake or moment to speak of post match, just The Miz leaving a dejected Adam Page alone in the ring as he returned to his stardom and Page wondering what went wrong...
No Disqualifications Nikki Cross w/Stevie Richards def. Ruby Riott Stevie Richards was happy to be back in the wrestling world and the fans made sure he knew he was welcome, but the big star of the match was Nikki Cross, who looked like a kid in a candy store as she went full ECW on Ruby Riott. But Ruby Riott stuck true to her word that she wasn't going to play, but start a riott. Within minutes of the match starting the ring was littered with toys and the two women beat the absolute hell out of one another much to the crowd's enjoyment. It was a women's hardcore match unlike anyone had ever seen in Madison Square Garden and the fans in attendance watched as Cross and Riott went the distance. Suplexes on trash cans, DDTs on chairs, choke holds with wires and even Nikki Cross hitting a Drop Toe Hold while planting a baseball bat on its end for Ruby Riott to drive her face into. The match was as fun as it was brutal and Nikki Cross eventually reigned supreme when she hit The Purge and then transitioned directly into a Perfect Storm onto a seated chair for the win.
Elias sings "America The Beautiful" To kick off the show, Elias requested that everyone silence their cell phones and shut their mouths so he could sing "America The Beautiful" as it was meant to be sung, however as Elias quickly found out, New Yorkers don't like being told what to do. Eventually Elias reminded the New York crowd where the Knicks ended up in the NBA Draft Lottery, and that Zion Williams would join the Brooklyn Nets before he'd join a team of losers, and the boos rained down like you wouldn't believe. Fed up and unable to even hear himself talk over the noise, Elias turned to leave, when.. ...THE GLASS SHATTERS and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin entered Madison Square Garden! A crowd has never done a 180 this quick in wrestling history. The booing sounded like it was never going to stop then everyone was immediately on their feet. Austin didn't waste a minute and Elias couldn't even get a word out before he was on his back looking at the lights thanks to a lightning-quick Stone Cold Stunner. Austin started to crack out the Steveweisers, but the surprises weren't over yet. As if you thought Wrestlefest couldn't kick off any crazier, the music of John Cena filled the air and the crowd was beside themselves. The first ever Wrestlefest Grand Champion walked into MSG with a purpose, and that purpose was to spoil Steve Austin's very first Wrestlefest appearance. Cena tossed his hat and shirt as he marched down the ramp and got right in Austin's face. Austin offered up a Steveweiser in peace, to which John Cena held up his index finger and said "one minute," before hitting an Attitude Adjustment on a stirring Elias. The crowd popped again before Cena returned to the centre of the ring and squared up with Austin again. Cena accepted the offer, cheers... ..STUNN-NO!! Cena escapes by the skin of his teeth and shoves Austin across the ring before he can connect with the Stunner! Before Austin can even turn around, Cena is outside the ring, hand to his face, getting the loudest "YOU CAN'T SEE ME" of his long career. Austin watched from the ring as Cena smirked from the stage. He then gave Elias one more Stunner for good measure before turning his attention back to Cena. Wrestlefest just got a whole lot more interesting, folks. You do not want to miss Night #2.
