For those who never seen it, this is Janela one upping the Mondo roof bump: now that's just stupid

I think between the chair shot and some of the unnecessary spots, AEW lost some goodwill with this event. Maybe I’m projecting, but it certainly has me less interested than I was post-Double or Nothing.

I was disappointed by the event. The pre show was horseshit outside of the tag match. The Bucks/Lucha Bros tag was too goofy with some of the Street Fighter stuff and the death match was gimmicky as all hell. The big positive was the guy on commentary who I hear was calling his first ever wrestling event. He was a complete natural.

I liked the variety. Weird to see people complain about Street Fighter stuff at a Community Effort Orlando esports fighting game tournament. The AEW show was a side event for CEO2019, aka Fyter Fest. The event is still going on. This is why Alex Jebaitey was on the show too though.
Metric for viewing this will be weird because the Bleacher Report site was having a shit ton of issues. Seemed a lot of people went to the pirate streams they use normally for this too.

A wrestling event and a street fighter comp in the same building?
The Body odour would be immense, and this is coming from someone that went in a SF tournament 😂

Yeah I was getting errors everytime I tried to go through BR, so I was streaming it through watch wrestling for a show that was advertised as free. LOL.

And if yes, did you sign up to B/R Live? You probably couldn't get on if you're from outside the U.S. or Canada.

Yeah the chair shot was really stupid. If Cody wants to be the anti-attitude era then stuff like that has to go.
The Elite stuff is everything I hate about Kenny and the Bucks. I get that its a video game convention or whatever - but they just look like total dorks and not stars when they do stuff like this. I get that's a huge part of their audience and will probably work - but I'm just no part of that audience so it kills things for me.

Well, I consider it fine if they decided to go a little campy for Fyter Fest.
However, they can't do that for All Out.

I feel like people are over blowing the chair shot. Everyone is like “BUT MICK FOLEY” and it’s like, yeah, ok, but he took literally hundreds of unprotected shots over the years.
Once in a blue moon isn’t going to fuck you up for life. And him getting busted open was a fluke. It doesn’t happen every time.

B/R Live probably just realized it was Ohio versus Everything... so it didn't want to work.

I didn't realize you needed to sign in. The news sites just had a link, so I just clicked that and it gave me an error. I figured it was just overwhelmed with traffic, but didn't wanna ask how everyone's was working and it wasn't for me.

AEW’s second show, was it any good? Pretty solid. The preshow was nothing too special, aside from Allie making her AEW debut. Moxley/Janela was some hardcore fun. The women's Triple Threat had a few slips, but was alright. And everything else was solid. Not on par with Double or Nothing, but was still a good show for what it was.

I like Darby Allin but the trust fall on the apron was stupid. Darby Allin’s entire gimmick is “guy who takes insane bumps.” Thats all he has. Looking forward to when he fights Moxley.
