It's an iffy conference but the most important info was delivered. Very good prices, the digital one costs more than XBOX but wonder the memory space will be better. I think the physical edition is the same as XBOX's?

The PS Collection is nice for PS5 owners but for PS4 owners, it's games you still have to buy for your system despite paying the same yearly/monthly rate for subscription. Hate that. I own many of the games but for brand new comers who want something to play on their system that is cool but what is good for PS4 PS Plus subscribers.

I'm very likely buying the digital edition. I haven't bought a hard copy of a game in years. I always pay on PS Plus and download because it's easier and usually a little cheaper than going to the store.

Very good idea from Sony to do that. Save some money, less waste, what's not to like?

PS Plus has sales all the time. The only game I've paid full price for in the last like 3 years was The Last of Us 2, because I wanted to play it right away and knew it would be good.

Everything else I just wait a few months and buy it when it goes on sale. I guess there's an argument for used copies being cheap but meh. I never see them marked down enough before I can buy them online on sale.

EB Games was already sold out of pre-order shipments when I looked and they wanted a $200 deposit. I guess they probably have a better chance of fulfilling the order.

Same. I was really lucky with Target, tried about 10 different times. I assume Amazon will put theirs up in the late hours so be on the lookout with them.

Now I can go to GameStop but it won’t let me add the cart yet

The PS4 was a Christmas gift for "the family" and I guarantee you the PS5 will be as well. We even have one more kid than last time!

Heard games will be over 90 bucks over in Canada, my goodness. That's absurd.

Probably means PS Plus subscriptions are going up too. Currently they're $49.99, but you can get them on sale for $5 off once in a while. Any time they go on sale I buy one.

I'm thinking they go up $5-$10. Maybe more considering they're going to be pushing more online stuff, and giving away remastered games for free to subscribers.

I am going to go ahead and say Sony did a poor job handling it Microsoft did a much better job announce preorders week ahead for the release date while Sony announce preorders the next day good job Sony

I preordered Demon's Souls, Miles Morales & Sack Boy but I might take Sack Boy off as I think I can wait for that to be cheaper although I love my platformers. I think of the three, that is the one that drops in price ala Knack. 77 bucks for Demon's Souls, ehhhh but that trailer looks massively different combat wise vs the PS3 game.
