New account made by Mercury trashing RoH hardcore. twitter.com/JOEYnRetrogradeEchoes some of what ACH said already and BJ Whitmer backs it all.

Some of the highlights are Brody and Mercury popping Flip's elbow back in place, Shelley not getting paid for being a de facto medic, and Bully having to go out to that fan because RoH did not actually pay for security. Most damning is Kelly Klein being pushed to wrestle with a concussion and Joey getting shit for telling not to because it is too dangerous. Cornette even came out backing Mercury...
One of the few RoH shows I went to live was with a different ownership group but 10 minutes in Steve Corino took a slap that ruptured his eardrum and they let the match go 15 more minutes finishing with Corino putting Cide into a submission and having Corino's cornercall the match before Cide tapped. Afterwards, when the cameras were off, for 30 minutes Corino laid in the ring unable to stand. Next match 10 minutes in Low Ki KO'ed Dan Maff with a kick to the head and everyone was rushed out.
We all know DB and Nigel had their careers cut extremely short due to the work they did in RoH with god knows how many others. RoH's utter lack of care of long term health is a real problem that went undiscussed for far too long.

Hoping this means people will not sign contracts when they expire. Few people locked up there that I would rather see in AEW.

Mark & Jay seem comfortable in ROH & I think they would retire if ROH goes downhill. Or I see them working wherever they want without contracts like The Lucha Brothers.

Damn this is getting worse and worse. Kelly Kleined originally asked for 24000 for her contract and RoH said no as if they paid her that, they would have to pay the rest of the girls that. Looks like we will see the roster clear as that is nothing for AEW or NXT.
Joey also said at times when there was security and he was champ he was not allowed to go backstage as security had no way of telling the boys from fans. The more that comes out the worse this looks.

Is his problem with one person or HoH? Because he's starting to be making the whole company look bad.

His problem is strictly with management or apparently the lack of it. He put over the guys in the back and Alex Shelley hard before he said he would stop naming people as some asked not to be a part of this. But the jist of all this, is the owner of RoH treats the talent like shit, does not care about their health and will not pay for basic things they need like security. Looks like Joey is in a bipolar phase and got into a fight with Gary over the way he was treating some of the students and younger talent and Gary accused Mercury of being fucked up on drugs and it looks like straight up fired him so Mercury dragged it all onto twitter for better or worse. Some other guys are backing him like BJ Whitmer and Cornette saying RoH has had serious issues for years.
Not sure how Mercury will feel about this when his mania ends and if it will fuck him from WWE or AEW but RoH is known to do things like look the other way for concussions and work guys they know are hurt so I am not sure he is entirely in the wrong here. A death in the ring from a concussion in RoH will hurt the entire industry.

For a company whose attendance has been dwindling, and has relegated it's TV show to just recapping it's big events, this definitely not good PR for them, or the PR for Sinclair, who's had it's issues in other realms. Good on Joey speaking out on it.

For those not following RoH fired Kelly yesterday for retweeting Mercury. Newsweek picked up the story because it looks like she was fired for complaining about how injured wrestlers were treated. RoH claims she was not fired, just simple will no longer require her services. Emails Joey leaked show it was over retweeting him and damaging the image of the company.
Juice came out and said the workers are only paid a fraction of what they are worth, and that is why he jumped to Japan. Thinking this also explains why so many are leaving for NJPW, TNA and AEW (before the TV deal).
Shit is a mess and will get far worse if other wrestlers start to comment on things. Joey just apologized publicly Alvarez for taking low blows at him at twitter, so I am thinking next week more will come out as they start to work together. Other reporters are talking with him now too.

MArty leaving RoH looks like a sure thing. Mercury dropped the hint that management made him drop the title because they did not want him leaving the company as champ.

The ROH Title.
Mercury pushed for Marty to win it at Madison Square Garden but ROH vetoed the decision and went with Taven since they saw him as the better investment. Mercury rates Taven as a worker, but felt with Scurll on top they could have elevated Taven and others on the roster.

The other post said drop the title and I thought I missed something.

I assumed Marty had the title as some point. Out of touch with RoH. Mercury said the decision was to take the title from Marty, so I had assumed he actually had it.

What ever happened to ROH (to make RT not consider it a "major")? I SWEAR TO GOD ... ROH was never a major company. They were cool from like late 2004 to early 2006. That’s it. They haven’t been good since and I wish NJPW would drop them like a bad habit. CM Punk, Bryan Danielson, Low Ki, Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, Christopher Daniels, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe....what do they have in common? THEY ALL LEFT.

Gabe leaving started the downfall of RoH. Gabe is feeding people to WWE and RoH is the ghost of what it once was.
