I know it's getting annoying talking about primetime games and all that, but this week has THREE awesome primetime games. A perfect 3 for 3 from me. As jTjohncenaGOAT points out in his thread, we are down to just the 49ers as the lone undefeated team. They face a huge task to remain undefeated on Monday Night. We also have the Bengals who are the lone winless team and they face a tough match up with a rookie QB against the red hot Ravens who just KO'd the Patriots off the undefeated mountain.
With playoff spots still on the line and coaches on the hot seat, let's get to the Week 10 discussion!
THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL RIVERS FLOW THROUGH THE WATERS; CHARGERS STAY HOT Both teams come into this short week coming off of big wins. The Chargers absolutely dominated the Packers and the Raiders survived the Lions with a goal line stand. I expect (and need!) this game to be a fantasy football wet dream. I currently have Rivers, Gordon, Jacobs and Waller all playing this Thursday against my opponents Mike Williams. So I'm hoping for a shoot out. Josh Jacobs will keep the Raiders in this game as he exploits an exhausted and not so good run D after they gave it their all to stop Rodgers. The Chargers will continue to play with everything they got in this one and Philip Rivers is going to put together a marvel of a performance. The Raiders will keep it close throughout, but in the end Rivers will put the game out of reach with a TD pass to Keenan Allen who will finally come out of his slump with a 2 TD performance. Jacobs and Melvin both score TDs and put up 100+ yards. Waller has 8 receptions for 110 yards and a TD in this one. But in the end, Philip Rivers throws for 340 yards and 3 TDs and it's enough to keep the Chargers trajectory going up. Chargers def. Raiders 38-27
THE BATTLE FOR KING OF NYC; DANNY DIMES OUTDUELS SAM DARNOLD Sorry Blindy, but the way the Jets performed against Miami was embarrassing. The way the Giants performed against the Cowboys was physical and filled with heart. There's no question which team has the heart in NY and that team wears blue. Back to back losses to the winless Dolphins and then to the state rival Giants could spell the premature end to the Adam Gase reign. Or we should all hope so. Leveon Bell is "hurt" and I quotation it because I think he's just tired of this franchise and misses Pitt. We don't even know if he's going to play in this one. The Jets have lost failure Trumaine Johnson to IR. Basically, the Jets season is falling apart. Danny will be dropping 'dimes' on the Jets all day and even though Darnold will do his best to keep the Jets in the game, it wont matter at the end. Barkley will be the difference maker in this one as he will eclipse 200 total yards and score 2 times, because let's be honest; Saquon Barkley is the King of NY in football. Giants win comfortably and the Jets continue to be a shit organization. It's time to fire Gase, because this team is not playing for him anymore. Why drag it out? Giants def. Jets 34-17
BUFFALO OFFENSIVE STRUGGLES CONTINUE; BROWNS SNAP LOSING STREAK Honestly, this has "Brown get booed off the field" written all over it. However, something is telling me that the Buffalo Bills lose one that they should win with ease. White will be guarding and shutting down OBJ like every elite corner has done this year, so you're going to have to stop Chubb and the returning Kareem Hunt. However, the latter is what I feel will be the difference maker in a close game. A 1 point game will change to an 8 point game when Kareem Hunt takes a screen pass for 50 yards and a TD on his welcome back game. The Bills offensive struggles have them settle for too many FGs in this one. Josh Allen leads his team down field with under 3 minutes to go and into the end zone with a TD pass to Knox, but a failed 2 point conversion will be the dagger. I expect the Bills to cover this ridiculous 2.5 underdog spread, but barely. Kitchens lives to coach another day and Baker Mayfield looks in better shape post game. Sorry RT, but the Bills let this one get away. Slowly, that wildcard spot begins slipping from their grip. HOWEVER; if the Browns lose this one, I'm for Kitchens being fired also. Browns def. Bills 17-15
RAVENS FEAST ON YOUNG CAT; RAVENS SHUT OUT BENGALS Welcome back, AJ GREEN! What a great time to return. Here's a rookie QB and your opponents; the Baltimore Ravens. The defense is finally healthy(ier) and they are coming off of a huge victory against the New England Patriots. I don't think the players on this team will come off their high for this one. Harbaugh wont allow it. Lamar Jackson wont have to do too much in this game as the defense and Special Teams (welcome Deanthony Thomas) will each score a TD for the Ravens. I expect Ingram to be rested in the 4th quarter and Gus Edwards putting together a TD drive. The Ravens don't allow any points and AJ Green finishes his return game with 2 receptions for 25 yards. The Ravens are a real Super Bowl contender and they continue to show it here. The Bengals remain winless. Ravens def. Bengals 44-0
WELCOME BACK MAHOMES; CHIEFS COME BACK TO LIFE I mean, that's what everyone is thinking right? Mahomes should be back for this game and if he does, he faces a good defense who did just lose Malcolm Butler for the season. Patrick Mahomes is going to come back with a vengeance and he's going to tear the Titans apart in this one. I have no doubt about it. Talk up the Titans D all you want, but the Chiefs are going to give them the work. mikec will be grinning from ear to ear, because the Chiefs are back, baybay!.... unless of course Patrick Mahomes doesn't play and then we'll have a tight one in which the Chiefs will barely scrape by. But I'm going off of a Mahomes return. Shit, Vegas hasn't even put out odds for this one yet because they don't know what's happening! So let's pretend Mahomes is back! Chiefs def. Titans 38-17
FALCONS NEARLY PULL OFF UPSET; WILL LUTZ KICKS GW FG AS TIME EXPIRES Yes, I know. Two teams on opposite sides of the spectrum in wins and losses. The Falcons are on a 6 game losing streak and the Saints are on a 6 game winning streak. The Saints are hitting on all sides of the ball right now and are legitimate Super Bowl contenders. Their offense has Drew Brees back and their defense has been stout and getting better week by week. The health of Kamara is something to monitor, but Latavius has been great in relief the past two weeks. This game is being played in Nawlins and this Saints team has beaten teams like the Seahawks and Cowboys. So why do I see it being a tight game? Because out of all teams in need of a coaching change, I actually believe this Falcons team (especially Matt Ryan and Julio Jones) want to play for Coach Quinn. That SB loss has haunted all of them and they will come out of this game and punch the Saints in the mouth from the start. The Saints realize they're in a serious game when Matt Ryan hits Julio for a 45 yard TD pass to put the Falcons ahead with 1:40 to go. The Saints go for 2 to make it a 3 point game, but Ryan overthrows Hooper keeping it as a 1 point game. Those 100 seconds of game time is all Drew Brees needs to march his team into FG range and he puts them in great position with a 23 yard completion to Michael Thomas. Will Lutz kicks a GW 40 yard FG as time expires and the Falcons let another one get away. The Saints survive a scare, but they realize they need to wake up for all match ups. A good gut check to get the Saints back into gear. Saints def. Falcons 31-29
BRUCE ARIANS REVENGE GAME; BUCS SNAP BIRDS AND LOSING STREAK In a game that has high scoring written all over it, I expect the Bucs D to actually show up in this one. I wouldn't say 'show up' like takeover the game, but do enough to put pressure on Kyler Murray and slow down the hobbled running game. Bruce Arians is walking away with a victory here against his former team and Winston is throwing for 300 yards and 3 TDs. It's crazy that the Bucs have the 4th best offense in the NFL, yet have such a bad record. So much for a 'fixed' secondary. The Bucs win comfortably in this one. Buccaneers def. Cardinals 30-17
Anyways, those are the early slate of games and I'll get back to do the later games and the two MONSTER primetime games later. I just want to get this shit started.
ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL?!

Well Evan Engram is in a walking boot now and is considered 'week to week' for the G-Men. So much for a breakout season.
Motherfucking bum!
I just get Davante Adams back and out goes bitch boy Engram.

Barring no setbacks looks like both Kyle Juszczyk and Joe Staley will return from the injury against Seattle on Monday which will be huge for the offense especially Kyle Juszczyk returning. 49ers May have their starting right tackle Mike McGlinchey return this game if not maybe next game he did practice this week too.
Pretty pump Monday night game…

Im not even that worried if Mahomes comes back, with the way the Chiefs have played the last three weeks they should be favored against the Titans anyway. The defense is coming together, Tyreek and Watkins are back and frisky, even the patchwork online had some moments. Feeling good.

Let's get to these late games, shall we?
****ALSO: FORGOT AN EARLY GAME!****
LIONS AND BEARS OH MY; CHICAGO GETS BACK ON WIN COLUMN Such an unexciting game that I forgot to talk about it. Well, here goes nothing. The Bears drama just continues as Mitch Trubisky (little bitch boy) has now requested that the televisions are all turned off inside the facility so they don't have to listen to the negative criticism anymore. Well, if we're being honest with ourselves (Mitch da Bitch), nobody is saying anything bad about the team. ONLY ABOUT YOU! Fortunately for this game, it all looks destined for a win for Chicago. The Bears D has been let down by the struggling offense as they don't lose games early. They get worn out and can't stop their opponents towards the end. That will not be the case this time as Mitch The Bitch is able to pick apart the weak Lions secondary in this one. Even with a struggling run D for the Bears, the Lions don't have the running game to do the damage in this one. Stafford is playing hurt and he will try and air it out, but finally has a struggling game where he just can't move the ball through the air. The Bears don't light up the scoreboard here, but their defense does enough where they don't have to. Bears win this one with ease and Trubisky walks around smiling like he's something special. Which he's not. Bears def. Lions 24-10
THE FINS FALTER; BRIAN 'HOYER' LIFTS COLTS TO VICTORY The Dolphins are riding high after picking up their first victory against the division rival Jets and former HC Gase. The players were celebrating like they won the Super Bowl on the sidelines where coaches had to tell them to chill out. Well, in victory there is defeat for Miami. Not only did they lose their grip for the top pick in the draft, they also lost Preston Williams for the season. Starting RB Mark Walton was suspended for 4 games, as well. That leaves them with Ballage at RB and a whos who at WR. The Indianapolis Colts lost a heartbreaker last week on a missed GW FG by Vinateri who is literally on his "last leg". They also lost Jacoby Brissett and Parais Campbell to injuries last week. Trying to make things work without TY Hilton, they will be trotting out Hoyer and new leading WR Zack Pascal out for this one. I expect this to be close for a bit, but the Colts D and a 150 yard rushing performance by Marlon Mack should be enough for the Colts to pull off the victory. No need to panic jTjohncenaGOAT . Colts def. Dolphins 27-10
RAMS TURN BACK THE CLOCK; THE STEELERS ARE DOMINATED The Steelers have been a very surprising team this season. Minkah Fitzpatrick has been on a roll since being traded to Pitt with 3 interceptions in 2 games. Lil Watt has been an absolute force for them, too. However, this is the game where I think the Rams come back to life. Offensively AND defensively. The Steelers will struggle on offense in this one as dump off passes to Samuels just isn't going to do it. Mason Rudolph is going to be running for his life and throwing bad passes. I see Rudolph finishing with under 125 passing yards in this one along with 2 interceptions and a fumble. Aaron Donald puts up a monster 3 sack performance with one of them being a strip sack. Jared Goff finishes off the day with 3 TD passes to 3 different receivers as they take advantage of good field position for the majority of the game. I have a feeling that the Rams are going to look like last seasons Rams in this game and put on a show on the road. Fresh off a bye, Sean McVay begins his long run planning and the Rams dominate the Steelers in Pittsburgh. Rams def. Steelers 45-3
CMC PUTS UP 211 TOTAL YARDS; AARON RODGERS COMES UP CLUTCH IN VICTORY There's no question that the Packers Run D is their lone issue. There's also no question there is no RB in the NFL as game proof as CMC this season. I expect Christian McCaffrey to continue his unbelievable season putting up 211 total yards along with 2 TDs in this one. I expect a close game, but in the end it's Aaron Rodgers who leads a methodical GW drive with 3:10 seconds left finishing it off with a TD strike to MY BOY Davante Adams to break a tie and put the Packers up with 21 seconds. Kyle Allen doesn't have enough time to get the team downfield and into the end zone and the game ends with Kyle Allen trying his best Aaron Rodgers Hail Mary impersonation, but having it smacked away. The Packers don't dominate like many expect, but still find a way to win with the amazing Aaron Rodgers. Hip, hip horray UT . Packers def. Panthers 24-17
SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL A DEFENSIVE SHOWDOWN GOES TO OT; MAHER KICKS GW FG AFTER COUSINS IS STRIP SACKED I am pumped up for all these Primetime games and I hope it doesn't disappoint. I can see this one being a defensive showdown as both teams do their best to shut down the running game and have the oppposing QB's beat them. Dak struggles to move the ball as a hobbled Amari Cooper is shut down for the majority of the game finishing with a weak 2/33 day. Cousins struggles to get the ball moving, as well without Thielen playing. At the end of the 4th quarter, Kirk Cousins has the chance to get the team into the end zone to win the game, but he overthrows a wide open Diggs on a 3rd and 5 from the 22 yard line in what could've been the GW TD. Dan Bailey goes out and ties the game against his former team leaving 25 seconds for Dak and Co to try and win it. However, a holding penalty puts the Cowboys in a position where they have to kneel and send the game to OT. The Vikings win the coin flip and get the ball. After a first down run by Dalvin Cook, Kirk Cousins is strip sacked by Michael 'Shoulderpads' Bennett and Demarcus Lawrence jumps on top of the ball. Arlington erupts in cheers as the Cowboys get the ball at the opponents 30 yard line. Zeke breaks free for a 15 yard run on the first play. The Cowboys decide against being risky and send out Maher after Zeke runs for 5 more yards on the next 2 plays. Bret Maher comes out for an easy GW 28 yard FG and drills it right up the middle sending the Cowboys to victory. The media goes after Cousins for failing to win it in regulation and losing the fumble in OT. Dallas continues to grind trying to hold onto that NFC East lead. Cowboys def. Vikings 13-10 in OT
MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL NFC WEST SHOWDOWN; RUSS ENDS THE UNDEFEATED STREAK San Francisco, meet Russ. In the GOTW, we get it as the main event on MNF. The San Francisco 49ers come into this game healthier then ever and face off against the lead candidate for MVP Russel Wilson. This should be an awesome game where both teams will give it their all and put up some amazing plays. Josh Gordon will be welcomed to Seattle with open arms as he will make his lone reception of the game count as he will break free for a 55 yard catch and run TD. That will put the Seahawks up at the half and they will never relinquish the lead. Settling for FGs will do the Niners in on this one as Wilson throws for 2 TDs and runs in for one. Jimmy G struggles throwing 1 TD and 2 INTs in this one and the running game can't convert in the red zone. This will be a great game as the Niners will keep driving down field trying to steal the momentum, but FGs wont win them the game. A fumble by Chris Carson will give the Niners an opportunity to get back into the game but the Seahawks are gifted the ball back with the aforementioned 2nd interception by Jimmy G. Russel Wilson puts the game away for good with his rushing TD and he continues his rise to MVP. The 49ers score their lone TD in garbage time and fail to convert on the 2 pt conversion. It's all too little too late anyways. The Seahawks have ended the 49ers undefeated season and the world is now talking about the unstoppable force that is Russel Wilson. Sorry pduh , but the King of the West is still #3. Seahawks win 27-15

AJ Green seems about done with the Bengals. No extension to his contract. No trade before the deadline. He was SUPPOSED to make his debut this weekend, but is now saying that his "ankle is swollen" and he wont play. He seems pissed at the organization, as well.
So where will AJ Green shine next year? Me think Dallas. I can see Dallas moving on from Amari Cooper and signing AJ Green. Amari will then go join the Ravens or some shit because that's where receivers go to die.
BREAKING NEWS:
AJ GREEN IS OUT INDEFINITELY.... aka for season, IMO.

Is Rivers the worst clutch quarterback ever? Dude was like 0-7 at the end. And all but one of those were just completely uncatchable passes. Didn’t even give his receivers a chance. He had a lot of time on 5 of those drop backs to make a good pass. I would have to say yes. Romo was at least clutch in the regular season....Rivers doesn't even have that going for him.

I think the Chargers will definitely be moving on from Rivers at the end of the season - just feels like things have reached their natural conclusion there.
Raiders are 5-4 and have the Jets and Bengals up next and now have a good shot to be the AFC #6 seed. Even Clelin Farrell showed up tonight.

Wonder how serious this business about Chargers moving to London is? Surely they’re still under some sort of lock for LA, right? ANY TEAM moving to London would be stupid. Imagine the hell it would be for all the teams to travel to and from there on a regular basis. As well as the time differences they'd have to deal with as well. Let's just keep it as a special series, as having a full-time team from London just wouldn't work.

Toronto having an NFL team would make way more sense, but since the NFL is obsessed with the London market I guess they could make a team work if the team played half the season there and half the season in the US. Otherwise travel back and forth would be stupid. They would almost be better off just having “NFL Europe” as it’s own league of like 8 teams or something and expand from there if it takes off.
That’s what Overwatch League is doing next year. All the games were played in LA but they want to have more “home games” (even though half the league is Korean). They have teams represented all over North America, Europe and Asia, so half the teams will play in their city while the other teams travel, then they’ll switch.

Yeah the farthest the NFL should go internationally is Canada. Going overseas doesn't make any sense. I agree and I don't think Mexico works, because they kind of failed them with the field conditions for the highly anticipated Chiefs/Rams shootout. But Jacksonville and the Chargers have some serious homefield disadvantages that would be best for them as a business to get the fuck out of.

Why hasn't the NFL expanded to Canada? Do they have some kind of agreement with the CFL not to? I have no idea. I have to assume the Buffalo games in Toronto were a test, but I’m not sure why that wouldn’t have made the league think the NFL could work there. They were near sellout every game except the last one (stadium holds 54k, and they were just shy of that except for the last game that was only 38k). Probably didn’t help that Buffalo got their asses kicked almost every time they went to Toronto. The CFL and NFL seasons don’t overlap that much either. They’re already in playoffs and the Grey Cup will be awarded on the 24th. And I really can’t see the CFL having any kind of pull as far as keeping them out of Toronto or off television. TSN and CTV already air NFL games that do waaayyy higher numbers than CFL games. And Canada picks up American stations anyway, which show most of the games. I really can’t think of why there aren’t at least plans to have a team in Toronto. There’s a massive untapped market up here that the NFL would make millions off. Look at the Raptors and Jays. An entire country cheers for one team. How does the NFL not jump on that?

It will be interesting to see if the Packers can bounce back today against a solid Panthers team on both sides of the ball , at least we are at home and I'm hoping the energy levels come back because if they come out as flat as they did against the Chargers ... CMAC is going to get 400 total yards and 6 touchdowns. Honestly too he's the biggest worry considering our performances against running backs this year so hopefully Pettine doesn't go into the game thinking we are going to contain McCaffery with our extra DB's on the field. He needs to be the focus and Kyle Allen needs to forced to make plays.
Offensively I expect this to be an Aaron Jones and maybe Jamal Williams game. The weather. The fact I'd prefer to keep CMAC off the field instead of dinking and dunking is way on offense and Carolina's solid secondary all lead to this being a ground it out type game.

Mayfield and Allen going to try and one up each other by throwing interceptions all day. Whoever gets the most wins.

lol Buffalo stopped Cleveland 8 times from the 1 yard line.
Buffalo took two penalties that gave Cleveland a fresh set of downs and stopped them every single time. That was fucking hilarious.
Too bad Allen has decided to fucking suck today so they went 3 and out after that amazing stand.
