AAA gives no fucks and debuted Sin Cara last night with the Sin Cara name. He did not do a match but he did do a run in. AAA's Twitter and English commentary at least refer to him as Sin Cara. I assume there will be a very busy legal team this morning.

They are supposed too. But AAA is notorious for not giving a fuck with entrance music and shit using whatever they want. La Parka comes out to Thriller for example. On youtube they have to change it, but for the live events they just do not care.
AAA is truly something else with how bush league they can be at times but shit like this is what makes them so unique.
Also THE iconic AAA moment in my eyes.
