Drake & Jim Storm vs. Cabana & Anderson was another good little match until the b.s. finish when Anderson was disqualified for putting his hands on the ref. Cabana was not happy. He and Anderson had words. Anderson did not turn on Colt.....yet. James Storm also wasn't there for an Eli tag (due to an Anderson attack) so we'll have to see if that leads anywhere too.
Strictly Business is now out for a show ending promo.

The Dealer cuts a deal with Morton.
Next week it'll be Team Aldis vs. Team Morton. If Team Morton wins Ricky gets a shot at "Sweet Charlotte," The Ten Pounds of Gold.
But neither Aldis or Morton will be in the match. So it will be Robert Gibson & ?? & ?? vs. Wild Cards & ??
Who's the third man, brother?
Scott Steiner! Whoa! Big Poppa Pump will be teaming with the Wild Cards NEXT WEEK! RIGHT HERE ON NWA POWERRR!
Scotty got music and a big entrance. This had hitherto been reserved solely for PPV.
Verdict- Another homerun from NWA Powerrr.

Going back to your point about them not announcing the matches in advance - I thought they way they did the final segment was pretty messy. It would have made more sense to have the six man tag match announced previously, and then have Steiner introduced separately. They way they had Aldis introduce the match, then say the captains wouldn't be involved, and then debut Steiner was all a bit cumbersome.

Agree with you that they should have opened the show by setting up the match, built intrigue for 45 minutes over the third man, and then introduced Steiner to close the show. Predictions: Gibson/Starks/T. Storm will make up Morton's team. They'll win after heel miscommunication. Scott Steiner will turn on Strictly Business. I wouldn't even be shocked to get Steiners/Wild Cards at Hard Times or the next PPV. I think this latest episode is the best one yet. Nick Aldis is undeniable at this point. He is everything a heel wrestling champion should be. Good/great promos and booking throughout the show. The wrestling was better than usual. They're really back in the groove since Into The Fire. In fact, I'd argue "Season 2" has been even better than Season 1. They're setting up a real murderer's row of challengers for The Champ. Morton is right there as the likely next guy in line. Scurll is quietly lurking in the background. They continue to build Starks for a potential big match a few months down the line. Then you've got the big money opponents in Tim Storm and Eli Drake. They're definitely playing the long game with E Li. It's gonna be huge when Drake and The Champ finally begin to interact.

I hate Anderson but he is surprisingly tolerable on Power.

I hate Anderson but he is surprisingly tolerable on Power. Anderson is sporting quite the beer belly these days but he's been perfectly acceptable on Powerrr. I actually think he's been one of their more misused guys (along with Kingston & J. Storm. Hey, even NWA Powerrr isn't perfect). Anderson has always been an entertainer/mic guy. Yet he's received very little promo time. That's so weird to me given that NWA is a very promo-heavy promotion. Still, the inevitable Colt/Anderson split should be good. Forgot to comment the other day on how I was amused by Aldis continually calling Tim Storm & the Rock & Roll Express out for being "old" and "Randy the Rams" only to introduce Scott Steiner, who is actually older than Tim Storm, as his mystery mercenary. Definitely an lol moment.
