I've always been curious about the Chris Benoit situation and how the family was able to move on. Jericho did an excellent job of covering it with Chavo and Nancy's sister, but it was good to see David open up about it. Over the past few years the odd article about David has popped up, whether he's appeared on some fan podcast or was out at a convention looking like his dad, but he's never really spoken at length. What I took out of it is that he got himself a degree and a good job out of it which is fantastic to hear. Like his dad, he comes off really introverted and he still comes off extremely conflicted about his father. I could be reading into it too much, but it just seems like he wants to be proud of his father without being made to feel weird about it.

As far as the wrestling career goes, look I'd be curious to see how he goes but I'm not holding my breath. Compare him to say Pillman Jr who went out, got trained, got into shape and carries himself like a star. If he wants to do it for himself, that's cool, but I don't know if he really wants to go through with it.
