@admin called it. Maff wins clean, looking sharp in the process. 🤯 it looked like sunglasses on the front of Dice's trunks to me. Crowd was pro-Maff with Dice getting his usual heel heat.

Starks beats Cross with the unfortunately named Buster Keaton. This was a soft-hitting, very non-NWA style match. Cross did some unique parkour-style stuff though. There's something going on with Tim Storm & Anderson. Brb!

Eli & James cut a post-match victory promo. They're gonna be a lot of fun together for the promos alone. I'm guessing the shoot reason for this is it gives them something important to do while Aldis focuses on other things.

Can't believe Question Mark and Zicky Dice are both out! Same here. I think it was stupid to have The Question Mark lose his first match in such a low key way. That should have been a big deal. I'm curious about Mr. Anderson. Is he really hurt? No show? An angle for later? I'll look into it after the show. So watching pay per view online in 2020 is a hell of a thing. I can pause and come back at my convenience. So I'm in the middle of a little break. Be back in 20 minutes or so for Kay/Rosa.

Thunder Rosa!
This was the most 'modern' and possibly the longest match of the Powerrr era. Rosa worked over Kay's arm. Dueling chants (with Rosa supporters outnumbering Kay fans at least 2:1). Big moves. Hard hitting. Counters on top of counters. A few botches. Lots of kickouts. A "This Is Awesome" chant. You know the drill. They did a ton of cool stuff but it was a little too much for my liking. Should have wrapped it up 5 minutes earlier imo.
Still likely the best match of the Powerrr Era and the sort of thing I could see Meltzerians seeking out.

Tim/Ricky ended with a hug and handshake.
Now it's time for Stevens/Steiner. This is either going to be a classic comedy match or a total trainwreck. Can't imagine anything in between.
I like how Galli explained why Steiner is getting this seemingly random title shot. It was basically "Aldis used his influence to get Scotty this match as a thank you to Steiner for being his 3rd Man a few weeks back." Sounds good to me.
