Blindy narrowly wins for me @ like 80 vs. 75. Sonic 2, KH and MMX really top it out.

My initial take is that Blindy's roster is fantastic, but I don't think anyone has better tastes in gaming than Rogue, who has a bunch of my personal favourites and many other strong games. Still, I'm not sold enough to vote on Rogue based on a cursory glance. I'll have to do the numbers breakdown. Later!

Blindy
2. Bloodborne- I probably won't have played it without it being free on PS plus but glad I did. 3. Final Fantasy 6 - Ultros was a great comedy jobber. 4. Banjo-Kazooie - It was another reason I was happy to have a 64 besides Mario. 5. Sonic The Hedgehog 2 - Tails was a great addition to Sonic. Too bad they didn't stop there and Sonic now has a zoo sized friend’s list. 7. Mega Man X - Didn't play this until years later in college. Before that I only X2 and X4 because I owned them. And I think I had rented X3 once. But my roommate and I went from X to X6 then X8. 9. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4: Turtles in Time 12. Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped 16. Star Fox 64: I didn't get far into the game or even own it. But playing this with the rumble pak felt amazing. The 4 on 4 battle on the second? board was great.
Rogue
1. Final Fantasy X - OST and visuals were great. Story was pretty good. The combat I disliked though. The whole you can only really hurt this type of enemy with this character. 2. Batman: Arkham Asylum - My favorite of the new Batman games. 3. Uncharted: Drake's Fortune - It set the foundation for greatness but alone it just an alright game. 4. Assassin's Creed 2 - A game so good that it became a trilogy in a trilogy. 5. Tomb Raider 6. Heavy Rain - It isn't for everyone, but I enjoyed. My buddy deleted the game before the second major tragedy hit Ethan 8. WWF Smackdown! 2: Know Your Role 9. Sleeping Dogs 13. Mass Effect - Another one of those a good foundation game but not overly great alone. 14. Fable 2 - The series of many promises but never really lived up to all of them. Family choice is best choice because the only thing I card about was the dog. 15. Dragon Age: Origins - Back in the day were Bioware was on a ride to the top.

Tomb Raider is meant to be a 7. The problem is that I can't add up. Glad someone is out there double checking my maths!
Just couldn't get into Banjo Kazooie. Tried a couple of times. Don't know why, it just doesn't work for me.

Don't know why, it just doesn't work for me. It kind of makes me want to go double check some other numbers. I just happen to notice at a quick glance that seems like an impossible result.

Banjo Kazooie blows SM64 out of the water as a collectahon as being the best collectathon on the system IMO, shocked you didn't get past the 1st stage. Game is full of charm and has some decent enough challenge. Maybe I am biased since I grew up on the game but having recently replayed it like 2-3 years ago, the game is still very good. Not sure I can say the same about Tooie but alas.

Collectathon doesn't exactly scream entertainment to me or probably pretty much anyone, so using that word is not going to change his tune. It even puts me off and I already know the game is great! I find Banjo on nearly equal ground with SM64, with possibly a slight edge to SM64, but it is required playing for any fan of gaming to be sure. I can only imagine that Emperor got bored because the first world is ridiculously easy. I highly recommend you play on though. It starts getting pretty challenging/interesting immediately from the second or third world on. The weak start isn't really a fault but was pretty much required as a tutorial entrance to platforming at the time. You can clear through that early part pretty quickly anyway. The game has some of the best design of the time with the intricate puzzles / combat and is a very rewarding play. On most areas, I would compare it a lot more strongly to Zelda than to SM64. The more dungeony atmosphere is probably a big reason why, but the unique and challenging enemies more closely match up with Zelda as does the increased puzzle focus, compared to Mario being a bit more platformery.

Talk about a fucking all-star lineup from both competitors here. This was the most challenging vote I've had to calculate by far. After removing the games I didn't care about, here are the games I equated:
Final Fantasy 6 = Final Fantasy X Kingdom Hearts = Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4: Turtles in Time = Onimusha: Warlords Banjo-Kazooie = Dragon Age: Origins Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped = Batman: Arkham Asylum Star Fox 64 = Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze = WWF Smackdown! 2: Know Your Role Doom (2016) = Assassin's Creed 2 Resident Evil 4 = Tomb Raider (2013)
What Remains:
Blindy 5. Sonic The Hedgehog 2 13. Viewtiful Joe
Rogue 6. Heavy Rain 13. Mass Effect
I love Heavy Rain and I love Mass Effect. If this were nearly any 2v2, Rogue would be the clear winner with these two. But on the other hand, Viewtfiul Joe is a massive powerhouse like no other. Heavy Rain would typically win the unique award, but Viewtiful Joe is unique even for unique and just infused with too much sheer badassery. Probably one of my top 10 games. It takes the win over both Rain and Mass. Sonic 2, on the other hand, was a huge part of my childhood. It may not stand up to Mass Effect, but its nostalgia power and cultural influencing chops sure give it the edge over Heavy Rain.
The winner is Blindy.
I found it particularly interesting that if Rogue had selected the original Tomb Raider rather than the one from 2013, this matchup would have been impossible for me to decide and been a complete draw that would have agonized me for years to come. The 2013 one is not bad, but the original is one of the all-time greats.

What I enjoy about Banjo in comparison to Mario 64 is that encourages you to complete levels in one sitting. Mario 64 will constantly spit a player out of the world as soon as they collect a star, which can be particularly frustrating especially when the next star is typically a stones throw away and you have to needlessly back-track.
Banjo also takes a quality > quantity approach to level design. The worlds in Banjo are more memorable to me, largely owing to their size, collectables, zany cast of characters and distinct music tracks.
It also has a far better final boss. If Mario 64 had one flaw, it's the final challenge in the game is terribly underwhelming. In BK, you have to work for those credits.
With all that said, I do tend to fall in the Mario 64 camp, if only because Mario controls better and it's a more skill-oriented game, but BK does enough in it's genre to carve out it's own legacy.
I'm also completely on the BK > BT camp. BT is a very ambitious game, but it has far too much gate-keeping and back-tracking.

This feels like Battle City saga of Yugioh with the whole adding best opposing player's card after a win, going to add Batman: Arkham Asylum here. Think I am going against the Yugi Moto of the competition, CIG next round, I.E. i'm jobbing hard. Will be joining you shortly I think Rogue .

You put together a much better list than I would have Rogue. I especially loved the Broken Sword shout out as somebody who grew up with King's Quest VI it was a great follow up.
And Blindy what are you dropping from your collection? Lovin' the Yu-Gi-Oh reference, except we all know that CIG is the Seto Kaiba of this tournament. He set the whole thing up just so he could have RE4 for himself.

Never win the fight/duel but end up winning the war/puzzle pieces. Yugi pwned Bakura in the Quarters, it's going down.

I'm the guy who wins everything against all the odds.
Is that Yugi?
I didn't really follow the show after Series 1 ended and it started going into Pharaohs and ancient Egyptian history and all other kinds of crap, instead of being a fun children's card game.

You can be Joey Wheeler, guy has funner duels in the show but never wins the big time duels but still finishes a respectable runner up or 4th place! Better personality.
