Star Wars Episode 1: Racer - get in 🤯! Definitely feels like more of a breather month in gaming, with mostly remakes and indie titles taking centre stage. It's pretty much the perfect month to catch up on a title that came out during the splurge. The one game that has my eye is Xenoblade Chronicles. By the time I got around to it, the Wii's graphics were just too dated for my liking and I really regretted not having a Pro Controller to play on. I had a great time with it's admittedly flawed sequel and the graphical updates seem to be just the ticket to get into what's considered the best JRPG of the modern era. I'm also keeping a close eye on PSO2. I played PSO Ep I & II a couple of years back and had a blast with them, the opportunity to play with other players seems too good to pass up.

Ion Fury, Xenoblade Chronicles and pod racer have peaked my interest.
I still have podracer on my 64 & have played a very small portion of Ion Fury but it was enough to make me want to get it on console.

Maybe Wonderful 101 Remastered.
Other than that, it's backlog time until TLOU2.

Didn't even catch it that the new Shantae game is coming out end of this month! Holy moly! Have played the entire series and absolutely love that it's changed itself, the only one I did not like was the Game Boy Color one due to the large sprites that made platforming tough and the day/night gimmick was lackluster. But Pirate's Curse, Risky's Revenge, Half Genie Hero were fantastic. One was a metroidvania, one was a pure platformer, one incorporated friends in the DLC(Last game), wonder what they do with this new one. Either way, I will def. buy it especially since it isn't 60 dollars, Wayforward deserves all the love possible for continuing an underrated series. For the 15 or so hours I play of it, the game is cute, has some challenge and does it's job. It's not necessarily innovative per say but that's okay, I know what I am getting out of this game and I am a happy camper.
