The Fan Fiction Draft
We've switched things up just a little bit this time. While we're not doing any crazy Pick Your Poison or themed drafts this year, we did just fall short of our 16 participant limit. So to compensate, there will be 2 Wild Card entrants that I will explain in detail now.
Each Wild Card entrant will be drafting as follows:
Wild Card #1 will draft from the odd years of the PWI Top 500 wrestlers of all-time. Wild Card #2 will draft from the even years.
When a Wild Card's turn comes up, I will randomly choose a year from its pool and select the top wrestler not yet drafted from that year. And in the interest of fairness, I will ensure that each Wild Card picks at least two women from the PWI Top 100 females list (started in 2008) at some point in the draft.
I have made the executive decision to put the Wild Cards in the 15 and 16 spots so that everyone gets to make their first pick. Also it helps to have the Wild Cards picking back-to-back.
When the draft is over I will randomize each Wild Card roster and create a card for round 1. #MaximumChaos
Everything else remains the same from previous years. A tournament will be drawn when the draft is over, one wild card will be dropped on either side of the bracket, and if you move on to the next round, you can steal any two wrestlers from the opponent you defeated.

Please tag the person after you so they are notified when their turn is up. You have 24 hours to make your pick. If you think you will be away when your pick is up, leave it with someone so they can keep the draft moving along. If you miss a pick you make it up at the end of the draft.
