he Knicks are playing amazing ball. I want them to finish as the #4 seed & play the Hawks. I think they have a better shot beating Atlanta than they would Boston or Miami. Both Those teams are established treats & can beat a lot of teams playing at a C+ level. While Atlanta is the same as New York. Unproven teams trying to build confidence & momentum in hopes of becoming a threat. Hovering around 4-7 in the east.

Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving can do all they want, this is a Knicks town and will always be.

While Melo is more talented, I find it both hilarious & satisfying that Julius Randle has got more out of a weaker team than Melo got out of most of his teams. I never respected Melo because he always wanted to win on his terms. Not an all-time Knick in my eyes. People respected Melo or liked him because he played in a down period for the franchise. I think that makes Melo look worse because he made it that way by refusing to evolve & holding himself accountable. I would never act like Melo is garbage but he rarely made teams better. For some people to act like Melo ranks up there with Wills Reed, Bernard King & Patrick Ewing is nuts to me.

I went to the last Nuggets home game for the year on Saturday. The Nuggets had so many players out it was ridiculous. It was Jokic, MPJ, and some third-string dudes against the Nets. No Aaron Gordon, Paul Millsap, Monte Morris, PJ Dozier, and of course no Jamal Murray. The Nets only had James Harden out.

This was the first time I had seen Durant and Kyrie in person. Damn, they are smooth, so effortless. Blake Griffin is also apparently a three-point god now? He can't miss.

The crowd goes nuts when Bol Bol comes in. It's wild. He also stinks. It looks like he doesn't know where to go so he just stands in the corner waiting for threes.

$30 tickets cost $230. Capacity was 20%.

I won money on that game. I had Nuggets +6.5/OVER and they lost by 6! I don't know how they blew it, but I guess missing all those players helps. Sounds fun though.

Nice! MPJ couldn't miss in the first quarter and the Nets didn't seem that interested. In the second half the Nets stepped up their defense and were making steals all over the place.

I THINK the Knicks would finish ahead of the Hawks if both teams have identical records, right?

Getting the Hawks first round was the best scenario. I’d much rather face them then the Heat. Miami/Milwaukee rematch is going to be awesome too. Can’t wait to see if Milwaukee can finally get through the defending Eastern Conference Champs. What a terrible scenario for both squads. They’d both much rather face Atlanta or New York but instead have to face each other.

This is also setting up perfectly for Philly to make it to the Eastern Conference Championship. They need to hope that Boston doesn’t get that 8 seed though because I think with all Boston’s struggles this season; they’re a threat. I also wonder if they fire Brad Stevens if they don’t get a play in win or lose in the first round.

My pre-playoff NBA Championship prediction is Phoenix versus Brooklyn with Chris Paul finally winning a ring. Go gettem CP.

Both teams have the same win/loss record at home on the road. Trae Young has a real chance to put his name out there this postseason. Let’s see what both teams got. I’ll be rooting hard for the Knicks but I have a feeling Atlanta wins it in 6.
