He probably just isn't good at public speaking and shouldn't be an on air character. He should hire someone who is good at public speaking. A person with an Adam Pierce or Scott D'amore like role.

He is also luck the AEW fans are nice to him. A live crowd can really tear a poor speaker down.

He's appeared on TV once(?) so you can hardly get on him for not knowing he's not good on the mic. I expected that clip to be disastrous the way you guys were talking, but he was just being up front what was going to happen and that dick still complained! Wrestling fans are idiots.

He also has been pretty bad in those TNA vignettes, someone has to tell him to consider someone else to do this for him. Brandi Rhodes would kill it post pregnancy in this role. She gets to be on TV and she is a comfortable speaker. 

Yeah I know that wasn't great, but they came out after that and said it was going to be a very rare occurrence, which was a honest acknowledgement of a) the fact they know he isn't very good and b) they know that people are sick of authority figures.

This was just him talking to the live crowd being the very opposite of a carny and people still want to make fun of him and complain. AEW might not be perfect, but you'd think he was some sort of terrible human the way some are on his jock, not the guy that is giving us the alternative in the wrestling business we have wanted for 20 years!

I mean, he isn't giving me the alternative I've wanted for 20 years. I've given his programming more rope than anything I've watched in years and it's mostly terrible. People like it, good for them.

I'd still be put off if I spent the time to go to the show only to find out I wasn't getting what I paid for. The whole appeal of live wrestling is getting to watch it be performed infront of you in living colour. Watching it from a worse vantage point than what I could have seen at home would be a massive gip.

I'd just put it down to a learning experience during a difficult era of Pro Wrestling. Also it's clear that TK wants to level with the audience like Paul Heyman used to do with ECW and that's only going to come with experience.
