This thread is long overdue.

The viral sensation of 2020 Pro Wrestling who got over with his zany youtube skits and continues to get over even appearing on Conan O'Brien's podcast.

I was only introduced to Danhausen through the Jim Cornette Experience where they reviewed some of his cameos and received some cameos from him but he's certainly grown on me. If for nothing else because he's a character with his own dynamic who works well off of others.

He's also an admirer of the Simpsons which is never a bad thing.

I've never actually seen him wrestle, apparently he's in ROH? I need more intel surely X-Zerohausen, Nesshausen or the despicable c-hausen knows more.

I think there absolutely needs to be a Bugenhagenhausen.

I don't quite get this and I am surprised AEW didn't sign him as he fits their persona but can he actually, like go in the ring? Or is he all gimmick and no substance?

He looks like a poor man's Stardust.

It's not actually a bad match.

Danhausen is still a little green but they play into it in the match and they don't pretend that he's some wrestling afficianado. He's like Dalton Castle where he's flamboyant but he also has some strengths. In Danhausen's case it's the way he moves around the ring and the mind games he plays with his opponent getting them to let down their guard for him to strike. He's something of a goof but it works here because of the contrast between him and Johnson.

I think even Cornette would be fine with the match because Danhausen is exactly who he purports to be but doesn't do anything overly insulting in the match.

I remember hearing Cornette say before that he likes the character, but that he's unsure if he should watch his matches because he doesn't know if he'd hate him after.😂

Even then, he did say while it was comedy, at least he put logic to it (like he puts teeth in his opponent's mouth because they already have teeth, so it can't be a foreign object), to make it funny. But yeah, the match against Johnson shows he's pretty good in the ring, and entertaining in ROH.
