New class at the Wrestle Factory this summer.  Both the CHIKARA twitter and Youtube have been updates the last few months as well.  Quack on his personal Youtube has not stopped being active.

Not sure who still is CHIKARA, but looks like Quack, like Sweet Saraya and Bellatrix, will survive the #metoo hit job.  

This is the best news I've heard in a long time. I hope they eventually fix the website. I'd like to watch the matches that I bought.

No clue if CHIKARA itself will be back and the school is promoted via the Wrestling Is group, but Wrestle Factory was Quack's thing and activity on the twitter and youtube after like six plus months of being dark is a good sign.

Looking at the Wrestle Factory site, Quack still head trainer and classes start next week for all levels with this event and a web seminar in August. I knew he was doing web seminars still but figured he was focusing on general info like on his youtube.

Given CHIKARA really was a place for his students to wrestle, very likely we will see a return in the somewhat near future as he tries to get the band back together now COVID is letting up. A bunch of guys only worked for CHIKARA, and while everyone publicly cut ties with Quack, seeing that the stuff went nowhere with him, they may come back.

I think it's a good sign that Chikara is returning in some way, shape, or form. To me, this signifies that Quack may have learned some lessons. Who knows you know? I just think it is cool that the students still love Quack's vision of wrestling.

I mean, they went WAY back for some of the shit with Quack. Sure he is a control freak and can be bitchy, but the shit they were accusing him of was really just fucking petty. Calling someone Possibly Gay, Quack point out a hot girl in the crowd and claiming he was responsible for the shit Rory and Kobald did is not on the same level as some of the shit. Sure he dated a student, but this is not fucking grade school.  Countless wrestlers are dating former trainers, bookers or agents.

What is funny is the WWE guys were fairly supportive of him in interviews. Bliss puts him over when asked about working with him in the Performance Center.

Oh yeah, I agree with you. That's 1 of the main things I hate about wrestling. Pettiness. As if EVERY booker or promoter gets along with EVERY wrester. The fact that so many wrestlers are friends & able to co-exist from so many different backgrounds is 1 of the things I love about wrestling. Sanctimony in scripted fighting is primarily a southern wrestling thing. I try not to pay much mind to it anymore. Wrestling is a lot like life. There are shades of grey. Not everyone likes who I like or dislikes who I dislike.

I remember talking with the CTWE guys and saying to one of them must be nice to run your own fed finally and not have to deal with petty drama, and he just laughed at me. Even in his own damn fed dude was dealing the BS.

What always amazed me is people who dislike each other and refuse to even talk to plan a match can then go out and cold call a match like nothing is up. Just blows my mind. Like Kingston working Hero. Legit heat there that turned some matches into shoots at times, but they worked several matches after Blackjack retired.

c, Quack as a control freak. I remember Wrestlemania weekend 2017. I was at Beyond, Chikara & Shimmer shows. I remember wandering around the entranceway. I wasn't trying to be sneaky. I was just roaming around. 1 of the members of the street team saw me. He helped me find my seat saying that if Quack saw me he, might have lost his mind.

I just hate Quack so much that I'm mad he got off lucky and nothing happened to him.

Why do you hate him so much? I mean, there are things I don't like about Quack but, he has a brilliant mind for wrestling, Hell, without Quackenbush, Chuck Taylor is a loser with no personality.

Quack sounds like a miserable person to work for, but creatively, when he is on, he is a genius. Also he was the ultimate smark wrestler. His style was everything a smark fan could want.  Crisp hybrid lucha / Japanese style, unique moves, creative sequences and whatnot.  

Just the way he talks always bugged me. Literally he cannot even say "thank you" to a drive thru worker without sounding condescending.

I agree with you. With that being understood, when I met Quackenbush, he was very kind & gracious to me.

Quack in character or speaking on his videos can be condescending as fuck. On commentary or in person it goes away.  Just something about him when he goes into Quack mode to record that makes him act like a douche.  

Out of curiosity, I wonder what Sweeny thought about Quack? I miss the heck of that guy.

Yeah, my too. I have a sister that deals with the same thing. Larry was a hell of a guy, I was overjoyed to meet him.

I wish I could have met him. Dude always seemed like a great guy who just was tortured at times.
