Not a fan of the Toxic break up but they really didn’t have any legs as a team without Mandy.

The way it was set up was reminiscent of another huge breakup.

Both Toxic Attraction and The Rockers’ breakups occurred on talk shows (Ding Dong Hello, and the Barber Shop respectively).

Both had “The Captain” raising their partner’s arm, followed by superkicking them.

And both ending with them throwing their former partner through something (Dolin through a door, and Janetty through a window).

I think breaking it down, Jacy has the potential to be a much more charismatic version of Emma with the " all about me " type gimmick that will naturally translate to the main roster. And that's likely where she ends up.

Gigi, I know is the internet favourite, but I think she's a hard sell to the main roster fanbase. The " Alt-Chick " thing is being done by half the roster to a degree, Shotzi, Scarlett, Nox, Damage Control, etc so some interesting character work will be needed to really capitalise on her talent.

Brooks & Jensen suck at trying to be cowboys. They must have taken acting classes with Cora Jade.

I'm now so used to NXT 2.0 that Tyler Bate, IMO a remnant of old Black and Gold super-indy NXT whose character is 'guy who is good at the wrestling' seems out of place

What’s funny about this Javier Bernal skit is that Tatum Paxley actually is dating Javier irl.

It seemed like Paxley and Nile knew exactly where the voice was coming from, which sort of removes all the weird supernatural creepiness out of it, no?

I agree, but I'm willing to give it a pass because it's supposed to be developmental. Give 'em a super duper basic starter character and let them figure it out and tweak it to their liking; this probably won't be the finished product.

For peeps not following, Eddie just beat Jay White in a loser leaves Japan match. Very likely he is coming to WWE.

Okay. André Chase, beyond the silly gimmick, is actually a really exciting act. So many of these fan favorite gimmick-heavy characters are all show and no substance but André Chase is the real deal. I love his fits of explosiveness in the ring, like that random ass moonsault tonight. I think he’s just gotta work on his acting (like his facial expression never changes lol) then he’ll be ready to connect with a bigger crowd in the main roster.

The greatest moment in NXT history just happened, Pretty Deadly just did the " ooh friends " bit complete with thumbs up from The Inbetweeners.

Another women-heavy show. Can’t emphasize enough how much star power Tiffany has. She looks like a million bucks.

I'm looking forward to LvL Up tonight, just for Lyra Valkyria vs. Tatum Paxley.

This Kiana/Fallon/JB/BJ storyline reeks of developmental gimmick but I <3 it so much and I don't know why
