So AEW Dynamite and Rampage are great and both generate a lot of discussion on the boards, however, AEW also has two other shows on YouTube... those being Dark and Elevation. While I love AEW and enjoy the product, I admit I don't usually watch these two shows, unless something jumps out at me that makes me want to tune in.

One of those things just so happened to be a match on last week's episode of Dark between Daniel Garcia and Matt Sydal. If you haven't seen it yet, I highly reccomend it as both men delivered and I thought the match was pretty entertaining.

Dante Martin vs Anthony Bowens was a really good match tonight on Elevation. Bowens gets a bit lost in the shuffle because of Caster, but he's a very solid wrestler, and Dante is just phenomenal. Ricochet is his best comparison but I think he might end up being a more well rounded wrestler. I like how he uses his athleticism not just for the super high spots but also the innovative evasions and clever transitions.

I"m loving Eddie Kingston on commentary.

Dante Martin is so good. Just so fun to watch, he's gonna be a star.

Note that Bowens came out to music that mentioned the acclaimed, and acclaimed was still mentioned.

Bowens has always been the in ring general of the two guys, it's Caster's mouth that gets them heel heat and draws the attention from the fans but the in ring stuff, Bowens is the lead guy. It's why The Acclaimed work so well together. Caster is like a better Enzo and Bowens a less big, more talented Big Cass. Bowens can do it solo sure but him and Caster make it work as a tag team.

Tomorrow night's episode of Dark will have PAC vs. Matt Sydal, should probably be a good match between the two, I'll definitely be checking it out so hopefully it delivers.

Just fired up Elevation and it's the first match on the show, which is nice as I don't have to fast forward to find it. I've mentioned before how I like both The Acclaimed and Top Flight as tag teams, so it's great to see Dante Martin and Anthony Bowens getting a match against one another. Anyways, as @admin said it's a good match, Dante as always is pretty damn impressive and fun to watch.

Eddie Kingston put Dante Martin over big time on commentary as well.

The main-event was an enjoyable six man tag team match as well between Death Triangle and The Dark Order. I'm looking forward to PAC/Andrade at All Out, as it should be a solid match between both guys.

Kingston is a very underrated commentator. He was great in Chikara on commentary though and fits in well with the AEW commentary team.

Paul Wight is starting to grow on me as a commentator. Him and Tony are having fun with each other on dark and I'm digging it.

Kingston and Wight are hilarious together.  And really Kingston brings out the best in Wight.  That Dark Order vs Death Triangle match really had both of them on fire.  Funny Wight is best really on play by play when he was brought in for color.

Or not, this might actually be on next week's episode of Dark. Apparently they taped two weeks worth of Dark, at the last Rampage show.

Tony, Eddie & Paul did a good job describing the friction within Dark Order.

This was, as predicted, a pretty awesome little match and featured the damndest looking Snapmare Driver I've ever seen. No idea why this was relegated to Dark considering some of the mediocre stuff they put on Dynamite and Rampage this past week. The build for ANDRADE VS PAC(!) getting less focus than that goober QT Marshall is ridiculous.

Watched Sydal vs PAC and yeah, I love it when PAC takes bumps and folds in half. It's awesome every time. Reminds me of prime RVD.

So I finally watched the PAC/Matt Sydal match, basically everything HR said, it absolutely delivered. Well worth the extra week to see it.

Dark and Dark: Elevation are weekly watches for me. They give me major Saturday morning wrestling vibes. Just an easy watch on the TV while doing school work or playing a game on the computer. All three commentary teams are great, and they've been using my friends/people I like to watch on the indies a lot lately, so that makes it more appointment viewing.

Daniel Garcia vs Lee Moriarty tonight was great - they packed so much into 5 minutes. Have a feeling that will be a matchup we'll see many times in the future.

Skye Blue with another solid performance on Dark. I hope they've signed her, she seems like she's got a tonne of potential. Sign her, send her on excursions to ROH and NWA, she's got future written all over her.

Skye would be smart not to get locked into any one fed. She is a super hard worker with a lot of matches in a short period of time. Should ramp up her value for a year or two and sign for big money, rather than anchoring her pay now at a lower rate. She debuted at 16 so she had time on her side for sure.

She is also wicked smart being one of the first people I seen to use patreon to fund her wrestling so she can do it full time while making rookie rates.

Hell if she can make it why not? Crazy in the last two years she had like 120 matches. Given no one ran shows basically for a year, that is crazy impressive.

But yeah, taking money with patreon may allow her to work shows she may not be otherwise able to travel to, which I suspect is what she is doing to get booked everywhere.

She def is the future though, she is only freaking 21.

I agree, excellent match. Both guys really know how to move and how to make every single movement count. There's an authenticity to that wrestling that is extremely rare.

First time seeing Skye Blue and yeah I get her hype too. She's pretty good. Will have to check out that match against Red Velvet.

People can complain about the Dark shows being meaningless stat padding, but this is the place where these young guys and girls get spotted, and then moved up to the main show if they're good enough. And if they're not good enough, it's a great place to practice their craft in front of a friendly audience.

This was the Skye Blue match I saw on Veda Scott's twitch stream that got me into her.  The tough enough sequence at the start is one of the best I ever seen.  I love the way she does the leg head scissors.  This chick has her fundamentals down so well.  I want to see her vs Mercedes with 10 minutes doing chain shit.  Will be amazing.
