- This is just how I'd book WM29, starting from the 2013 Royal Rumble, I shall be adding entries, as and when I feel/can do so.January 27th 2013Royal RumblePheonix, Arizona
New Champions Crowned & Your Rumble Winner announced.- It was a memorable Royal Rumble event as 2 NEW CHAMPIONS were crowned, as well as the winner of the 2013 edition of The Royal Rumble. Starting off Big Show captured the World Heavyweight Championship from Alberto Del Rio, after a gruelling "Last Man Standing" match. Big Show walked down the ramp with a smile on his face, everyone was wondering why, but we saw footage of Ricardo Rodriguez being seen to by medial assistants, it looked as though Big Show, may have had something to do with it. Alberto Del Rio came running down the ramp, not even waiting for the bell to ring for the action to begin. Del Rio thought he had the upper hand, targeting Show's legs early on in the match, however one thunderous WMD from Big Show was all it took for the tide to turn, soon Big Show dragged Del Rio to the top of the ramp. He noticed tables positioned next to the stage, he delivered a huge chokeslam, and Del Rio could not make the count of 10, Big Show is back on top of the blue brand. Now his attention turns towards Elimination Chamber, as it was announced on the preshow that the winner of the last man standing match would be defending their title inside the Chamber, and we all know Big Show is not short of any enemies.
- Team Hell No may have retained their championships, but it wasn't in the way they'd have liked. They battled the Rhodes Scholars in a highly entertaining affair, however it was the actions of The Shield that led to this match being thrown out. Reigns & Rollins teamed up to get rid of Rhodes & Sandow, before all members of The Shield, turned their attentions to Team Hell No, they dispersed of Kane easily, before delivering a Triple Powerbomb to Daniel Bryan. Will Team Hell No get payback tomorrow night on Raw?
- In a surprising twist for all, the event's titular match was not the main event, but it had a shock and a one that'll make an interesting ride along the way towards Wrestlemania 29. The final four of the Rumble match were Sheamus, Randy Orton, John Cena & Ryback. 3 of the final 4 have previously won a Royal Rumble match, with "The Celtic Warrior" Sheamus winning the 2012 match. Many would have guessed that John Cena would be favourite to win this match, as his road to redemption he has been on hots up, and if the match later on in the evening is anything to go by, it'll fire him up to win the Royal Rumble, to have a chance of claiming what is (in his words) rightfully his. Randy Orton is a man that knows what it takes to win this match, even if his last win was with the help of his faction. The only man who hasn't been in this position before Ryback, a man riding a wave of devotion from the WWE Universe. Cena eliminated Orton, so it was down to 3. It was a huge slug fest for a while, before Ryback hit a massive Meat hook Clothesline on Sheamus to send him flying over the top rope, the fans loved it. It was finally down to the final 2, the man on a path of redemption, the man who has been through a hell of a lot the last year, John Cena and the man who is, in his mind and the minds of the WWE Universe the future of WWE Ryback. - In the evening's main event, we saw The longest reigning WWE Champion of the modern era, The self-proclaimed "Voice of the Voiceless", The Best in the World CM Punk defend his championship against the returning People's Champion The Rock. CM Punk has been on a mission to make people out in the seats, out in the back, and right at home realise that being the WWE Champion is not an afterthought, he is sick of it being looked down upon because of the fact it is himself that holds the gold. He is sick of "part-timers" like Brock & Rock and others coming back and stealing his and others spotlight, he has promised to himself and the WWE Universe he'll kick Dwayne's "Candy Ass" back to Hollywood, and wish he never got into the ring with The Best in the World. The Rock had other ideas, and he and CM Punk had a hell of a fight, a one in which both men traded each other's signature moves. We saw CM Punk hit The Rock with The People's Elbow, and we saw The Rock hit CM Punk with the GTS. Towards the end of the fight, Punk was resorting to dirty underhanded tactics, even enlisting the help of his manager Paul Heyman to ensure he walked out of the arena with the championship, it was at this point the ref sent Heyman to the back, which got an ovation from the fans, leaving CM Punk unamused, he turned around and was met with a Rock Bottom and then a People's Elbow before the 1..2..3, The Rock dethrones CM Punk as WWE Champion, his 8th reign overall has began, and his first championship since his return to WWE.
As The Rock is seen celebrating in the ring and with the WWE Universe, Punk is distraught, and angered and is seen yelling at officials. Punk then cuts a lone figure at the top of the ramp, as he couldn't cope with how the fans were celebrating with The Rock.
Tomorrow night on Monday Night Raw promises to be special as both Big Show and The Rock will be in the arena, as will the winner of the Royal Rumble match, Ryback. Will we find out which championship he'll challenge for at WrestleMania 29? - or - will he make the WWE Universe, and both champions wait for his answer?

Monday Night Raw ReviewJanuary 28th 2013- John Cena opened the show in an apologetic address to the fans, he said he was thankful for their support last night, but admitted he came up short. He was unsure of where or what lay in his future, heading to WrestleMania 29. He said that the Rumble match was his golden chance, a guaranteed ticket to be on the show, challenging for something he wants and what he knows now, against a man he wants revenge against. John Cena then did give praise to the Rumble winner Ryback, saying that if any man deserves a chance, it's him. He says that even if it means this year he has to be a fan, he'll be happy to sit in the front row and cheer on Ryback in his quest for a championship.
- World Heavyweight Champion Big Show was in the house, he was smiling with glee after recapturing his title from Alberto Del Rio. He said it didn't matter who he came up against next for his championship, he'd blow the competition away. He knows Elimination Chamber will be a big ask, going up against 5 other superstars, but he's confident of walking out still champion. It was during this time we had our first tense stare down between a champion and the Rumble Winner, Ryback. Show clutched his championship a little tighter, is this a sign of things to come in the future?
- Team Hell No were not on the same page tonight, as they lost a 3-on-2 handicap match against The Shield tonight, meaning that at Elimination Chamber The Tag Team Championships are on the line as Team Hell No take on Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose of The Shield. A mix-up between Kane and Bryan led to Kane slapping Bryan into a Reigns spear
- Smackdown GM Booker T was on Raw, he had to speak to his brand's champion Big Show about Elimination Chamber. He said he has finalised the match and Big Show would be defending his title inside the Chamber against Chris Jericho, Alberto Del Rio, Christian, Sheamus & Randy Orton. He wished him good luck.
- The Rock arrived at the arena to cheers, he greeted a few people backstage, as he posed for a few photos before he was stopped in his tracks. We had our second stare down of the night, as Ryback looked The Rock up and down, and The Rock acknowledged Ryback with a smile.
- Ryback was in the ring, he didn’t even begin to speak, but the crowd was hot as hell. They kept chanting, "Feed Me More!!" Ryback was interrupted by "The World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry, who poked fun at Ryback being labelled "The Big Guy", he said he should be embarrassed by that title, the people calling him that should be embarrassed for doing so. He said WWE only had room for one REAL BIG GUY and that man was himself, he challenged Ryback to a match at Elimination Chamber, and promised to put Ryback on the shelf, taking his chance at a Mania pay date, as he is inducted into "The Hall of Pain", Ryback accepted Henry on his offer for a match with a thunderous Meathook Clothesline, he also promised the WWE Universe that at Elimination Chamber he'd give his answer for which championship he'd go for.
- The night ended when The Rock made a speech to the WWE Universe to thank them fully for their support, and to say that last night's title win was for each and every single one of them. He has also heard them loud & clear, and has disposed of the 'Spinner Belt' for a lush newly designed WWE Championship. The Rock says he'll be happy to defend this championship at any given time. This was when CM Punk made his presence known, he demanded respect from the WWE Universe, and from The Rock. Punk said that as a former champion, he is entitled to a rematch for the championship at any time, CM Punk then challenged The Rock to defend his championship at Elimination Chamber. The Great One accepted Punk's challenge, promising to smack that smug smile off the face of the Straight Edge superstar. The night ended with the WWE Champion laid out on the mat, as CM Punk hit a GTS. Eerily similar to Raw 1000. Punk took in all the boos as the screen faded to black.
- Some questions still be to answered, but the WWE Universe hope they are answered in due course. Where is Paul Heyman? What will John Cena do for WrestleMania 29? and which Championship will Ryback challenge for at Mania? Elimination Chamber card (So far)

Elimination Chamber February 17th 2013 New Orleans, Louisiana
HUGE NIGHT AT ELIMINATION CHAMBER - RYBACK CHOOSES!!!!
- Tonight is the final stop before WrestleMania 29, and it proved to be an eventful night for the WWE Universe, as new champions were crowned, and we found out which championship Ryback (The winner of the Royal Rumble) would be challenging for at Mania. However, the HUGE story coming out of the event was what happened at the end of the show, much more on that later on.
- The opening bout of the night was Ryback vs Mark Henry, the last few weeks Ryback has been on the receiving end of attacks from ‘The Worlds Strongest Man’, who seemingly is agitated that someone like Ryback has won the Royal Rumble, and been given a chance at a World Title at WrestleMania, something he hasn’t done himself, and is angered by. Henry has promised to not only take Ryback’s chance away from him, not only take his WrestleMania pay day away from him, but to also induct him into “The Hall of Pain”. Ryback was however out to prove his isn’t just a flash in the pan, that his Rumble victory was justified and that he is worthy of a match, for a World Championship at Mania also. Henry was punishing Ryback for the majority of the match, questions how Ryback would have won the Rumble, had he been in the match. A switch was soon flicked, as Ryback soon gained momentum, hitting Henry with repeated fists to the face, he hit a thunderous Shellshock for the win. Ryback now has his eye on Mania, but we’re still unsure of which championship he’ll be gunning for, whereas Mark Henry, where does this leave him now?
- We saw John Cena arrive to the arena cutting a lone figure, he looked distracted as a reporter was asking him how he was? And What his plans are for WrestleMania, considering he has no clear path to a match, especially a one he wants against the guy he wants. Cena looked them straight in the face and said “I know, listen tonight I’m not here for a fight, I’m here to watch a show. If I don’t get what I want, then that’s fine whatever happens I guess, and I’ll just have to watch Mania as a fan” before he stormed off.
- The next bout of the night was for the United States Championship, as The Miz was defending his title against Roman Reigns of The Shield. Miz has been pulled into this a little, by his assistance of Team Hell No a few weeks back during their 6-man tag, and subsequent post-match beat down. Vicki Guerrero made this made official, which angered The Miz, as he said he shouldn’t be punished for Daniel Bryan & Kane making The Shield angry. The Miz would be right however to be angry at his former NXT Protégé, as Roman Reigns made quick work of the match, hitting The Miz with a quick ‘Superman Punch’ and a Spear for the win. Reigns wins his first singles championship on the main roster in emphatic fashion, The Miz looks annoyed, and it's clear who he’ll blame for this.
- We see CM Punk being interviewed backstage next ahead of his WWE Championship rematch against The Rock later tonight, when asked if he is confident of winning back his championship title Punk replied, “Listen, they don’t call me The Best in the World for nothing, am I confident? Am I confident? What a stupid question to ask The Best in the World, let me tell you what is going to happen later on. The Best in the World is going to walk down the ramp, The Best in the World is going to slap The Rock all over this arena, before The Best in the World sends The Rock to sleep, then The Best in the World will be leaving the arena with his WWE Championship, and his RIGHT to MAIN EVENT WRESTLEMANIA. Not you, not Rock, not John Cena, not Heyman, not Vince...heck not even Paul, oops sorry, Triple H will stop that”.
- Next up was the Elimination Chamber match for the World Heavyweight Championship, as Big Show looked to retain his title inside the hell pit against men, who all have grievances against him in Alberto Del Rio, Sheamus, Randy Orton, Chris Jericho & Christian. Big Show was safe in the knowledge though that he gained special dispensation from Vicki Guerrero, who overruled Smackdown GM Booker T, to allow Big Show to come out last, so to start the action off was Del Rio & Sheamus, who have been battling with each other as of late, recently a ‘Beat the Clock’ challenge against Zack Ryder, with Sheamus winning in 2 minutes and 12 seconds, as opposed to Del Rio’s 3 minutes. Jericho soon joined the action, and teamed up with Sheamus to try and take Del Rio out of the bout early, Sheamus hit ‘White Noise’ on Del Rio and went for the cover, but Del Rio kicked out at 2. Next up to join the action was Christian, and soon it turned into a 3-on-1 attack against Del Rio, the dastardly actions of Jericho, Sheamus and Christian trying to ensure Del Rio wouldn’t get his hands on the World Heavyweight Championship that easy. Sheamus hit a brogue kick on Del Rio, which then allowed Jericho to hit a codebreaker on Del Rio, when Christian hit a frog splash on him, he went for the cover and again Del Rio kicked out at 2. Some tenacity shown by Del Rio here, and the others thinking they’ve got work to do here to get rid of him. It was ‘The Viper’ Randy Orton’s time to join the match, the fans were buzzing, as were Sheamus, Christian and Jericho, who were trying to convince Orton to join them in their assault of Del Rio. It seemed like they have done the trick, as Orton went over to Del Rio, and dragged him back to his feet until Orton then turned around and hit Christian with a RKO, and covered him for the 1-2-3, and the leader of the Peeps was gone. Jericho & Sheamus were shocked, Del Rio was smiling as Show looked on from his pod with intrigue. Del Rio soon brawled with Jericho, as Orton was pummelling into ‘The Celtic Warrior’ Sheamus, the fans were ecstatic, Orton threw Sheamus to Del Rio, who was met with a super kick, Del Rio threw Jericho towards Orton, who was met with a powerslam. Both men were feeding off the reaction of the crowd, and had a stare down until it was time for the current champion, Big Show to enter the match. Show glanced at the downed Sheamus & Jericho, he then stared into the eyes of both Del Rio and Orton and declared “You ain’t got nothing on me, I’m leaving here with MY WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP”. Del Rio and Orton both decked Show with a leg sweep, which is certainly something not in Orton’s play book. Orton was methodically when Show was down to the mat, targeting each limb with vicious strikes, he then spotted Sheamus on the mat, crawling back to his feet and looked like he wanted to go for the punt, but as he ran Jericho clipped ‘The Viper’ with a codebreaker for the cover, but only got to 2. Some great action tonight during this chamber match. All men soon got to their feet, and Show looked aggravated and soon went berserk, throwing Jericho through one pod chamber, and Sheamus crashing through another. He hit a powerful WMD on Orton, and saw Del Rio and started to choke him out with a sleeper hold, again something we’ve not seen Show do before, and if we have not that much to notice. He was successful in his attempt though, as even though Del Rio didn’t tap out, he was declared unable to continue as he became unconscious, he was taken out of the ring by the EMTs. Show gloated with glee as Del Rio was being pushed up the ramp “That’s a message to everyone in this match, and anyone in the back, that’ll happen to you”. Show was then met with the underside of Sheamus’ boot, as a Brogue Kick was hit. He went for the cover, and he thought he had got rid of ‘The World's Largest Athlete’, but it wasn’t enough to put Show down. , some calibre of superstars were left in the match in Sheamus, Big Show, Randy Orton & Chris Jericho, that was soon whittled down to 3 after Sheamus tried to hit Orton with a Brogue Kick, but was met with an RKO, and he was out of the match. We’re down to 3 men now, Big Show, Chris Jericho & Randy Orton, who would be leaving this match with the World Championship and walking into WrestleMania with it.
- Jericho and Orton agreed it would be best to try and get rid of “The Big Guy” before we continue the match,, they team up hitting Show with blow and blow after blow, Jericho hit a codebreaker on Show, Orton then hit a powerful ‘Punt Kick’ on Big Show, which resulted in Jericho hitting a ‘Lionsault’ on Show, he went for the cover 1...2… but again Show kicked out, Jericho was angry and shouting at the ref for counting too slow, he then pushed Orton and said if he had done his job correctly, Show would be out the match now, this boiled Orton over as he hit an RKO on him, and covered Jericho to eliminate him. It was now down to the final 2, Randy Orton & Big Show, both men have a storied past, and now it comes down to this, both men were still down when “I’M HERE TO SHOW THE WORLD!!” was heard over the PA, it was ‘Mr Money in the Bank’ Dolph Ziggler, and he was running down the ramp, he spoke to the people on the outside, he was cashing in his briefcase right here right now. The ref added that he can’t just join a match, but Vicki Guerrero was heard over the titantron saying “That contract states anytime, anywhere, a title match, if Dolph wants to add himself to the match, then he can”. So, we’re back to 3 people in the match, Dolph has cashed in and added himself to the chamber, he wasn’t doing anything but showboating to the crowd, basking in their boos and laughing saying “I’m going to WrestleMania baby!!” before he was met with a WMD, and covered and eliminated, we’re back to where we were, and Ziggler is annoyed, saying he wasn’t meant to cash in, but Dolph, that’s not how it works now, soon as you’ve cashed in, you can't take it back. Orton and Show look on as Dolph exits the chamber with much fuss, and now we’re down to the meat of the match. Orton is wearing Show down, he knows all it takes is one RKO to finish Show off and take the title with him, and he goes for a RKO, but Show counters it, and hits a WMD and covers Orton to retain his championship.
- Big Show is leaving the Elimination Chamber with his World Heavyweight Championship, he has beaten 5 other men in the chamber, he has even beaten a cash-in on himself, Big Show is truly showing everyone why he is worthy of being a World Champion. His celebrations were cut short though when “FEED ME MORE!!” was heard, the fans started chanted “Feed Me More” as Ryback stormed down the ramp, and ripped open the Chamber door. Show looked like he had seen a ghost, Ryback looked at Big Show, then looked at his World Heavyweight Championship, then glanced at the WrestleMania sign in the background. It was a clear message, as Ryback shouted in Show’s face “FEED ME SHOW!!!”. That’s it set at WrestleMania 29, we’re getting Big Show vs Ryback for the World Heavyweight Championship.
- We’re taken backstage to Booker T as he is speaking on the phone “Listen, Yeah I know that’s our main match for Mania set. I can’t believe we’ve got Ryback to switch to Smackdown, this is exciting, and now I can’t wait for him to whack…”, but he is interrupted by Dolph Ziggler, who is still angry over not being allowed to keep his case. “You cashed in, you failed. That’s the bottom line, I can’t do a thing. Vicki said you can’t do a thing now, and I’m on the phone to Vince...and guess what he says you can’t do a thing, looks like you’re going to need new plans for Mania”.
- We’re then shown a vignette video, it’s a mysterious video showing a shadowy figure in the background, in pouring down rain, with 2.18.13. A huge reveal is set for tomorrow’s Raw it seems.
- Tag Team action now as Team Hell NO are defending their championships against Rollins & Ambrose of The Shield, Team Hell No don’t appear to be on the same page lately, as Kane was seen walking out on Bryan the last few weeks, and The Shield took advantage and beat Bryan down a lot. Bryan is annoyed with Kane, but remembered his anger management training and forgave Kane for his actions. Kane, annoyed, saying that he doesn’t need to be forgiven for anything, and if anyone needs to be forgiven it's Bryan, for not only dragging The Miz into this mess, but also annoying Kane so much, that he’d rather see his teammate beaten up, than save him. Some dissension between Team Hell No, which delighted The Shield, as they took advantage of this. Rollins & Ambrose were beating Kane down badly, Kane went for the tag to Bryan, but each time Bryan resisted and dragged his arm back, during the match The Miz came out and started arguing with Bryan, asking “WHY DID YOU DO THIS?” Bryan, looking annoyed started hitting Miz with Yes Kicks in the ringside area, Kane pleading with his teammate to come back to the apron, refs had to try and pull Bryan and Miz apart, but that failed as both men were brawling up the ramp. As the ref in the ring attention was away, Roman Reigns had snuck into the ring, as The Shield delivered a triple power bomb to Kane, Ambrose went for the cover and The Shield won the Tag Team Championships. All members of The Shield are now wearing WWE Gold, and its been some rise for them all. As The Shield were celebrating, Kane looked angry in the ring and had his eye on one man.
- Our last segment of the night is The Rock backstage, and he begins to speak “Listen, I respect John Cena, and I have a hell of a lot of respect for CM Punk, I know from our match at Royal Rumble it's not going to be a walk in the park, but if Punk thinks I’m giving this up, if I’m giving up a WrestleMania pay day, a WrestleMania main event without a fight, he’s got another thing coming his way. As for John Cena, if he wants to step up and challenge me? He knows what happened last time, and that fruity pebble biatch knows I’ll beat his candy ass again, for the title or not, I’ll do it”
- Main event time as CM Punk takes on The Rock for the WWE Championship, ‘The Best in the World’ takes on ‘The Peoples Champ’ in this match up, Rock looking to walk into WrestleMania with his WWE Championship for another main event, CM Punk wanting to shut The Rock up, put a nail in the coffin of The Rock’s WWE Career, take what is, in his mind, rightfully his the WWE Championship, and walk into New Jersey, walk into WrestleMania 29 as WWE Champion, and do what CM Punk has always wanted to do, since he stepped foot into the WWE and that is main event WrestleMania. We have added intrigue as John Cena is sat ringside, keeping a keen eye on things, hoping that he will be given a chance at the winner of this match, Cena has this goal of rectifying his year, avenging the last 12 months after The Rock humiliated him at Mania 28, it’s been a tough year, and Cena thinks a WWE title win is the only thing that’ll turn it around, Punk and Rock start the action, both overly cautious with Cena looking on at ringside, but he is adamant he is there as a fan. Rock and Punk delivering blow after blow to one another, and it was Punk who took the early advantage, hitting The Rock with an early GTS, but instead of pinning The Rock he turned his attention to John Cena, he was heard saying “What’s up Johnny Boy? Seeing how it's actually done against The Rock?”, he turned around and was met with a Rock Bottom, and the crowd was hyped, The Rock turned to Cena and shouted “Stay there you fruity pebbly bitch”. Cena sat there smirking, leaving some to speculate what he may do, the action soon sprawled to the outside, and CM Punk put The Rock through the announcers table, after hitting a huge elbow drop with the turnbuckle. Both men are down for the count it seems, John Cena looks on concerned, but with his attention soon turns to the WWE title in the distance, again what is up with John Cena tonight? Both Punk and The Rock managed to roll back into the ring, ahead of the refs count to 10. Both men struggled to get to their feet, the action has taken it out of them, The Rock tried to hit a rock bottom on Punk, but he was wrestled out of it, and Punk hoisted Rock on his shoulders and hit another GTS.
- The crowd were now electric, Punk went for the pin, 1...2...when “SIERRA HOTEL INDIA ECHO LIMA DELTA SHIELD!!” was heard, nobody could believe what they were hearing or seeing. Reigns, Ambrose and Rollins had swarmed the ring, The Rock was downed & CM Punk tried fighting back against The Shield, the ref called for the match to end, The Rock had retained his championship, but not in a fashion he would have liked. The Shield delivered a triple power bomb to CM Punk over the top rope to the outside, Punk was checked upon by health officials, The Shield soon turned their attention to The Rock, but John Cena had leopard the barricade and ran into the ring, the fans were cheering thinking Cena would be making the save, when he stepped aside and allowed The Shield to hit a triple power bomb on The Rock. Fans couldn’t believe what they were seeing, The Shield & John Cena were working together, and there appears to be a co-conspirator in the whole ordeal as Paul Heyman was seen walking down the ramp with a smug look on his face. Has Heyman just costed his former client CM Punk a chance to main-event WrestleMania? Has he just enlisted the services of the most popular superstar in WWE history in John Cena? Elimination Chamber ended with Heyman and John Cena looking smug at the crowd, and the downed CM Punk & Rock, with the WWE Championship resting over The Rock’s body.

Following the actions of John Cena last night at Elimination Chamber, he will address the WWE Universe on Monday Night Raw. Monday Night Raw - Huge Mania ramifications
There were huge ramifications for Wrestlemania 29 tonight made on Monday Night Raw, as huge stars made their presence known, and the WWE Championship title match was confirmed as we now know who The Rock will be defending the championship against.
- Following on from last night's events in which CM Punk and The Rock's match was a no-contest, due to the interference of The Shield and the newly formed partnership of Paul Heyman & John Cena, it was the latter that stood in the ring as the show opened. Cena was met with a sound he knew too familiar lately, he was being booed to high heaven, however this time it wasn't unwarranted. Cena explained his actions last night were justified, he said that it was to allow himself the clear path to the main event of WrestleMania, he said it's the only way to allow himself to redeem the last year of his life in WWE, and that is why he turned to Paul Heyman, a man who has a knack of delivering things that people want. He wasn't sorry for how it was done, he wasn't sorry he cost Punk his chance to win back his gold, to main event WrestleMania, and he wasn't sorry to the fans who turned their backs on Cena, a long time before he turned his back on them.
- This was when CM Punk showed up, and he was visibly frustrated with what transpired last night, he said Cena is just like The Rock, in that he is a sell-out, he said that Cena is like The Rock that, if given the chance, just like he showed last night, he'll turn his back on the fans in a heartbeat. Cena doesn't deserve to main event a show, for a company he doesn't care about. He deserves to sit in the back, at home, wherever else but here. The only person who deserves to main event a WrestleMania is CM Punk. He is angered his chance was snatched away from him, and he'll do everything in his power to ensure that Cena won't be in that main event.
- Paul Heyman then offered an interesting offer, one which the Raw General Manager Vikki Guerrero agreed to via the Tron. In tonight's main event, it will be CM Punk vs John Cena in a number one contender's match for the WWE Championship, both men agreed to it and tonight's main event was set.
- Next up we see Team Hell No having words, they're annoyed with each other for allowing The Shield to take their tag titles, then The Miz showed up visibly annoyed still that his United States Championship is no longer with him, because of both Kane & Bryan, and says that if by the end of the night the championship isn't back around his waist, he'll do something he won't regret. It was earlier announced on social media that Reigns would defend his newly won United States Championship against The Miz, while Hell No were awarded a rematch for the Tag Team Championship against Rollins & Ambrose.
- We saw Ryback in the ring, who finally chose to face Big Show for his World Heavyweight Championship at WM29, he was about to face Dolph Ziggler , who feels like it should be him in the title match at Mania, and requested this match to show WWE Management what he can do. It wasn't much as Ryback disposed of the former 'Mr Money in the Bank' within seconds, Ryback looked intensly at the crowd and chanting "FEED ME SHOW!!"
- We are then welcomed to a vignette that has been playing on our screens lately, and it appears the person behind them will appear on Raw next, it was no other than The Undertaker who was the man behind them. He addressed the crowd saying that he was sick of so many men coming to him to challenge for the streak, only for them to fall victim to the death knell time and time again, he questioned if anyone was "Man" enough to step inside his yard, and walk the walk and finally be the one to 'End the Streak'. He throttled off his list of victims, Ric Flair, Mark Henry, Edge, Randy Orton, Batista and most recently those two lasting remnants of the attitude era in HBK & HHH. It was then he said to the crowd that if no man would step up to the challenge right now, he would tip his hat and bid everyone a farewell. He was about to leave the ring, when Brock Lesnar's theme hit the PA. The crowd were hot and pumped for it, they were cheering Lesnar, who bolted down the ramp to the ring. He took down Undertaker, and started to lay in punches and elbows, as if he was back inside the octagon. Lesnar then lifted Taker up and hit him with an F5, he picked up the mic and said "Challenge Accepted Deadman". Oh my...we're getting Brock Lesnar v Undertaker at WrestleMania 29.
- Miz was unsuccessful in his attempt to recapture his United States Championship from Roman Reigns, as Rollins & Ambrose were at ringside and kept distracting Miz, it was then when Team Hell No ran down and took care of Rollins & Ambrose, and this was before their title match later. Miz was angered by the actions of Kane & Bryan, but he turned around and was met with a fierce 'Superman Punch' and was put away. Reigns was smiling and celebrating a victory, as The Miz was left reeling from a defeat, with the intention of doing something about it all.
- Punk was seen training backstage, warming up ahead of tonight's match v Cena, he was asked if he was confident, "Of course" Punk replied snarly, and walked away from the backstage hand. We were then taken to Vikki Guerrero's office, who is being shouted at by Dolph Ziggler, who feels he has again been cheated out of a championship match, and is blaming her for it. Vikki can't take it any more, she says that if he wants to be on the Mania card, he will be but not for World or WWE Championships. She said that Dolph will be at Mania, in a match to crown the new Intercontinental Champion, this did please Ziggler until he found out he'd be facing Randy Orton for the title at Mania.
- An announcement was made that Alberto Del Rio would be taking on Jack Swagger at WrestleMania 29 after an unsavoury attack both verbally and physcially earlier in the day by both Swagger & his new manager Zeb Colter. We were also met with an announcement that Triple H will be on Smackdown this coming Tuesday, what will 'The Game' have to say?i
- Tag team Championship action was up next, as Ambrose & Rollins successfully defended their titles against Team Hell No, following The Miz coming down and attacking Bryan during the bout, leaving the referee no choice but to throw out the match. Vikki Guerrero came out and announced that she was sick of The Shield & Miz & Team Hell No getting stuck into each other's businesses. That's why she announced a 6-man tag "Winner Take All" match for WrestleMania 29 as The Shield would have to defend all their gold against the combined team of Team Hell No & The Miz. Can Miz and Hell No get along to bring back their gold? or will The Shield walk out of their first Mania match victorious.
- We saw a vignette for Fandango play next, he offered an 'Open Challenge' to anyone on the WWE roster at WrestleMania 29, to see if any man is man enough to take on the tango with him inside the squared cirlce.
- Main event time as CM Punk took on John Cena ,to decide who'll face The Rock for his WWE Championship at WrestleMania 29. It was a tough match, a one the fans enjoyed in attendance and at home. Punk came out the gate fast and nearly caught Cena with a rollup, but with the added motivation that Paul Heyman is giving John Cena, we all know this will be anything but a simple match up. We know Heyman can play mind games for the clients, as Punk will know himself. Cena was dominating for most of the match, priortising Punk's left knee, which he hurt during his match with The Rock last night, Cena locked in the STF, it looked as if he had the match won, but Punk was able to reach for the ropes. Cena frustrated started to berate the ref saying that Punk tapped, as he was in the ref's face, Heyman was seen going towards Punk, with something in his hands, he clonked Punk on the head kncoking him out cold, Cena saw this as a chance to take the advantage, he got the unconcious Punk up on his shoulders, ready to hit an AA when "IF YOU SMELL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKING!?!?!" was blared throughout the arena.
- The Rock sprant down the ramp, and started to lay the smackdown on his Mania 28 opponent Cena, he hit a spinebuster on him, and was about to hit a Rock Bottom on Cena, but he retreated , as the ref called for the bell. The Rock clinched his WWE Championship, as he looked on at the downed CM Punk, then his attention turned to Cena, and you could cut the tension with a knife. The Rock glanced back at CM Punk, then Cena, then slowly turned towards the WrestleMania 29 sign. The fans were loving this, could this be the main event at 'The Showcase of the Immortals'?

Is "sprant" British for the English word "sprinted"?

Smackdown Shocker - WCW v WWE at ManiaIt is a sight that many throughout the wrestling world thought they'd never see, and the Chief Officiating Officer Triple H was as surprised as we all were. Triple H was in attendance talking about past WrestleMania's saying how it was built up from an idea to the spectacle we see today. He has listed the people he fought at the event, guys like Ultimate Warrior, Goldust, Kane, Mick Foley, Rock, Big Show, Batista, Randy Orton & John Cena. Citing that Undertaker was lucky to beat him for the past two Manias, He says that each person he has faced were given two options to them, live up to the hype after facing him and defeating him, or fade back into obscurity. Not only that, but he said don't fade into obscurity because people won't remember you 10 or 20, maybe even 3 years down the line.
Triple H then went on to speak about other Mania opponents, particularly he listed Booker T & Chris Jericho. He said that both men were heavily liked by the WWE Universe, but said that these two were not WWE men. These two men fought for the other side, they fought for WCW during the Monday Night Wars. He said that Jericho only jumped ship to WWE because WCW had become a basket case of a company, he didn't believe it until he saw Booker turn up on WCW with Shane, and then that proved his thesis. Triple H said that any WCW guy that came to WWE after WCW's collapse, they couldn't beat him. Booker T & Chris Jericho may have come in before or during the 'Invasion' but they couldn't get the job done when put up against 'The Game'
Triple H then started to list former WCW guys who came in after the failed 'Invasion', Goldberg & Scott Steiner were the names brought up, and he said that if these two were the best that WCW could offer to face a top guy like him, then WCW deserved to die. He thanked Ted Turner for killing the company, he thanked Eric Bischoff for doing so, then coming to kiss Vince's ass for a job. Then all of a sudden the lights went out, and one lone spotlight shone on the rafters, we saw a Crow standing on the ledge and WCW fans know what was about to happen, Sting appeared beside the crow, Triple H was visibly angered in the ring, he was heard shouting "What's that son of a bitch doing here?"
Sting zip lined down to the ring and came face to face with the WWE COO, Sting looked annoyed with his words. "Listen, Hunter, all I can see at the moment is that you're all talk, now if your bark can match your bite......how about we have a little old WCW v WWE at Wrestlemania?" Triple H accepted his offer for a match at Mania, and tried to attack Sting, but he was met with a Scorpian death drop.

BREAKING NEWS - WWE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH REVEALED
WWE.COM can exclusively reveal that the WWE Championship will be defended at WrestleMania 29, this is despite the title match at Elimination Chamber, and more recently the number one contenders match between CM Punk and John Cena both going to a 'no-contest", something that has not only annoyed the WWE Universe, but personally angered the Chairman of the Board, Vince McMahon.
"WrestleMania is the event where dreams are made, and where dreams can come true. It is also a time in which fans are expecting a top championship title match, which has been plunged into doubt as of late, due to title matches being no-contests, and whatever descended on this past week's Monday Night Raw. Whatever the case, whatever the story this isn't how we do things here in WWE, and this isn't how we do things on the road to WrestleMania. Now, I know both men have viable reasons as to why they should be in the main event, but there is only one man at the moment who is in that slot. He is the current WWE Champion and also 'The Peoples Champ' Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson. I've been getting it in both ears from everyone, on every side of the debate, country, continent and globe. What are you going to do about this Vince? CM Punk is the former WWE Champion, the longest reigning champion of the modern era, his title rematch ended in a no-contest, so by right he can be angry that he was cost his chance of redemption. John Cena, the man on a mission these past 12 months or so, since The Rock humiliated him at last year's WrestleMania, he has been on a personal road to retribution and redemption, which culminated in him shaking hands with the deceiving Paul Heyman, to throw out CM Punk's title match at Elimination Chamber".
"Now, this past week on Raw, it was The Rock who decided to intervene in the CM Punk v John Cena match to determine who he'd be facing at WrestleMania, now he wasn't scheduled to make an appearance, and in fact I am quite angered by the actions of our WWE Champion, in fact I am annoyed by the actions of all3 men lately. BUT....and this is a big but, we need a main event, and we need one for the WWE Championship, so this is what I am going to do, and we'll have ourselves a little contract signing on Raw. It will be "The Voice of the Voiceless", the self-proclaimed "Best in the World" CM Punk versus "Mr Hustle Loyalty & Respect", the "Chain Gang Solider" John Cena versus "The Peoples Champ", "The Brahma Bull" your WWE Champion The Rock in a triple threat elimination match".
- Tune in on Monday Night Raw to see the contract signing between Cena, Rock & Punk.
