This already had a concerning feeling of a B-show to me, and not a good one at that - the stakes could hardly have felt more different from the previous episode. Between the jobber entrances, the celebrity focus and the "comedy" tag match it felt way too WWE-esque. I'd like to see them give this show more of an individual identity that focusses on something a little bit different rather than just being a third hour of Dynamite. The Mark Henry interview prior to the main event is a nice touch but isn't enough by itself.

I hope The Butcher returns soon. I really dig that tag team.

Don't hold your breath for Butcher. He is going to do the full rehab on his hand before he returns, but Every Time I Die is hoping to finish their next album and tour too. He likely to be spotty through 2023.

Agreed, right now I'm not really sure what Rampage is. As you say, it's like a third hour of Dynamite, featuring the guys we didn't have time to feature on Wednesday because our roster's getting pretty big now.

You could have Rampage be the showcase for the TV Title, for example. Miro defends every Friday night.

Rampage is a B show basically. Dynamite overflow show is a good way to describe it. It does have it's uses thought as it can move storylines along very fast if a change has to be made, or to run tournaments. I do not think they need to make it's own show really, just make it watchable. They claimed this show would showcase the girls more, but not sure AEW gets how to use girls.
