Hit Row is the only real "black stereotype" in WWE if you can even say that. They're a hip hop wrestling group that put out music and got each other's backs and do it "For The Culture" or something along those lines. Eddie Kingston's character is more black than most of the roster of either WWE or AEW. I thought he was half black/half white when I first saw him. Kingston's gimmick(If it is even a gimmick) is that he is from the hood and represents the Independent scene and is hardcore. When Kingston was added to the Blackout I was like WTF is this hick gangsta wannabe they shoved with Ruckus and Sabian. I had absolutely zero time for him. Then they feuded with RoH and he did the not having the wrestling body promo and I was fucking blown away and started to give him a watch at least. When Kingston returned to Chikara and turned heel I became completely hooked on him. The 12 Large finale at High Noon is still one of my favorite matches and likely his best match. Kingston basically is just a guy from Yonkers / Brooklyn representing. His legit best friend is Homicide he said several times, so def not an act by him. Not even a hood act really, as that is kind of what you expect from blue collar people in that area. One of his first jobs was as freaking iron worker. When I met him, he was basically the same guy you see on TV joking around with Moxley. His tough guy thing is not really a gimmick either, as while he matured, early on he had a nasty Yonkers temper and was quick to get in people's faces and throw down. A couple times on shows I seen he has taking swings at people in the crowd and had to be pulled off fans. Fuck a few times during the Hero vs Kingston shit got real, the PWG incident being the best example where Hero started to stiff him and Kingston locked in a shoot choke and had to be pulled off Hero. For those who not seen it, fairly sure this is the last time Kingston ever worked with Hero and likely the reason he will never be in AEW. www.reddit.com/r/SquaredCircle/comments/7jfbf8/pwg_moments_in_history_day_12_chris_hero_and/

Blindy , whatever your desires are doesn't change the fact Sonny Kiss is on the mens roster in AEW, not on the womens roster Meh, Nia Jax was in the men's Royal Rumble and both Tessa Blanchard and Chyna won men's belts. It's 2021.

I'm with Blindy. That could actually be a cool direction to go for Sonny Kiss' character after they wrap up her feud with Joey Janela. Kiss identifies as female and she should petition the company to let her compete for the women's championship. I think it would be a fun story. As for Ruby Soho, no reason why she can't show up in the Battle Royale and win, then challenge Britt in NYC.

I think Kiss is gonna lose to the newly introduced Kayla Rossi down the road, she will get Janela but end up getting brutalized by the new powerhouse.

Her instagram has her hitting tiltawhirl backbreakers and Uranages on grown ass men. I hope she pans out. Could be a big get.
