You're not missing anything. He's TRASH as a comic. From what I've seen, his stand-up is mostly talking about smoking weed, listening to Wu-Tang and retelling stories about both that never happened. It's like listening to your Gen-Z cousin trying to sound cool at the adult's table.

I don't see the appeal AT ALL. I don't find him funny either, but I think Ye's Easy video is a bit of an 'extreme' reaction.

Last night, and in part thanks to @ness, I realized that I *AM* Pete Davidson. Which, starting to thinking even more on it now... Probably means I am Big Pete too. Maybe in like a Tyler Durden/Narrator sort of way? Makes sense why son is his after all. Because I am him. He is me. We are Pete Davidson.

So I'm watching King of Staten Island. I assume this is his 8 Mile acting credit (story on his life and who better than Kanyon the guy who lived it) and I'm actually kinda enjoying it.
