Well that was certainly a week for the Confidence game! 2/3 of the contestants had the Green Bay Packers in the Super Bowl and 2/3 of the contestants learned to NOT trust Aaron Rodgers in the playoffs as they lost a chance at major bonus points. Other teams watched the GOAT Tom Brady get knocked out of the playoffs and to those that trusted in Buffalo and the Bills Mafia; well 13 seconds. Nuff said.

Oh yeah and I lost the Titans, because yeah.

Enough about me; let's talk about the standings. The bottom 5 teams have a tough hill to climb as they have lost both of their Super Bowl picks which means they are assed out of late bonus points. RT went down with his Bills. Baker got suckered into thinking this was a Vince McMahon WM booking as he watched both TB12 and Bellicheck go down in back to back weeks. 🤯 PM'd me his picks and held control of last place for another week. mikec went against his Chiefs (as did I; NWO~!) and might have sacrificed his confidence point chances for the greater good of a Chiefs win. Then there's CM Punk'd who took a major fall in the standings with a rough week and the loss of both of his Super Bowl picks.

The top 10 begins with Foos and rad who have the same confidence points, but Foos holds on to the tiebreaker due to his 7-3 record. If some of those confidence points were moved around better, he could have a much better standing.

Blindy like many others comes up 8th in the standings as he too has lost his SB Champion pick in the Green Bay Packers. I'm guessing his favorite color is Green.

The 6 & 7 is myself and Leper Messiah . We're just really good at using our confidence points (except for me last week!) but are in a really tough predicament as we have both lost BOTH of our Super Bowl picks. Leper went the Baker route with his SB picks and I trusted that bum Aaron Rodgers.

Speaking of Aaron Rodgers, UT starts off the top 5. Even though his hometown team has let him down again, he remains in decent shape to have a shot to possibly own a jersey of the best QB in the NFL Patrick Mahomes. I joke, I joke. Feel better. Come back to the tailgates. They're not the same without you!

Todd is at #4 and surprisingly his SB Champion Pick remains a main reason as to why he has had success so far. I mean, after actually believing in the Dallas Cowboys, it definitely helps that the Bengals are keeping you right there in the contest. Will Joe Scheisty lead Todd to glory? We shall see!

The biggest leap in the standings come by  Gyro LC ****. He started the week off in 14th place AKA 2nd to LAST place and jumped all the way into the Top 3! The only thing separating him from 2nd place is the tiebreaking record. However, the confidence points tie between him and @admin will be settled this week as both have different teams in the AFC Championship. Joe Scheisty and the red hot wildcard Cincinnati Bengals will represent the cigar smoking @admin and the King Patrick Mahomes and his Chief Kingdom will represent Gyro LC **** . The winner of this matchup could really decide who can win this whole contest. Both teams had the Packers winning the Super Bowl so this AFC Championship game will be the ultimate separator.

To top the list off is none other then pduh himself! Pduh has a 1 point advantage over the other 2 teams, but that's his only small advantage at the moment. His biggest advantages come from being the only team with an 8-2 record. Everyone else is below him in the pickem category. The ultimate win at this moment for pduh is that he still has BOTH of his Super Bowl picks in hand. The Kansas City Chiefs and his hometown team, the San Francisco 49ers! Pduh proved that being a true fan of your team and believing them all the way through (except during reverse psychology jynxes) can help you win games!

There are 4 teams left. 3 of them are in play. Like I said at the beginning of this game, it is surprising nobody believed in the Rams to make the Super Bowl. They are the only team that was not selected and could be a major crusher to the standings. Good luck everyone and remember to get your picks in if you have not already! This is far from over!
