I’m not following. Explain for my stupid brain. So like you would get a do-over on a pick? do you guys ever play some weird gift exchange in Canada for Christmas where everyone buys a gift and wraps it. Then you take turns opening presents but instead of opening a present you can steal a present from someone else’s that’s already opened theirs? Same idea. You’d basically take a list of wrestlers and randomly assign them a number .. say like 1-250. And a poster would pick a number. Say I pick 112. And you say that number was assigned to Chris Jericho. Now I add Jericho to my roster. Next person in draft then has a choice. They can pick a new number or they can steal Jericho from me. If they steal Jericho.. they pick a new random number and that new number is who will replace Jericho on my roster. Let’s say it’s Rey Mysterio. Poster three has to decide.. Jericho, Rey, or a random number. There’s sometimes a rule about once a gift has been stolen three times it can’t be taken anymore. It would put a lot on the person running the whole thing. And it would take a while. May consider knocking it down to like 12 wrestlers on a roster. Actually, this might be a fun idea of a Christmas themed draft. Yes we have that here. It’s how I got my scotch glasses! I like it.

Dodged a bullet with the Nobi pick. 90s NJPW is a blindspot for me. Not sure I've seen a single Hashimoto match. Then Lony puts two bullets right in my heart.  I really am eating my words.

Wow. I think if push comes to shove and I have to choose between one of them, IMO, Jesse McKay/Billie Kay is the more talented of the two. I'm a huge fan of them as a duo, but I much prefer Jessie's single work.
EDIT: He drafted women who tagged with both of your last two picks with these picks as Kairi/Io had also been a tag team in NXT.

Next draft, I think I'm going to challenge myself to devise fresh tag teams. Choose people from the same era who I think vibed and create fresh tag teams. I had plans to do it in my 1995 fed I wrote awhile back. Bam Bam Bigelow and Scott Norton were going to be The Flame Throwers.
