Serena Deeb is a truly miserable, godawful, terrible promo. Talked people out of the building, killed interest in a match I already had no interest in, and then this segment made Rosa look like a fucking moron. Terrible for everyone involved. Great night for wrestling, terrible night for non-wrestling segments outside of the tag title match promo and the Wardlow [gone sexual] gimmick.

I heard some are assuming it is a work since people were laughing about it and how long it took. If that is true and not a work then very unprofessional.

If it is a work probably done so Yuta can get into the 5 on 5 since one side has 1 to many members.

Moving that big ass ramp that was meant to be flush with the ring would not be easy and take a long time. Neither should have give to them.

Also the match is 5 on 5 now.  Regal is not wrestling.  

I wasn't counting Regal. You still got 3 members of BCC and 3 members in Eddie and P&P

Yuta was not in the match.

Didn't know he left just saw him on Dark from Tuesday. I guess that works out but seems like a big match to miss out on.

So I had this long thing about faulty logic about Yuta, but apparently they said it while Bryan Danielson was coming out. I guess I was not in the room when he came out because I remember Moxley coming out with Eddie but not Bryan.

I assumed Yuta would be there too until they said 5 on 5. If it was 6 on 6 I assumed Claudio would even out the sides.

Nowhere near bigger than Best of Super Juniors. That's a fantastic opportunity for Yuta.

I thought it was legit but the eagle-eyed fans in the comments point out it's a work because of various things that happen, and I'm inclined to agree. In particular Moxley says "how can it get this stuck?" at 2:47 and he and Danielson corpse. His leg did get legitimately stuck but then Danielson decided to work it because pro-wrestlers work everything.

PW must have gone cold on Dynamite...I'm loving these tournaments but the party threads are practically dead.

Samoa Joe vs Johnny Elite was an...interesting match. The first spot in the match was Joe going for a lockup and Elite forearming him right in the face. Looked like a miscommunication. From that point on they were never on the same page, seemed they were both shooting on another at one point. Although I could easily buy Joe not shooting and just being angry and stiff like the way he normally works. Hard to say. Despite the lack of chemistry they still worked a pretty good match. Good on Elite for taking the fight to Joe, I couldn't imagine John Morrison from WWE sticking it to Joe like that, he's clearly become more grizzled since he left.

Hangman Page vs Konosuke Takeshita was an awesome match. They're pushing Takeshita hard and he deserves it because he's clearly very talented and has a bright future. Took Hangman to the limit. Punk was great on commentary too.

Three way for the tag team titles. Not bad. I'd prefer either Lee/Swerve or Starks/Hobbs to get the shot individually, but I can live with a three way.

The Wardlow lashes certainly did not go the way I expected, and that's a good thing. No need for another Cody Rhodes Passion of the Christ performance. A nice segment that gets everyone involved over and advances the feud.

Kyle O'Reilly vs Fenix was another wonderful match, loved the technician vs flyer dynamic and they put together some fantastic sequences.

Jericho/Regal face off was the only bad segment on the show. Jericho spends five minutes going really below the belt on Regal's addiction problems, and so on. Fine. It was nasty but got the desired reaction. Regal's response...an obvious bullshit claim that he stuck Jericho's toothbrush up his ass for 20 years. Super cringe. That's the best response he could come up with? At least Moxley saved the segment with his hilarious reaction to Stadium Stampede suggestion.

Britt Baker vs Maki Itoh...I mean, it was fine. The finish was awful but a fun enough match I guess.

I like what they were going for with the Deeb promo but unfortunately, try as she might, it fell a bit flat. She's a decent enough speaker but there's something missing with her delivery. At least they're giving her a chance on the mic, unlike Thunder Rosa.

Cole vs Jeff was also just fine. At least Cole won clean for once. And yet another Undisputed Elite beatdown.

Second half of Dynamite nowhere near as good as the first.

I like both people in the first match but yeah it did click for me. They didn't seem on the same page and there were way too many I can see you setting up spot moments.

Takeshita has a lot up upset. But this was more bad booking for the world champion. A face champion who isn't an underdog should struggle against everyone. No problem with the actual match though.

Jurassic Express has been one of the biggest disappoint in AEW. I thought they had promise early on but they have the most boring tag champion yet in a division with SCU in.

Wardlow segment went actually like I thought but no complaints.

Match of the night, and maybe they realize the value in a KOR single push. Though I see a bigger value in a Fenix singles push.

Jericho went hard with real life stuff and Regal countered with sport entertainment stuff. Odd tone shift

The crowd didn't care about Maki all ...for about 2 minutes. Her personality quickly won them over. I don't know much about Owen but probably not a match that should have been in the tournament.

The promos in the woman's feud have been awful.

The last match I barely remember there was a jump start and stuff happened.

In my case, I just haven't been able to watch live in the last couple of weeks, so I've been watching Dynamite on weekends.

Same here. My son has soccer practice Wednesday nights at the same time as Dynamite and this past week my wife and I were in Phoenix. I still watch it and comment when I can.

DDP has got me even more hyped for MJF vs Wardlow:

Johhny as the joker was a total let down.
