Ringside News pretty much just blew up in a very public, very hilarious way. twitter.com/ringsidenews_They decided to trash Nyla Rose with anti-trans shit on twitter than trash both Tony and Jericho when they contacted them about it. He then continued this shit on his personal account. I love Rose...

Looks like they deleted most of it. I had them blocked. Ringside News is a fucking rag. Nothing credible about them and today they proved why they aren’t worth anyone’s time.

Far too late to delete since people copied it all. Would not be shocked if he had to delete to get around a twitter lock.

Haven’t come across a corner of wrestling Twitter/Reddit/forums that doesn’t think this guy is a complete waste of space. He’s the worst ‘reporter’ out there.

Welp, it looks like Control Your Narrative will have their new insider. This creep fits in like a glove.

Wonder what triggered that outburst. She has been in the company for three years and won the title about two years ago.

US Today Sports just fired their ass. Shit is getting real now. It isn't worth it from their point of view. The outrage for Nyla is so 3-4 years ago, it's outdone and old news. She's there, she's staying and that's it. Just let her perform and watch or don't watch and that's it. No need to do another Sean Morley/Val Venis and make a big stink over this. This is predetermined sports entertainment at the end of this, no need to get crazy over this.

Wonder what triggered that outburst. She has been in the company for three years and won the title about two years ago. Transphobia is the big "in" thing right now with one of the major political parties in the US trying to legislate us out of existence and the other part standing there with its dick in the wind, and the guy running Ringside News probably thought he could stir up some support from the fascists by appealing to them.

I hated her as champ, but as just another wrestler on the card she is solid, and she is great on social media. Just a good person to have around it seems and pretty loved backstage.

I hated her as champ, but as just another wrestler on the card she is solid, and she is great on social media. Just a good person to have around it seems and pretty loved backstage. It was a good decision to not make her the first champ. She wasn't ready and it would have felt completely forced because of who she is. But it was also a good decision to push her early and get her title run in while the iron was hot. She wasn't the best in the ring but she had a good run and now has plenty of experience to warrant a second, stronger run. Which I have to assume she'll get in the next year or two. She deserves it. People call Britt Baker most improved but I think it's Nyla. Baker is definitely far better than she was a couple years ago, but imo Nyla has improved even more in every aspect.

Baker was absolutely dreadful in AEW's early months. A babyface with the sloppiest offense I've ever seen, unremarkable promo, and couldn't put a match together. Her improvement is incredible. I think she still struggles to put together compelling matches, most of her title defenses were lacklustre, but she can only climb higher. In all other aspects she's phenomenal.
Nyla Rose has certainly improved, but not as much. More a tightening up of her game than any drastic improvements. She was always kinda meh to me, now she's slightly less meh.
