I have a strange love for this catchphrase, sometimes I've been saying it out loud. Only when alone, of course. It sounds very strange out of context, which I suppose is the point!

Let's just say it's a catchphrase that would take an unreasonably long time to explain. But I'll try.
It all started when one half of The Acclaimed Anthony Bowens got injured. The Acclaimed worked this angle with Billy Gunn, basically that Billy Gunn started liking The Acclaimed more than his own sons (in a comedic way), one of those things that seemed doomed to fail on paper (like The New Day) but everyone involved turned it into gold, and that scissor gesture, which I believe was just a random ad lib thing they did at the start of the storyline, was a huge reason for the fans latching onto them.
Keep in mind The Acclaimed were basically jobbers when this whole angle started a few months ago, now they are arguably the most over act in the company and tag team champions.

Last time I saw the Gunn Club they were on one of the YouTube shows and no one cared about them! Cool for them that they've got involved with something that's popular!
