He hasn't actually attacked anyone yet. He just stood by Jungle Boy side. Pretty sure he probably still with Christian.

I thought that too but the back wasn't flush up against anything, so a good portion of the crowd could/would have seen them quietly escape. Not to say that's not what they did but it would not have been a very good magic trick for the audience
