Wilson was also running up that clock too much, forget the delay of games, he was just taking the sync out of the offense entirely.

Add some dumb penalties and Denver deserved to lose.

I just realized that Nathaniel Hackett is the son of former Jets OC guru Paul Hackett, aka the guy who ran an offense under Herm Edwards that was basically run Curtis Martin until you can't anymore and essential smallball otherwise.

You really wonder how these things continue to happen so regularly in the NFL. New coaches, old coaches, it doesn't seem to make a difference. How you don't back your $250 million dollar QB there is beyond me. If it was a 50 yard FG try then maybe but 64 yards was just ridiculous.

Didn't even bother taking a timeout to design something either, just threw McManus out there and said "See you do this all the time at Mile High, give me your best one". Maybe if you had Justin Tucker I get it but otherwise?

Like Blindy said this was reminiscent of some of Fangio's terrible game management moments, and I also saw someone remember the time that Vance Joseph tried to kick a long FG that failed which led to Bill O'Brien being caught on camera calling him a dumb fuck. I meant last-year as in one and done.

Bad clock management is a hallmark of new coaches, which both of those were.

It was embarrassing the way the Broncos had so many delay of games. Russell Wilson has literally played half his games at that stadium. He should know what the deal is and prepared the team better.

To say that a team that outgained another team in total yards , passing yards (obviously with Wilson) as well and had 5 less first downs by penalties had a game plan of chucking it downfield for PIs is just a complete fabrication or made up by someone not watching the game. They attacked the young corners for sure but not “just to get penalties”.

There were quite a few throws where on 1 on 1 coverage, Wilson and the gameplanning was practically just hoisting the ball up for grabs. This wasn't directed to just Denver but I just hate the concept of throwing the ball up for grabs with an effort of either getting the CB to bite on a penalty or for it to be a 50/50 ball. Feels like bail outs. They got Wooten on it once but he was able to not get called on it the 2nd time. 

That wasn't their lone offense or point of attacking but they went one too many times with this when the Broncos offense had moments of guys being open in the middle of the field. Instead, just seeing 4-5 sideline hoists up there is just nauseating to watch as someone who is neutral to either side. 

Seattles run D wasn’t good yet Javonte ran it 7 times. 11 receptions by Javonte against Seattle. It’s not like they were in a shoot out where your RB has to have 11 receptions. Why they didn’t run the ball down Seattles throat all game long is mind boggling. Even the Javonte fumble play was a play that was dead before it started yet they didn’t call a timeout. Hackett wanted to save his timeouts for the fucking kneel downs.

Not sure if it was the stadium or the atmosphere but the amount of delay of games and long time snapping also threw that offense off, I think that Williams fumble was essentially dead to rights due to it. Felt like when DEN got a rhythm, they would take so long to snap and allow the Seahawks D to catch their breath and adjust. 

Seahawks fans are assholes. I hope they suck for a while. I'm not a Wilson fan but he is a great player.

Assholes or not they effect the game like no other fan base and they deserve credit for that.
