He already is.  Second they see them on camera security is told to take them.  Can catch it on camera if you look.

If the plan is to have MJF cash in next week, Mox is winning. If they don’t, Danielson will win and either drop the title before MJF cashes in his shot or put over MJF in a BCC vs The Firm feud.

MJF is far more presumptious than I give him credit for. He went in HARD after Moxley, but what if Danielson wins? I tend to agree with MJF and think Mox is going to win the title again but that's a lot of potential wasted TV time hyping up a match that may not take place. Maybe he watched CM Punk go after Cabana and took it to heart?

Also, MJF says he's a changed man and yet he still acts the exact same way. Same out of line uncalled for personal attacks and then unnecessary crowd attacks. Until he gets over that insecurity and just performs, I don't think he'll ever make the BP Top 504.

If TK is handing out suspensions, can he suspend Stokely while he's at it? You get one opportunity to cut a promo and you deliver a generic villain monologue that drags on and on. Also was the criteria for the stable setting really low expectations? What do you want to go after? The All-Atlantic title! The ROH Pure Championship! No! Get off my television. I feel Sammy got dragged into a dog fight and looked like a fish out of water. His strikes were really weak, Moxley had a right to make fun of them and he just rarely got into any kind of rhythm. Mox wrestled like he had the night off and was just taking his licks waiting for Sammy to hit a GTH so he could punish him. I thought that was the highlight for both guys, Sammy reversing the King Kong Lariat into a Spanish Fly and Mox reversing the GTH into a Bulldog Choke and later a Death Rider.

Mox goes through and considering the injured ankle of Danielson SHOULD become a 3x AEW Champion.

Damn, look at the quarterlies.  Steady all night except the 9:20 women's match.

On paper it was a stronger show that fans cared about. Having Jericho/Danielson as a hook instead of Yuta/Garcia made a massive difference.

So I guess the chip is a MITB type of deal? that seems to be what MJF negotiated.

They really glossed over that fact with MJF winning the way he did and talking about getting his title match “whenever he wants.” They seem to be presenting it like the MITB briefcase now with MJF making threats against whoever wins the title tournament.

In the past it just meant the chip holder got a title match at a future date. There was no “cashing in,” although to be fair this is the first time a heel has won the chip. It could be that “cashing in” was always an option, but past winners opted to have a fair fight.

Either way they seem to be leaving it vague on purpose. I think going forward they will use the chip either way: either the holder will get their title match when they’re ready to challenge, or they’ll do what everyone expects MJF to do next week and show up immediately after the title match and say “ok I want my match now.”

I’m fully expecting Bryan Danielson to win now only to get pummelled by The Firm so MJF can cash in and take the title. They need a way to solidify him as a heel and get the crowd to turn on him, and Danielson is the kind of guy that would be cool with something like that.

Then we get BCC vs The Firm. When BCC is outnumbered Daniel Garcia will help them.

I don’t mind what they’ve done so far considering what the Pure title represents and what BCC is founded on. I think it’s a good idea. Garcia isn’t a member of BCC and while that might change, Regal explained it nicely: they need guys like Garcia on the outside to do battle against to stay sharp. If they let every good wrestler into BCC, they’ll have no one left to test their skills against.

The main thing is seeing where they take it from here. Will Garcia carry on the honour that BCC restored to the belt? Or will it become another after thought?

The Pure title is basically what Team Taz wanted the FTW title to be, only good. It’s got a hot start and hopefully it continues. The FTW title suffered because it became a prop for Team Taz and nothing more. Now that Garcia has taken the Pure title from BCC it can be more interesting.

I did get some FTW but better vibes from it and have a feeling they will either gain, lose, or both this Wednesday

You're not wrong X-Zero. Right now the division comprises of five wrestlers - Garcia, Yuta, Moriarty, Woods and Nese with the first three all being affiliated to the BCC. It'll be interesting to see how they expand the division and if they bring in guys like Angelico on the active roster as well as some ROH alumnis like Yehi, Keys, Caballero etc. Williams would have been an obvious suggestion as well, but he badmouthed Tony on Twitter so that'll likely never happen. You could also bring in some talent like Kevin Ku and Adam Priest as well, there's plenty of indie talent that can use the platform and freshen things up.

I'm curious to see what happens with Yuta. They could do something with the two young lions clashing over the title and the BCC may not be big enough for either of them and one of them may split off to form another stable.

It would help if Tony could ever get ROH off the ground. I think everyone is under the impression that he's using it as a bargaining chip with their new television deal to help add to a potential streaming deal.

Fun fact: if CM Punk never comes back and Bryan Danielson wins the title next week, this will be the third time in as many companies that this has happened (ROH 2005, WWE 2014 and AEW 2022).
