I agree, only in that AEW has a huge roster and they should be trying to get more bodies on TV. That could have been ten minutes to the wonky finish, and then you can fit in another quick segment or two.

Otherwise I like occasionally giving away big matches, makes the weekly shows can't miss and keeps people consistently tuning in.

I want MJF to turn a new leaf and not use the ring, but end up losing. Moxley says MJF earned his respect, something he never saw coming. He grants MJF a rematch. THEN he uses the ring and wins. Bonus if The Firm comes out and beats up Moxley/celebrates with MJF. Nuclear heat.

As for Danielson leaving BCC, I don’t see it. I could see a rift forming between him and Yuta/Claudio though. Danielson is worried BCC is losing its way, that they were born in blood and celebrate violence, and he is having second thoughts about Yuta and Claudio. Moxley is more likely to side with Danielson. Could lead to a tag match to settle their differences. I would like that more than someone leaving or the stable breaking up.

Claudio and Yuta got things off to a great start with a surprisingly dominant victory over Jericho and Garcia, accompanied by the rest of the JAS minus Sammy Guevara. Claudio pins Jericho. Does this mean he gets a title shot? Maybe that will be the Final Battle main event.

Swerve In Our Glory vs FTR was most excellent. Round 3 of SIOG vs FTR coming up! Does this also mean SIOG get three title shots at the three tag titles FTR currently hold?

Nice win for Danielson. It's a great night for the BCC, at least in terms of results, and Moxley is guaranteed to win, so that's 3 for 3. Well done BCC!

No idea why Christian was talking to Fenix about the All Atlantic Championship. I got confused and thought Fenix won the All Atlantic Championship. Then Orange Cassidy strolls on screen. Strange segment.

Finally Jamie Hayter gets a high profile match. I love her confidence and swag at the start of the match. Riho got far too much offense for my liking but most of it was believable enough, I guess. I really thought Riho had Hayter with that rollup. But nope, Clean-ish win for Hayter, probably the biggest win of her AEW run. I hope this push continues. Not sure what her promo is like, but everything else is top notch. Unfortunately she'll probably job to Toni Storm then go back to being Britt's lackey. I hope for something more.

What's the point of that tall Indian dude who stands behind Jay Lethal all the time? He came onto the scene, beat up Samoa Joe a couple of times, and now he just hangs around being tall.

Random new faction attacking MJF was certainly unexpected. That's a nice swerve. But if it's going to lead to me being bored to death by some Ethan Page matches, then long term maybe it's not so nice.

-I’m assuming OC is going to have to defend the All-Atlantic title against Luchasaurus in the near future. OC will get a hard victory before moving on to a legit contender.

-Either Jamie Hayter will replace Kris Statlander in the dethroning of Jade Cargill or something else will happen. Either way this push has to continue.

-Eddie Kingston is off his rocker. He’s been fucking people up on Rampage and is about to do something stupid. That’s all that promo was.

-Jay Lethal’s lackey is Satnam Singh, and they’ve had a couple tag matches on Dark. He mostly sucks but has that Great Khali aura about him where he can just toss people because he’s big. We’ll see where that goes. ROH needs a show so they can hide this nonsense there.

-The Firm was formed by MJF at All Out but him and Stokely Hathaway have been bickering ever since about how to approach MJF’s upcoming title shot. The consensus is that MJF planned all this and its an act to get Moxley’s guard down but that remains to be seen.

I figured The Firm would beat up Jon Moxley and MJF would come down acting all mad, then turn around and stomp on Moxley, cue moustache twiriling villain grin. Basic swerve 101. I'm glad they didn't do that. Good on AEW for not doing the predictable thing.
