By math, the Titans should’ve had 3-4 seconds for a punt return lol but yeah man. Super pumped that the Jags figured it out. I really thought we were going to be stuck watching Dobbs vs Herbert.

He was a former Jags lineman, and later a prominent sports YouTuber (co-hosted The Dumpster Fire).  He passed away just recently, between Christmas and New Year's.

Happy for the Jags. Good for them.

I thought Josh Dobbs actually played really well, it was just the o-line that did him in. For so long we’ve been lamenting the lack of decent quarterbacks in the league but this season we’ve seen numerous backups play and acquit themselves really well.

Titans would have won the division easily if they hadn’t been wrecked by injuries but the turnaround the Jags have made has been crazy. Probably the most impress part is they’ve won games multiple different ways, Lawrence has gotten all the credit but there’s been a few wins now that have largely been the defence.

Nyheim Hines is that guy. Had his historic moment and will always be in NFL highlights well past his lifetime. My guy just got made.

McDaniel makes a bad decision to go for it on 4th and 5 rather than put Flacco and co. in a bad spot and the Jets D gives Flacco a short field. Can't wait to see how Joe Flacco fucks this up.

I kinda want the Steelers to win for shits and giggles but there's no incentive for the Jets to win this. They win, Jets get 3rd place opponents next year and lose draft positioning. 

Pitt gets in if they both lose and Pitt wins.

If they all lose, New England gets in by default.

Jacoby Meyers' right foot just kissed the blue part of the turf. That's a good TD.

If Jets win, they get IND/PIT/3rd place NFC South or if they lose they get HOU/CLE/4th place NFC South. Not sure what is tougher next year.

Would probably lose a good 3-4 spots in each round with a win IIRC so no real incentive outside of a morale of saying they didn't finish last in the division.

I guess the lone incentive for NYJ to win this is that Ross will reportedly blow up the entire regime and get rid of McDaniel/Grier and go Harbaugh hunting so there's that. 

Buffalo always gives up points on catch of the year candidates. Like ok it’s good teams have to be that good to get points but also why is it never like not caught lol

Houston is winning and Chicago is losing, if the scores hold up, the Bears with Justin Fields get the top pick AKA will host trade downs and Houston will get 2nd pick.

The Joe Flacco offense have been 2 second backyard throws over the top which he can't complete. That's about right, especially with practice squad tackles protecting you.

Zuerlein misses a 55 yard kick, would have pinned Thompson instead of giving him a short field but either way, this game has been a dud so far.

So far the refs missed a facemask on Allen and an intentional grounding on Mac Jones. Both times the ref was staring right at the play.

The day they put a lottery system is the day I stop caring about the draft coverage until the day of the draft. 

It's ruined the NBA draft system for me and also has turned the NHL one upside down and even MLB is incorporating it. Idiotic as hell. And I say this as someone whose team hasn't picked #1 since 1997. 

Players and coaches aren't playing for a loss, too much gametape and statistics/incentives to be made. But I get it for fans, they should be rooting for losses or else you end up like the 2021 NY Jets who despite having 2 wins, didn't pick #1 overall.
