I’d like to see Dallas win if the Giants can get past Philly. I think the G-Men could take care of business there too.

Dude nearly broke down in tears, I think he knows made the wrong choice between football vs his family. Not gonna rag on him on the personal level despite me loathing him for so many years but man.

66 times he threw tonight with Playoff Lenny on the sidelines, just man. Forget the Jaguars HC gig, Leftwich would be lucky to be on a staff next season, especially with Bruce Arians gone.

There was always this football gods idea that the NFC South winner would steal a playoff game but if you’d paid any attention to the Bucs you could see they were a total corpse that refused to do the one thing that led to any sort of success.

I’m looking forward to seeing Brady on a new team next season, it was pretty clear that from a coaching and roster perspective Tampa didn’t have the right mix this year. How about Tom’s dirty ass slide tackle though? :lol:

Got to give props to Dak tonight, he played lights out and played a clean game which he hasn’t managed all season. I don’t think they have much chance against the 49ers juggernaut but even as a Giants fan I’m glad they’ve killed the “can’t win in the playoffs” narrative finally.

Dan Quinn is due for a good performance vs his longtime coordinator Kyle Shanahan, think Brock Purdy hits a brick wall next week. Just not sure if the Cowboys offense/Oline can do enough though.

But yeah Quinn is really due.

I definitely don’t expect Dallas to have such an easy time scoring next week, but if they can fluster Purdy they can win it for sure. They’re going to need to rely on the defense though because I think it’ll be a low scoring close game. It might even come down to Maher winning it as time expires. Redemption time possibly or the end of his career.

Anybody listening to New Heights podcast? The Kelce brothers are surprisingly genuine and funny and are making my favorite podcast right now. They go through league topics, answer a dumb listener question (This weeks: can the average person rush for one yard in NFL, previously they did a what animal would make the best football team, stuff like that), and have a few interviews including Groni this week. I’m probably biased because of Travis, but their takes on things like Mac Jones trying to tackle Chandler Jones are funny too.

This week they were talking about the difference in how fast pursuit is in the NFL vs college and Jason summed it up like this: I picked up a fumble once and was gonna stiff arm a corner but he was all over me before I could even lift my arm.

Anyway, I’ve been pleasantly surprised, I’m not usually listening to player pods but this one’s really fun.

They've always been pretty high on Sauce Gardner even going back to college so that's sorta what I know them for. But they're probably high on anything Bearcat related to be fair. 

Yeah between them and Sauce they noted that U of Cincinnati had the second most all pros.
