Darby Allin has been defending the TNT title every week in open challenges. He has already defended the TNT title 4 times since defeating Joe. After he beat Buddy Matthews last week, Joe appeared on the big screen and said he's claiming next week's open challenge because he deserves a rematch so he can once again become the King of Television. He said he wants to beat Darby at his own game in a No Holds Barred match and Darby agreed.

Hangman and Moxley's first match was called off because Hangman got knocked out for real. That match took place in Ohio, Moxley's home turf. They had a rematch a few weeks ago that Hangman won by knocking out Moxley in kayfabe (in reality he just hit a brutal Buckshot Lariat and won the match). Leading up to that match, Moxley called Hangman soft and said him taking time off for getting knocked out basically made him easy to beat, since Moxley apparently gets knocked out all the time (eye roll), and Moxley would mop the floor with him. Moxley ate his words when Hangman beat him, but since he too was "knocked out" he wants one more shot. Now they are back in Ohio "where it all began," and they're basically saying this match will settle things once and for all.

Part of me thinks this match that they're treating as a rubber match will actually be Mox winning, and since the first match was legit called off, the true rubber match will take place at Revolution. Maybe a Texas Deathmatch or something.

Danielson/Thatcher should be great stuff, also looking forward to Brian Cage being on Dynamite tonight.

I'm completely over-hyping Danielson/Thatcher in my brain so it probably won't live up, but I'm still expecting a great fight.

Cage's match last week against Danielson was great and I expect the same this week. I doubt he loses two weeks in a row though since he's going to be a big name in ROH (if that ever actually happens). So Takeshita probably gives him his win back tonight, even if he shouldn't.

Just announced: AEW has announced "AEW House Rules", a tour of house shows that will take place on weekends starting March 18th.

First show is in Troy, Ohio, and will feature Jon Moxley, Britt Baker, Claudio Castagnoli, Orange Cassidy and Darby Allin. The feeling is that the house shows will feature a select few of top AEW talent and showcase the lesser utilized mid-card/up-and-coming talent.

This is great news for younger/less used talent. I also hope this leads to AEW Dark and Dark: Elevation becoming less of a clusterfuck of squash matches and more streamlined. You can save the nothing stats padding matches for house shows where they will get a bit more time, and Dark can actually become a decent free weekly show.

Probably won't happen but whatever. One can dream.

Welcome to AEW booking of Jon Moxley. He's at Super Cena levels of invincibility. It's getting tiresome.

When Hangman beat him a few weeks ago it was the first time Mox had been pinned in a singles match on Dynamite in a year and a half.

Calling it now: Revolution match will be a Last Man Standing match.

He is the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Champions alongside Tanga Loa Toa Liona (Keeping track of all these Pacific Islanders is hard) & Kaun. They are a faction with Prince Nana as the leader.

But nobody would ever know that if they didn't watch the last ROH PPV because it happened there and hasn't been mentioned since.

EDIT: I'm looking at Cagematch and The Gates of Agony (Liona & Kaun) have done a couple indy dates, the most recent one being Jan 27th. I'm guessing there have been booking conflicts due to them still doing the indy circuit and so they are keeping Brian Cage busy while they're gone.

I would be a lot more interested if every match didn't follow the same formula:

-Danielson comes out all hyped up.
-Danielson immediately gets his ass kicked.
-Danielson spends the entire match selling that he is fatigued/injured/whatever.
-Danielson turns the tables and wins.

So Jade is 50-0 and now has zero potential opponents and nobody has come out of any of her feuds looking better. Great stuff.
