Like the thread title says this is strictly just a what-if, I don't have any insider knowledge, I'm just making a thread for discussion. Having said that, what-if? Let's say the Bella err Garcia Twins were brought into All Elite Wrestling, is that something you could get behind? Would there be anyone you'd like to see them feud with? Or would you go with the obvious and pair them up with Saraya and her group, to do battle with the homegrown talent?

As for me, I don't hate the Bella Twins like most people seem to do, honestly, if I thought they could put on a decent product in 2023, I would be all for them trying to prove that they're more than Total Divas. Plus, let's be honest, both Brie and Nikki have a pretty big following, so if signed to AEW, they could in theory translate to more weekly views for Dynamite and/or Rampage as well, which would have to be viewed as a good thing for All Elite Wrestling's weekly shows.

I would prefer Nikki doesn't risk her neck any further, but if she really wanted to, then I would find this very exciting. I haven't been watching but it sounds like Saraya and her group are doing a bad version of the mean girl gimmick so having someone better at it could only help.

Plus it would make Nath lose his shit and that's schadenfreude for me.

The Bellas joining Saraya’s Squad would be hilarious. I want it to happen just for the online takes.

I’ve never liked them though (aside from Nikki’s entrance) so I don’t care either way.

Brie I've always had a soft spot for once they were able to differentiate one from the other. Wrestling wise, she's awful. Sorry.

Nikki, the better of the two workers, I could never stand. Maybe she was that good of heel to make me dislike her that much outside of her entrance... And Total Divas painted her as hard work compared to Brie. Brie comes off more laid back and chilled, maybe that's Danielson rubbing off on her.

Nikki is decent on Baramgeddom. Did I spell that right? But that's the thing with WWE related content like the " Total " shows, including The Miz show... these are still exaggerations of their WWE personalities. Outside content is not so much.

I don't see it.

I mean, I'm not opposed to it by any means but I don't see what they bring to AEW - especially a wildly mismanaged women's division that (again) signed Toni Storm and somehow immediately made her completely irrelevant. In terms of their brand/reputation there's little to gain and a lot to lose.

But the spirit of the thread is more 'so they have gotten signed to AEW, now what?' and really I dunno what to do with them. I don't see them fitting well as underlings to Saraya, I don't know that they would fit well with AEW Frontline Women as an anti-Saraya contingent -- I don't see an immediate place for them,

As an aside: how odd is it that Paige, the original Anti-Diva, ended up as the one who got fake boobs and Botox and lip fillers and all that?

Whenever I see Saraya and co, I see three Lisa Simpsons on vacation.

I hear Britt Baker (known Bella stan) dropped "you can look but you can't touch" in a promo previously? Yeah this is definitely happening.

AEW could always have them on to promote their thing without them staying.

Or even have them come in as on-air co-heads of the women's division.

They don't have to come in to wrestle. They could just act as the division's bosses, and make the matches.

Whatever they do, it's not going to make me watch. More like the opposite.

I think both women have set themselves up for success outside of wrestling early on, so I have nothing but respect for that. I also liked them in ring, separately and together. I don't know if I want to see them on AEW or WWE as wrestlers again, but managers would be cool.

I don't think they'd be a good fit.

The Garcias surpassed every expectation and women's wrestling owes a lot to them. However AEW is a boys club and if there's anything worse than being a woman, it's being an ex-WWE diva. The company doesn't understand women and despite having stars who could help take them to new heights everyone is fighting for that one death slot.

Maybe you could have a spot for Brie, but she'd only serve Danielson and I couldn't see it being more than a one-time thing.

Nikki said Bellas are not going to AEW.

Wrestling logic that's a confirmation to the rumors.
