I assume she wanted to leave to return to TNA.  For girls TNA is really where to go if you want to be used in the US.   Bunch of girls have OnlyFans that worked AEW so they are likely unrelated.  The fact she used Allie however is likely a hint she is TNA bound.

You finally given up on AEW women division it is about time. Allie had a fun character arc in TNA.

I don't agree with the premise of the video. When it comes to AEW, it's not so much how the mighty have fallen, but moreso how they failed to live up to the hype after All Out 2021. There was a brief window where it seemed like AEW was about to take it to the WWE and guys were jumping left right and centre. However the show was as inconsistent as ever delivering some great content like Danielson's initial run and Punk/MJF while also dropping the ball with Adam Cole leading to a lot of 'what happened to NXT Adam Cole' think pieces.

The show just stalled out and when the WWE re-signed Owens/Zayn, signed Cody and delivered one of their better Wrestlemanias in recent memory, momentum shifted dramatically.

Meanwhile the product really dipped in AEW, starting with the ROH signing. Which would have been a nice way to circumvent WBD and book the Briscoes but they fully committed to it and it diluted the main show.

I don't think this is a new low-point or the product is terrible. It's just 18 months later, the Punk experiment was a disaster and a lot of guys are lacking direction. I've said it before, but I still think it would be in their best interest to divy up the show and book the up and comers in two different blocks for a few months. Say you have a Lee Moriarty, Wheeler Yuta, Isaiah Kassidy, Kommander etc. in one block and Daniel Garcia, Nick Wayne, Action Andretti, Lee Johnson, Kip Sabien etc. in another. Bring in the odd indie veteran like Roddy or Taven when you need to up the stakes and then you switch guys around.

Yeah, cannot blame her for wanting to return to TNA. Her arc was so good there, and in AEW, she is not really doing anything. Se had that one great bloodbath match, but that was it really for her run. Nothing like the insanity that was her character arc in TNA.

Also TNA gives like half the show to girls, not just a 10 minute block.

They most likely will.

I enjoyed it when Allie made QT Marshall look like a fool by using his credit cards.

If Allie returns to TNA I assume it is part of a long arc with Rosemary returning and resurrecting her. Allie will be like front and center for the promotion, which she would obviously would not be in AEW.

Yeah, since they are going all in on the relaunch this would be a must watch storyline. The first Allie arc was great.

I loved the Allie/Braxton Sutter wedding.

Allie back in TNA would honestly be great, and I would definitely be intrigued, in seeing how they go about it.

The Butcher and The Blade are gone too.

Five year contracts must be running out finally.

I love Allie and liked Butcher, but Tony needs to start reducing the roster.

Someone on reddit had the greatest fucking theory on who the Devil was and I so wish it was true. Imagine if the Devil was revealed to be Punk and everything from Brawl Out to now was an insane work? Just everyone fucking with the dirt sheets to make Punk a monster for over a year.

A move that insane would set the wrestling world on fire, and get AEW the kind of free publicity that money could not buy. And while it sounds crazy, many in AEW were part a company that did shut down for and remained closed for a year for a storyline. And this would have been something a publicly traded company could never do.

Sadly, Devil is likely Jungle Boy at this point, but a good look at what could have been, particularly for an injury prone Punk who was also doing filming for TV.

That theory has been circulating on the socials for weeks.

There's also a theory, the devil is Brit Baker based on her appearance doing the devil horns in a Doja Cat video.

Britt laughed off the Devil stuff.

Devil gonna be a huge letdown as it cannot live up to hype. Strong, Taven or Jungle Boy all would be letdowns at this point. And not sure Tony has anyone on deck we not seen big enough to wow people. Nigel maybe, but that would not make much sense as he has no ties to Max.

All he really has is Jungle Boy and debuting a savage version with a new look, and completely new gimmick. But people just did not like Jungle Boy.

Of the rumors Punk or Britt are the most interesting ones. It probably will be a member of the UE or Jungle Boy

Rodney I assume was who was planned, but his angle right now is too good to change up. Him and the Kingdom are just doing such good work him being fully healed would just derail things I think. Mike and Matt are just now starting to get over, they should let this all cook a bit more so they can be a hot trios in the future.

Jungle Boy makes a lot sense to use as he is not doing anything, and his character before this was not over anyway. Also post Full Gear MJF needs a feud and Jungle Boy could be it until they prep a big match for him. And Wardlow is good for a match but he cannot carry a program.

Tony just announced on twitter that AEW has just signed “one of the world’s best wrestlers, a pro who is known and respected by virtually every AEW fan,” and that person will be appearing at Full Gear this Saturday to sign their contract.

People get hyped by Tony now and letdown that is on you.  

I doubt it is Mone.  I know she wants to get back in the mix, but also she is not really into signing long term contracts.

Dolph's not big enough to be pushed for a big pay per view signing.

Finally Brodus Clay is gonna be All Elite.

According to Meltzer it could be Ospreay. I thought he was still under contract but maybe he is committed to NJPW through Wrestle Kingdom without a contract in place? It's been done before so it wouldn't be weird.

Mone, Ospreay & Ziggler are the big 3 names being thrown around. But I'm changing my guess: I think it's Mustafa Ali.
